Nikki is truly one of a kind! She went above and beyond in every way—from keeping me calm when our rings weren’t right to saving the day when our photographer ghosted us just weeks before the wedding (and recommending an amazing replacement!). She handled every detail with care, set everything up beautifully, and made sure the entire day ran flawlessly. We are forever grateful for her dedication and heart. Best decision(besides saying yes)

I cant stress this enough, Nikki is God sent! She was my day of the wedding coordinator. I started my wedding journey thinking i didn't need additional help, however that quickly changed and realized i was clueless(she assured me i wasn't, but i was). She was able to offer support and guidance and even offered suggestions that turned out to be so helpful that day. She is great at communicating with us prior to the big day and communicated with all the vendors to make sure the day ran smooth. She was our biggest cheerleader on our wedding day. She was calm, patient, and with loads of positive energy throughout the day. I love Nikki, and I'll forever be thankful we found her. My only regret is not starting with her when the planning started.

Nikki made my wedding day a breeze!

Nikki is an angel! She was my day of coordinator and made my day an absolute breeze even when last minute issues came up. She was calm throughout the whole day and made sure I didn't lift a finger. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator at first but I couldn't imagine my day without her. Definitely recommend Nikki!!!!

I would hire Nikki over and over again if I could!

My Forever by Nikki is easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! Not only are Nikki and her team so professional but they also are the kindest people. They were constantly checking in on us and our families to ensure we were taken care of while eliminating all the stress that comes with vendors and day-of items. She was super responsive and helpful in all the questions I had and was quick to offer suggestions whenever she could. She was so helpful with wrangling in our big wedding party too! Nikki has a great eye for design as she transformed my reception space into exactly what I had imagined! She also was my florist and helped put together all the arrangements; they could not have looked better! I will recommend Nikki to everyone I know, San Antonio-based or not because she simply was fantastic all the way around!

Couldn't have done it without her!!!

Nikki and her team Christopher and Jennifer are amazing. Every time wedding planning nerves flared up Nikki was there to talk me through it and always made me feel better. Every vendor we worked with praised Nikki for how fun, kind, and detail oriented she is! There was nothing that Nikki wouldn't do to make our day perfect. When Total Wine had problems with delivery day of, Nikki hopped in her truck and got it herself. She made sure every detail from the name cards to the dance floor props were perfect and ready to go. She made our whole vision and timeline come together seamlessly and I will be forever grateful for her help over the past 18 months!!!

Hire Nikki!!!

We hired Nikki as our month-of coordinator and I'm so glad we did! If there was a single hiccup on our wedding day, I didn't know it. She was so responsive and easy to work with and took so much stress out of the process. She was my go to for everything, she even busselled my dress after the wedding. Her bubbly personality makes her a joy to work with! She did our bud vases and assembled our decor in a way that made my vision come to life even better than I expected. Our day would not have been the same with out Nikki!

Incredible! Kind! Organized! We love Nikki!

Nikki is an absolute dream coordinator, and she made our day perfect! Throughout our entire planning process, Nikki was responsive and thoughtful, and she approached every conversation with energy, optimism, and kindness. When offering advice, Nikki considered our needs and priorities, and helped us find the best vendors or solution. She was worth every dollar, and more! I would absolutely hire her again.

And, day of, we couldn’t have asked for a better friend or coordinator to pull off the event. In the lead up, being able to remind myself that “Nikki will handle it,” took an enormous weight off my shoulders. And the fact that she DID handle it made the day go off without a hitch. All of our family members and other vendors loved working with Nikki, and she kept everyone organized and on track, with a big smile and the best attitude!

I don’t know how anyone pulls together a wedding without Nikki on their team, and I am so grateful that we had her on ours!! We love Nikki!!

Best Day Ever with Best Wedding Planner Ever!

