I just ordered my gown and chose my bridesmaid dresses. Renee and her staff were more than helpful with everything! I have been purchasing dresses from renee's since I was 16 and I have never received less than excellent service. She was very upfront about how long it generally takes for a gown to arrive in store once ordered and that is one of the reason's that I chose to shop now for my December wedding. I am also expecting a baby in June and she was very helpful in choosing a size that will fit me then. I tried another bridal shop first thinking that I would receive a bargain, but I was wrong and really disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the staff and the quality of the gowns. In the end, I new better and I would not dream of buying from anyone else. Renee knows her stuff and she knew exactly what I was looking for and felt comfortable in (in both price and style). She and her staff are wonderful.

Renee at Renee's bridal was so awesome to work with! She really went out of her way to make everything perfect for my wedding day!!! My dress was beyond perfect and everything I wanted! my bridesmaids dresses were beautiful! A few of my girls had gained weight and their dresses didnt fit! But Renee worked it out so they fit and offered her services of alterations for my girls even the week of the wedding! I appredciated that so much!
I would recommend Renee's to any and every girl who wants a great quality dress and great service!! She will go out of her way to make you happy!!!

Thoughtful, Meaningful, Perfect. Renee's is wonderful. After being treated so poorly at another shop, I called Renee's and spoke to Renee', who had NO appointments available, but she said to stop in anyways and she will help me in any way she can. She pulled dresses before I even pulled up, which was so thoughtful. Renee and her staff helped me find my perfect dress, and made it a meaningful experience to my mother as well . They knew the style I wanted, stuck with it, and suggested dresses to best fit the shape of my body if I ever had questions. Im so glad and relieved I bought my dress from them. Renee is a wonderful women, and I would never recommend any other place in Pensacola.

Going to Renee’s Bridal was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! The staff was professional and extremely helpful when I was searching for bridal gowns. I actually went there twice, the first time with an appointment. After not finding my gown the first time, I went in a second time and did not have an appointment. However, I was determined to purchase my bridal gown that Sunday afternoon, as I knew that my wedding date was drawing near. Although the store was packed and there were no appointments remaining, Renee’ assured me that they could help me find my dress that day and I did!
I cannot say enough about all of the sales associates I met. They were professional and very accommodating to my needs. My dress came back earlier than expected and it fit great. I am getting married next weekend and they steamed my dress for free. After picking it up this morning, I was certain that I chose the right bridal shop and dress as I had gone to others that made it seem as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to try on gowns!

After several unpleasant experiences shopping for gowns around Pensacola, I went to Renee’s Bridal. And met Renee’ The difference was dramatic. Renee’ and her staff was helpful and friendly, without being overbearing. None of the dresses are in bags, and they are all gorgeous. The store is spacious and pleasant, as are the dressing rooms. So I felt relaxed and like I could take as long as I needed. In addition, when I went back to try on the dress I had decided on, they had already put the dress in a room for me and were just waiting for me to walk in the door. Renee’ and her girls sure know what they are doing they have excellent service; It was a great experience, and fabulous dress.

I love my dress that I picked out at Renee's & the staff was great the day I picked out my dress! When my dress came in is where true colors shined through! They wanted to charge me $400 for alterations!! That is absolutely outrageous, considering I had the same alterations made to the dress for $150! I went back to the store to pick up my dress & Renee was very snooty & proceeded to put my $800 dress in a pink plastic bag! I asked her if she had a bag & she said yes for $30. I couldn't believe it! I called other stores & they all told me if you buy a dress it leaves in a bag, no matter what!!
I found a necklace at Renee's that was perfect! It was $100 the day I went to try on my dress & when I called the next week it had gone up to $125?? They would not even tell me who designed the necklace?! I also live about an hour from Renee's so there is no telling how much money I spent in gas? I didn't know this at the time, but I could have ordered my dress from ANY store! If you find a dress at Renee's, I suggest ordering it from a different store! There are soo many stores out there that will treat you well & not charge you soo much for everything!
My dress was also a Casablanca & they offer hollow to hym(sp)(which is free) & Renee told me not to do it because they often come in wrong. After speaking with other stores I found out that this is not the case! I now understand why she didn't want me to use the service, because she wanted me to spend the money on alterations in her store! It just seems to me that they only care about making their money no matter the cost!

The service here is top notch! Being a bride, I went to SEVERAL different bridal shops and tried on enough dresses to make my skin raw. All of that would make anyone frustrated. But the ladies at Renee's Bridal were exceptional! They were patient and made sure to give you personalized service. Their selection of fantastic designers was what drew me here in the first place, but their knowledge, patience and service is what made me come back.

Our experience at Renee's was that as long as your spending money they are nice but as soon as the sale is over so is the service. Purchased my daughters dress at Renee's. The dress was everything we could ask for, however we were told the dress would be delivered in a matter of weeks and that someone would contact us in a few days with an eta. After a couple weeks we had heard nothing so we called and was told that the dress would be 8 months. I called Renee to tell her that was not acceptable, she said WE could pay extra for a rush delivery, to make a long story short she wouldn't pay the rush fee's (even though the mistake was hers) and we had to wait over 6 months. She was not nice about any of it also when we went to pick up the dress it was in a nice bag like you'd expect a wedding dress to be, however it was taken from that bag and put in a plastic sleeve (I guess that explains the garbage bag comment I read in another review) that would never protect this expensive dress. We had to purchase a bag to store it in. I would never recommend this store to anyone. They are not professional, I say that because part of a sale is the service afterward and there was NONE! They did however have the nerve to try to sell us very overpriced accessories when we picked up the dress.

Kalesha was awesome!! She was helpful and supprotive and really listened to what my needs were. Renee even made a couple of last minute changes for me that helped make my wedding day everything I imagined it would be. Everyone was friendly and professional. They had a good selection of dresses and most were very reasonably priced. I drove an hour and a half to shop there and it was well worth it.

Nice staff. Be sure to make an appointment before you go, otherwise the staff isn't very accommodating. They are very unorganized with their paperwork and I often had to bring my receipts to "prove" what I had bought. Although the dress took almost 10 months to come in, it was absolutely beautiful.

Renee and her staff were amazing! I got my dress and my bridesmaid dresses from here, and they were so nice and helpful. Alterations were perfect. Very very highly recommended.

I loved the dress I picked out from Renee's bridal. It was perfect for me. On the other hand, the service there is less than desirable. The staff, including the owner, was rude and seemed to busy to deal with me.
