This jeweler is the best! We worked with John on purchasing an engagement ring and wedding band and loved every minute of it. He spent hours with us picking out the perfect ring, and we never felt any pressure at all regarding our purchase. He actually talked us out of a more expensive band we were looking at by showing us a comparable one that was much cheaper. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the diamond and band we chose, making sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. He also respected the budget we told him we wanted to work with and didn't show us anything that would put us over. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing jewelry, and will be coming here for all of my future purchases.

I will not go to any other jeweler now that we have been to Moritz Reusch. John took his time with us and explained anything that we had questions on and was completely honest with us up front. We did look around at other shops before and after our meeting, but the professionalism, quality and personal experience really sold us. He took his time with us, we were not rushed, did not feel any pressure (I can't say the same for ANY other place). He encouraged us to look around and compare prices and quality of the product. Needless to say, we sat on it for the weekend, but knew we wanted to do business here. Even though my fiance had a custom ring ordered, it only took about 2 weeks at most to get it and it was everything we had imagined! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone. They truly made our buying experience very pleasant and we felt like we left with new friends!

This jeweler is by far the best in St. Louis. Our rings are gorgeous, and the staff is always wonderful to work with. Every time we go in, the jewelers always make sure to polish our rings for us. This is a personal setting for a jeweler, and they do not pressure you into buying. When my husband went to go pick out my engagement ring, John sat down with him and went through bands and diamonds, allowing him to personally pick the band and diamond. I love my rings, and the experience we had working with John and Dan.