I cannot speak highly enough of Nikki. She is AMAZING – such a delight to work. Nikki has such a positive attitude, uplifting energy, was available and very responsive throughout the entire 1.5+ year of planning. One of the things I appreciated the most was that she understood our vision, gave us great ideas and was able to work with us on executing every single detail! Nikki’s vendor connections and reputation with vendors is unmatchable. Each of our vendors was a perfect fit for us, and it Nikki’s relationship with each vendor helped throughout the entire process. Nikki takes the words hard working, passionate and hustle to a whole different level!! In the end, our wedding day was truly PERFECT and we received so many compliments on how every detail was so beautiful and each guest had a blast! Both me and Jeric had the BEST DAY EVER! That all could not have happened without Nikki. I would recommend her 100 times over and over to any bride. WE LOVE NIKKI!!

I found Nikki through Instagram, and I'm so glad I did! Nikki knows by now that I'm pretty thorough and after consulting with 4 other wedding coordinators, we decided that Nikki was the best fit for us. From the beginning, she was an absolute joy to work with because she was friendly, professional, dependable, and resourceful. She immediately puts you at ease with her warm demeanor and truly cares about the couples she works with, getting to know them and their preferences so that she can better meet their needs. She so clearly roots for you and will be that spark of joy and enthusiasm you might need as things start ramping up (I know I needed it!)--it's just so refreshing. I never hesitated to reach out if I had a question, and on wedding day I knew she would run the show without a problem because she's efficient and a phenomenal team player (very important when numerous vendors are involved). She even went and got drinks and hors d'oeuvres for the wedding party while they waited for us to be done with family portraits, and I thought that was so sweet of her! Even when I thought of something the day of, she had already taken care of it! We would NOT have had the same wedding day experience without all of her assistance and expertise. Nikki is incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She helped us secure some vendors and was always a text or call away when I had a question, big or small. I really appreciated that because planning a wedding is stressful at times. All I can say is the day of the wedding she made the day STRESS FREE and easy. We could just enjoy the day and each other and she was there for whatever we needed. She kept the day running on track and if anything was a struggle behind the scenes we didn’t know it. She kept a positive energy all night and my guests really loved her too. So did my bridesmaids! Fall Wedding of Our Dreams

I cannot express enough how amazing working with Nikki and her assistant Sydney was. From the very beginning, she was helpful, professional, and REAL. No ask was too big or small and she made the months leading up significantly less stressful. And as for the day of, she and Syd made the day flow effortlessly. Even as a few things went unplanned (as they will do) the week/day of, they rolled with the punches and gave my husband and I the wedding of our dreams. Even just moments before I was going to walk down the aisle where I felt like I forgot even how to take a breathe, Nikki was there hyping me up for the biggest moment of my life and calmed my nerves. Phenomenal!

Nikki had been nothing but amazing to us since the day I spoke with her on the phone. She's so enthusiastic, even more than I was at times. We had a traditional Vietnamese wedding which she had not done before, but I honestly couldn't have asked for someone better than Nikki and Sydney. Nikki made sure I got everything I wanted and dreamt of for my wedding. First off, her prices were SO FAIR! They weren't cutthroat like some others out there and I shopped around A LOT! Second, her services that she offered were amazing. I didn't see anyone offer the same services she did. We hired Nikki as our day of coordinator package, but her services start about 30 days before the wedding date. However, from even months before the wedding date, when I had questions or needed help with anything, she never hesitated to answer or help me.
Our wedding happened during Snovid weekend, which was the craziest and most stressful part of my wedding. Nikki was constantly doing her best to stay in contact with us and all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page since we were still wanting to go through with the wedding. It wasn't until two days before that our venue could no longer host for us. Nikki immediately called me right after she heard the news and she immediately worked with all my vendors to make sure we would find a new date ASAP. We were able to confirm a new wedding date within 24 hrs considering all the craziness that was happening that week with considering many people had no electricity and water.
On the wedding day - I was stressfree! Besides the nerves, jitters, and normal things that noone can control except myself, my family, friends, wedding party, and I were stressfree. I didn't have a worry on my hands bc Nikki and Sydney were like speedy Gonzales. They made sure everything was the way it was suppose to go as smoothly as possible. There were a few times where I had a bit of a freakout and Nikki HAD MY BACK! During our reception she constantly checked in with my husband and I to make sure we were fed, hydrated, and doing good. I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me with my wedding. I would say having her as my coordinator was the best money we spent on our wedding besides the food. I know many brides don't want to do their wedding over again bc of the stress and how tired they were, but bc of Nikki and her team I honestly want to relive my wedding day over and over. I had so much fun and I loved every bit of it. When people ask me what's worst investing in, the first thing I always say is having a wedding day coordinator is the best investment you can do towards your wedding!

