I love love love my engagement ring that my fiance bought me from Samuels jewelers. However I have had a few problems with my ring and when I've taken it in to have it looked at I've had workers there argue with me, until I'm in tears and then they finally backed off a little to listen to what I had to say. Very unprofessional and they were wrong the whole time and never apologized for putting me through that. We did buy two wedding bands to go with my engagement ring since then (Just because we have an account with them, and lifetime warranty) we haven't had any other problems, but I have found them to be a little more pricey than other jewelers.
