I CANNOT overstate what a wonderful job Ambient Media did for our wedding at 701 Whaley. We wanted a disco ball arrangement and simple string lights, and they provided us with a reference photo of a very similar arrangement they had done already. The day of, they even hung the floral wreath for our florist so the schedule could move more seamlessly. The disco balls and lights were so beautiful, and we couldn't have been happier with their communication and flawless delivery.

Ambient Media provided us with the most elegant backdrop and spotlighting for our New Year's Eve wedding. We were married inside of a planetarium so it was very dark with a night sky overhead. The team was able to take a photo and recreate the exact look that we wanted, making sure that the lighting wasn't so harsh that you couldn't see the amazing stars but also that you could see our faces as we said "I do." I will admit, knowing that I wouldn't see it until I was walking down the aisle made me extremely nervous, but after a calming phone call from Rufus a few days before the event we knew we had chosen the right team and that we could trust it would be perfect. The result was absolutely stunning.

Ambient Media did an amazing job with our venue. We had cafe lights and decided to do a full wall of vertical lights behind our bar. Everything was gorgeous and came together beautifully! The customer service was fantastic as well!

We used Ambient Media for the draping at our Stone River wedding. It truly transformed the outdoor space! Paired with uplighting it was a beautiful sight and made quite a difference! Would highly recommend calling them about adding the extra wow factor to your venue!

Ambient Media did an excellent job with the uplighting for my wedding. As well, they provided 3 beautiful chandeliers for the reception. The lighting was absolutely gorgeous!

Joe is a very nice person and he was a great help with the lighting at my daughter's reception. We told him what we wanted and he knew exactly how to work it and made some suggestions that turned out very nicely. The whole affect was beautiful and we were very pleased with everything he did for us.

Erin and Joe are very easy to work with. We advised our budget and what our "dream" lighting needs were and they came up with a solution. We had uplighting, banner drapes, and a custom monogram. Loved our monogram!

We were able to schedule a meeting quickly. At the meeting he didn't have much to show of what our venue would look like or from previous weddings they've done there. It took him a while to get us a quote back. But what a vision. Amazing ideas.

Ambient Media creates a great atmosphere for your event. We used uplighting, crystal columns and moving lights for our dance floor and drapery. It dressed up the venue without making it look overdone. The people are very prompt and pleasant to work with as well.