Best Planner Ever

Nikki was an amazing planner! We had a remote wedding and there was no way we would have been able to have our wedding without her! She helped us throughout the entire pandemic. We had so many issues and even loss our venue during this time and Nikki helped us throughout the entire process. She was able to do walkthroughs on our behalf as we were unable to travel to Texas and even helped confirm all of our new contracts. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we never knew of any issues (if any) due to Nikki! Her positive energy and organization is what everyone needs for their big day! Love her!!

A Must Hire For Your Wedding!

We hired Nikki after firing our previous planner who did not fulfill her contract and kept all of our money.. I was a little hesitant to hire another coordinator since that happened the first time around but I did some research and found Nikki. After a phone call I immediately felt so good about having her take care of our wedding! We hired her for day of coordination services but I felt like she helped us so much more. From the first phone call to the details meeting, she reassured me that everything would run smoothly and it did! She takes care of you on your wedding day and your immediate family. I do not see how my wedding could have happened without Nikki. She is the best!

Most fun and energetic wedding planner!

Nikki!!! Wow!
She was the most fun to work with. My husband and I connected with her from the beginning. She took our vision and helped our wedding become a reality. She’s the coolest wedding planner, which definitely made my husband and I feel comfortable!
When Covid started, our wedding was postponed and Nikki called to check on us and asked us how she could help take care of anything. Just with her calling, it took our worries away and helped keep us calm. For a year, while waiting for our new wedding day, she would check on us and let us know she was thinking of us. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help with our wedding. She’s amazing!!

Worth every penny, and she should honestly charge MORE

Nikki was essential for my small, intimate wedding at a restaurant (Paesano's). I am not a detail oriented person, and I wanted someone to ask me the right questions that I didn't even know to ask myself. I also wanted the night to be smooth - why pay so much money for a wedding to have long lulls and details that were over-looked? She made it all come together. She also happens to be an adorable, warm person with the BEST energy. She came highly recommended to me from a friend and I now will highly recommend her to anyone in need of a planner!

L O V E Nikki!!!

Wow, we love Nikki! Nikki was absolutely essential in making sure that everything ran smoothly the day of and the coordination of vendors in the upcoming weeks before. There were so many things that had slipped my mind and Nikki was always ahead of the game! She made sure that we were well fed and hydrated throughout the night and kept us on track even after a late start. Nikki and her assistant were such a joy to work with. Always optimistic and helpful with everything! Couldn’t have had the wedding of my dreams without her. Thank you Nikki! Would absolutely recommend :)

Nikki is hands down THE BEST!

Nikki was absolutely amazing. She is positive, super organized, and so easy to work with! She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect leading up to, and on your big day. She knows exactly what to do to make everything flow so perfectly - I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. I had to move my date twice with covid and she called all of my vendors to reserve the new date - such a lifesaver! I can’t recommend her enough for your wedding. All of my other vendors were so happy I had Nikki there because they know her, and love how smooth everything goes with her! :) she was truly a gift. Thank you, Nikki! You are the BEST!

Christmas Wedding

Nikki was amazing! She was quick to respond to texts and emails. With my busy schedule, she was truly a blessing to be available! The details that mattered to us for our wedding day, she ensured were just as important to her. The day of the wedding was very organized and well thought out and I was able to relax and enjoy my special day. Miracle Worker

A wedding during Covid, out of town, and the Sunday before Christmas could equal disaster but with Nikki's attention to detail it was a magical day! She was timely with responses (with mom and bride living out of town, this was key), attended walk throughs, and assisted with vendors as needed. Once the day arrived, it ran like clockwork as she saw to every detail to ensure the bride and groom ,as well as family, were able to sit back and enjoy the day! Highly recommend!

