The staff at osterman's was great. Denise was with my husband every step of the proccess. She helped him design my ring by hand. She was great when we can in to pick out our wedding bans and she jumped right in and helped picked out what looked best for both of us. She is willing to help with anything and everything. she always asked how the planning was going and was willing to give answers to questions that didn't have anything to do with jewelry.
We bought my husband's ring at Osterman (mine was a family heirloom) and we got my ring cleaned and reset at Osterman. My husband has had bad credit in the past but they were able to approve him for credit with our purchase. There were no crazy fees or hidden costs. The people were helpful and efficient. Later we decided to upgrade my ring and add more diamonds. We looked at several jewelry stores and ended up at Osterman again - we found exactly what we were looking for!
We bought our wedding rings from Osterman's Jewelers. They had the same selection as all the other chain jewelers but were up to $100 less for the rings we wanted. They had a great payment plan and well-priced service agreement. However, I think they are in the midwest only.
I had some problems with my husband band and i took it in and the fixed it twice but now it looks better then when I bought it. So pleased with the result. We will be shopping there again.
