Pretty Place is absolutely gorgeous!! It was a bit of a challenge to book and get a confirmation that our date was reserved (even after we sent payment) and Pretty Place is always booked for weddings and has a tight turnaround time between them, but even so, I wouldn't have had my wedding anywhere else! The setting was gorgeous and intimate and I will always be so happy that it's where I was married.

This was literally the most beautiful location. It is an outdoor chapel that overlooks mountains. It's on the border of NC and SC so getting your marriage license can be a little tricky, but the chapel coordinator sends some very detailed info on what to do. You only have 2 hours and they are very strict on this, but it was more than enough time for us. You need to pay to reserve the chapel for rehearsal but we just showed up and practiced as people came in and out and that worked fine. It's a public location except for wedding events. Make sure you have your photographer review lighting on the location. This place made our photos gorgeous!

Phenomenal Location. Have to book early. Although the facility was closed during the ceremony - there was nothing to stop strangers from walking in and watching. Need to keep people out - especially for a rental fee of $850 and a ceremony of 10 minutes!