Nikki is the best!

I do not even know where to start with Nikki! To sum up just how great she is, imagine keeping a bride calm during a pandemic!! Nikki was beyond helpful and took all of the stress out of my hands, especially when I had to reschedule due to the pandemic. Nikki also helped me stay on top of my day of planning, and made sure i left nothing out. On top of how awesome she is as a planner, she has fun while keeping everything on track, and is the sweetest. My family and wedding party absolutely loved her! I 100% recommend Nikki!

Best decision I made for the whole wedding!

In short, Nikki was amazing and made wedding planning a breeze. We went with her "Start to Finish" Package, which is her most involved. My now-husband and I are both medical students and wanted a big fun wedding, but didn't really have the time to dedicate to making that happen. Nikki made every decision so easy by narrowing down the vendors based on our budget and vision and offering up her personal experiences to help us make our final decisions. I recommended her to my friends pre-COVID, but my recommendation only got stronger after the chaos hit. I told her the week before the wedding, that I definitely would have canceled it all and eloped if it hadn't been for her. She expertly navigated all of the uncertain situations, helping us come up with and implement ways to safely have our wedding. Day of, we had some scheduling confusion with some of our vendors that she handled completely. My husband and I also had a difficult time sticking to the schedule, but she was always working to keep things moving, while also creating time for us to relax and enjoy spending time with our guests. Her skill is unmatched, but she also just has the perfect personality for the job. She was always so joyful and radiant and made me feel like she was just as excited for me to get married as I was! Having her there on my special day felt just like having another friend there helping me out. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who will help take off the stress of wedding planning and day-of coordinating so you can fully enjoy the experience, you've found her!

Nikki is an absolute Angel!

Planning a wedding in San Antonio when my daughter lives in South Carolina initially posed a few obstacles. Once Nikki became part of our team, everything fell into place. Hiring Nikki as our Day-Of/Month-Of wedding coordinator was the best decision we made during the planning process! Book Nikki now!

The easiest decision you could make is hiring Nikki to help you for your wedding! I actually was referred to Nikki by my sister because about 5 years ago Nikki was her day of coordinator. From the very beginning until the end she is super responsive, resourceful, and takes the stress away! Nikki made me feel like there were no crazy questions and made the vision for my wedding come true. On the day of, every time I needed Nikki she was nearby and she would even give me updates throughout the day so I wouldn’t worry. When we met to finalize the seating, walkthroughs, etc. she would make sure everything was exactly the way it should be and if any revisions were made she would send a new draft within 24 hours.
She radiates positivity and you will never not see her smiling! Wedding days can also be stressful for the mom and dads out there and after the wedding my mom mentioned how every time she was thinking something needed to be done she would go to Nikki and Nikki’s response was “already done!”
We had such an amazing experience with her help and now in the next couple months my cousin will also be using her services!

Don’t think about this twice- reach out to her and get her help! The best decision you could make for yourself.

Thank goodness for Nikki!

Hiring Nikki was the best decision I made for my wedding! Initially, husband and I were hesitant to hire a planner - we thought we could save money and skip it. We could not have been more wrong! The amount of value we got from Nikki's services was incredible. She was so responsive prior to the wedding day - responded to texts/emails immediately and provided advice when I needed it (even though she was hired to be a day of planner). She remembered EVERYTHING I wanted - I'm not sure how she did that! My wedding was the best day of my life, and Nikki was a huge part of making it so special. I got to enjoy my family and friends without worrying about a thing! It felt like everything unfolded magically - I know it was because Nikki was working so hard behind the scenes. My mother was also so appreciative - she thought she was going to need to be hands on to make sure everything ran smoothly, but Nikki took the reins. My only regret of my wedding weekend, was not having her there for the rehearsal! I only had to do one or two things for my rehearsal, but it's amazing how much even the simplest jobs take you away from enjoying the moment. Nikki is the best - kind, enthusiastic, and organized. I can't recommend her enough.

100% Worth the investment

I had a tiny wedding with 15 family members and my most important goal was to spend as much time as possible interacting with all of them. Even with such a small short wedding it’s crazy how quickly the time goes and there’s a lot of things that need to be taken care of. Nikki made it possible for me to relax (while silently freaking out) during the most important day of my life. Everything was set up beautifully and clean up was a breeze. Even if you think you don’t need a wedding planner, you do! And Nikki is 1000% worth it!

Nikki was reliable, easy to work with and cheerful!

When I first met Nikki, she came across as being very positive, organized and reliable but also flexible and easy to work with. She made me feel confident with her capabilities and so I decided to cancel my other wedding coordinator appointment and work with Nikki. Throughout the process, she was always available if my husband and I had any questions or needed recommendations or advice. She was always very encouraging and cheerful. On the day of my wedding, Nikki did not disappoint! She helped me set up some personal decorations and had everything in order. When our florist forgot to leave flowers to decorate the cake, Nikki improvised and got some flowers from our other arrangements and decorated our cake. When I realized my bouquet was too big and heavy for the vase I prepared, Nikki went to look for an appropriately sized vase that it would fit in. During cocktail hour, we had a difficult situation with our bartender so Nikki spoke to him and his manager and quickly resolved the issue. Throughout the night, she’d also periodically check in with my husband and I in between running around making sure everything was running smoothly. When it was time to pack up, my parents told me that Nikki had everything organized and ready to go. Packing up took minimal time! All in all, Nikki carried her weight and we were very pleased with how things turned out. Thanks Nikki, we appreciate all your help in making our wedding day enjoyable and memorable!

Absolutely Amazing

Nikki was absolutely amazing! One of the best decisions I made in planning out our wedding. We were having an out of town wedding and we were so worried that things weren't going to go according to plan (well, not to much my husband...but I was!) that the stress kept me awake but as soon as Nikki entered the picture, there was nothing to worry about! We were in the best of hands! I had been in communication with Nikki through the phone and email and didn't met her until our rehearsal. From the moment we met, my husband and I felt an instant connection and it felt like I was meeting up with an old friend and we were simply catching up. She was on top of every little detail and was so excited about our day that it made me so at ease. The day of the wedding she was everywhere! She would make sure to check in on me and my husband, make sure that all the set up was going according to plan. My mother -who wasn't able to help with the planning since she lives in a different state- was so impressed by Nikki because she was so diligent, hardworking, and fun all throughout our wedding! She's had bad experiences before and was so thankful that we had Nikki there. Nikki is the breath of fresh air you need when you feel suffocated and stressed from all the wedding planning. She made everything so easy and seamless and it was because of her that we were able to truly enjoy our wedding with each other and our guests. I cannot thank her enough!

Professional as a wedding coordinator, yet approachable like a bestie

My husband and I met Nikki at a coffee shop and we practically hired her as our month-of coordinator on the spot - we instantly knew that we didn’t need to any further and this instinct turned out to be so true! Nikki is beyond organized, super responsive, and a natural problem-solver. Our first photographer had to cancel, but Nikki was prepared with several recommendations for AMAZING local photographers, one of which we ended up hiring. Nikki also previously worked with some of our San Antonio-based vendors which made the process practically seamless! When our head table goblets were broken the day of our wedding, Nikki took it upon herself to go out and buy similar replacements the same day that blended right in. She went above and beyond: when I started worrying about the weather report in the days leading up to our wedding, Nikki took the time to offer words of encouragement. When I felt overwhelmed after a final walk-through, she could sense it and helped put things into perspective. She is exactly who you want supporting you on such a special day; she took away the stressful little details on our wedding day and kept us on schedule all while making sure we were fed, happy, and had our favorite drinks throughout the night. I honestly do not know how she balanced it all but I cannot thank Nikki enough for all of her hard work and support which helped make our wedding such a success!

No words can truly describe my incredible experience with Niki! Not only did she make it beyond effortless for my husband and I, she went out of her way to make sure absolutely everything and i mean EVERYTHING went perfect. Our wedding truly would not have been the same if it was not for her amazing services. Niki pointed me in every right direction, stayed in my budget (actually even helped me save an incredible amount of money), such a sweet bubbly personality and when anything would go wrong she always assured me it was going to be okay and would get it taken care of! Wow! Nikki was the best wedding planner I could have asked for on the day of! She was on it from start to finish and did things above and beyond her job to make me happy, and it definitely showed. As I look back at my wedding day, I honestly don't know how so many things would have been done without her. She was there to take much needed control of my wedding and I was very pleased! Even afterwards, my family members and friends told me how worth it getting Nikki as a wedding planner on the day of was. For them to notice as well just shows how great of a wedding planner Nikki was!

Hiring Nikki was the best thing I did for myself and for my wedding. She was so enthusiastic, helpful, genuine, and invested from the very beginning. She is so quick to respond to email or text, and she goes above and beyond for you. She helped organize all my vendors at a difficult venue and did so with a smile, through the 95 degree heat. My wedding day was April 7th, 2018 and was hands down the best day of my life, however there was no way I could have planned my perfect day without Nikki. She was amazing from the first day I met her. I chose the start to finish package because I am a nurse and have no clue how to plan a wedding. Nikki was everything and MORE to help with my big day. She went above and beyond and never made me feel alone throughout the whole process. She had no obligation to answer to me right away however no matter the time or day she would always respond to me or at least let me know she would get back to me with an answer as soon as possible. Her communication skills are excellent and she is extremely organized. My engagement was over a year in a half long and Nikki never left anything for the last minute and always kept me on track. When it came to the wedding weekend Nikki was incredible and so hardworking. She showed up early to my rehearsal and wedding day and also stayed late. The day of rehearsal had some challenges due to traffic and nikki had my back the entire time and helped keep my impatient guests/family members calm. I can definitely say I am a "worry bug" and the day of my wedding had cooler than usual weather with wind. I was so worked up because I insisted on having my wedding outside and Nikki calmed me down immediately and made everything work perfect. She is beyond my favorite and best vendor from my wedding and I will always be grateful for everything she did for my husband and I. Nikki was more than a planner and more like a trusted close friend. She only wants the best for brides and will do anything it takes to help make your day special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Nikki did an amazing job and was so detailed oriented with every aspect of the wedding. We hired Nikki for the "Day Of" but she went above and beyond just the wedding day and by the time we got to our wedding we were extremely grateful that we had her to count on! She was extremely flexible and worth every penny!

Nikki was absolutely amazing!! I couldn't have done any of these with out her! She paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, helping us set up appointments for our vendors, booking them, all the little reminders, confirming everything the week of the wedding, to set up on the day and making sure the reception was perfect; Nikki was absolutely amazing and so wonderful to work with!! Highly recommend her services!

Absolutely love Nikki! She’s on top over everything, even when you think you’ve thought you’ve forgotten something she’s already gotten it covered. She always responds in a timely manner there wasn’t one time I had to wait over 5 minutes literally. Would highly recommend her! She takes a lot of stress off and let’s you enjoy your day!

Nikki was the best investment for our wedding! I had to push real hard to convince my fiance that it would be worth it to hire a day of coordinator. After the wedding was over he said "She did an awesome job and I am so glad that you ended up getting her". He also told his best friend who is getting married soon that despite earlier opinions he had changed his mind and the wedding coordinator was a must! I am not sure what we would have done without her. She set up my decorations for me exactly how I specified and even added some additional touches that were perfect! She also kept us on time and I never had to worry about what was next. She lead the whole wedding party for line up and made sure everyone was having fun at the same time. My Mom even mentioned after the wedding how funny it was when we were lining up for intros how Nikki was able to silence everyone and get my crazy friends and family in order efficiently. They actually listened to her, haha! Nikki obviously loves what she does and she does it very well. She is well organized with floor plans, schedules, coordination with vendors and to top it off she was the most affordable that I found. Worth the price, worth everything! Don't think that you can do it all, because you can't and do you really want to wear a watch at your own wedding or have other family members having to worry about it. This is your day that you are spending so much money and time and effort on, so don't work on your special day. I can't stress it enough to all of my friends getting married! The time flies and you don't want it wasted on managing everything. Don't make the mistake I almost did! Choose you, even if the fiance doesn't agree; he will later! Guaranteed! ;) haha

My wedding day would not have ran as smoothly without Nikki! She was my Day of Coordinator and well worth having. Nikki is very professional, responsive, accommodating, easy to work with, and has a wonderful bubbly personality. I would definitely recommend her; she's a pro at what she does.

We had our wedding on April 22nd, 2017. I cannot say enough amazing things about Nikki. Our day went unbelievably smooth with NO problems. And if there were any, we didn't know about them. My husband was hesitant to even hire a coordinator but after meeting her and going over everything she was going to do, he admitted it was the best money spent for our wedding. She does EVERYTHING with a smile, she's so chipper, and will make you feel like everything is under control. And truly, it is. She is detailed and a perfectionist and will deal with everything so you sit back and relax! Please please please do yourself a favor and book Nikki as your coordinator. She is THE BEST one out there. Not only affordable, but seriously like a best friend. Our family and friends commented on how she noticed the smallest details. She tended to us AND our guests. Honestly, best coordinator ever. Hire her if you want your day to go as planned and on time!!!

What advice would I give couples looking at booking this vendor? BOOK HER! She is so helpful and would answer my questions anytime of day or night. The day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly, I didn't have to worry about a thing! Nikki is so nice and upbeat and VERY organized.

Nikki was one of our better decisions for this wedding!! I was tempted to do without a coordinator but I am SO glad we didn't. I was able to relax the whole day and Nikki took care of everything and made sure it all went smoothly. She really worked hard for us and it definitely showed and was greatly appreciated. Two words: LIFE SAVER!! We only got Nikki for 'day of' coordination and she was absolutely perfect, I could only imagine how great her full wedding coordination would be. My husband and I were so happy with Nikki's services. In the beginning, my husband felt like we didn't need a day of coordinator, but in the upcoming weeks and the day of our wedding, he confessed that Nikki's services were very much needed, and well worth the money. From the moment I met Nikki, she was so sweet and friendly, and I felt like I had known her forever. Communication was above par leading up to the wedding until the day of. Nikki provided all around top notch service, I highly recommend her services. I will definitely miss her!!

Nikki was amazing! I did her middle of the road package because I had planned a lot of it by the time I looked for a wedding planner. It was worth every penny. Every question I had via text or email, she answered very promptly. Her forms and checklists were my bible. I really felt my investment kick in during the last two weeks of my wedding. She contacted all my vendors for me to make sure that they were on top of their game for my big day. I couldn't imagine getting through that last week of work and then my wedding day having to make those phone calls and follow up. She also did an amazing job decorating the place. Where I left gaps in the design she filled them in and everything came out great. I had a HUGE wedding party (10 and 10 on each side) and an even bigger wedding and she still managed to pull everything off in a very calm and collected way. Amazing work! I will definitely refer her to anyone in need of a planner!

Nikki was fantastic from day 1. She was very timely to every meeting we had. I contracted her services for day of. We clicked the first time we met, which is really important when counting on someone key to your day. Her enthusiasm and getting the job done attitude would put me at ease. She consistently gave me updates on every move and didn't have to be on her. The day of, everyone was amazed on how smooth everything went. If you’re in need of a professional, flexible, and qualified wedding planner, look no further. We hired Nikki to take the reins on our wedding day and execute all of the plans we had created and arranged on our own. The thought of hiring a wedding coordinator had not crossed our mind. Several friends had mentioned we should consider hiring a coordinator to not spend our day worrying about the details or being pulled away for questions. Hiring Nikki as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made (aside from getting married of course) lol. She made herself available to us 2 weeks prior to the wedding day via txt/phone to tie loss ends with vendors and consider other wedding day tasks. Her experience has led her to be familiar with venues and vendors in San Antonio. Knowing this gave us piece of mind that we were in good hands. Above all, she was calm, always had a positive attitude, and really cared about making our day go off without a hitch. Simply put, Nikki was a godsend. I was the mother of the bride, and Nikki was with us from our "30 Days to Go Review" until the end. Her professional relationships were extensive so she was able to coordinate with vendors and maneuver around rules at the snap of a finger. Nothing we mentioned was too big or too small for her attention. She was exceedingly timely in responding to every question or need. Her vivacious and energetic personality was always fun and exciting. She was very clear and concise on all instructions. She gave us sage advice only when we asked. On the day of the wedding we had no worries about anything because we trusted in her expertise, and she did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Through out the evening she kept things running like a charm. She was always happy, always fresh, and always moving a mile a minute with a smile. I couldn't imagine anyone else ever doing a better job than Nikki.

We spent more than I'd like to admit on our wedding, but hands down the absolute best money we spent was hiring Nikki to be our day of wedding coordinator. I was confident in finding and booking vendors, but I knew I'd need help pulling it all together in the end, and boy did I! In the months leading up to our wedding I had several random questions and Nikki always had an answer within a few hours. She also attended our 30 day walkththrough at the venue, and I immediately knew we made the right choice in selecting her. She had every detail under control, and had thought about things that never even crossed my mind. We chose to get married at the McNay, which has strict rules for events. Nikki's relationship with the rental coordinator ensured she knew the rules backwards and forwards, and made sure all of the other vendors complied. She also had a relationship with our caterer, and ensured all of the details I requested were perfect. I didn't notice anything out of place or a single problem on our wedding day, and I know that's only because Nikki handled everything before it got to me. She was so organized that we even started our wedding ceremony three minutes EARLY!!! Nikki truly gave us our dream wedding; I can't recommend her highly enough!

I like you had many doubts on whether I would hire a wedding coordinator, I love to plan, organize, DYI. But working full time plus a toddler would take up all my time. I trusted the reviews on here for Nikki and I am so glad. Nikki is a wonderful coordinator, she is the reason my wedding was a complete success and took so much stress off my hands. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable, and experienced she also has a big heart. She is caring, sweet and very reliable. I recommend her 100%. I am happy we did, it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We miss her already! She became a part of our family. You wont regret it!

Nikki is a ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We learned early on in the process how much we could trust her. She took on a lot of the work load that we were too busy for and handled it so well. On the day of our wedding Nikki was anywhere and everywhere. I still cannot believe the amount of stuff she put up with! This is a person who you can just trust no matter what to handle whatever. What could I possibly say about Nikki? Amazing and warm, I liked her from our first meeting. She was always easy to reach and very responsive to messages. Her rates were super reasonable as well.
The day of the wedding, there were some pretty big conflicts with the director of the venue who just would not leave my husband and I alone. Nikki handled it like the pro she is. My wedding seriously would have been a disaster without her. Amazing lady, amazing service, and she truly helped my husband and I have the best day of our lives. Even my family and friends gushed about her after. BOOK NIKKI!!!

I don't know what I would have done without Nikki ; she's a godsend! A few months before my wedding, with the majority planned but still feeling overwhelmed, I started thinking a day of coordinator might be helpful. I was shocked to find out how expensive they were and dismayed because my husband and I are poor students. Then I came across Nikki, who offers a stellar deal for the amount of work and passion she puts into your special day. From the moment I met her, Nikki has been professional and on top of things but also kind and genuine. She made our wedding day. Every vendor was on time; every event happened when it was meant to. And the absolute best part was that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed each other, our guests and our wedding without any stress.
Lastly, besides being great at her job, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Nikki is as a person. I felt that she sincerely wanted us to have the perfect day and could see that she loved her job.
