  MVE was the best wedding decision we made!

  Words truly cannot describe how amazing the MVE team is. Becca and Jessie (plus their phenomenal new addition Darcy) are absolute wedding magicians and hiring MVE was by far the best wedding decision we made.
  
  From our first introduction meeting, Becca and Jessie made us feel completely at ease and we knew immediately that we were in good hands for the planning process. They took so much stress out of planning- from vendor meetings/selections to the day of the wedding- everything was so smooth and filled with joy. As an additional confidence boost- every vendor we spoke with thought the world of MVE! They helped us manage our budget and worked directly with vendors to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted/needed. Becca and Jessie also played a huge role in fulfilling the vision of the day- they took our disjointed words of "wildflower, inclusive vendors, colorful, and fun" and pulled together the absolute wedding of our dreams.
  
  The day of the wedding was truly spectacular. MVE had everything running smoothly and on time- we were able to just float through the entire day on a cloud of joy and excitement. They truly made sure we had everything we needed!
  
  A simple "thank you" just isn't enough to express how grateful we are for Becca, Jessie, and Darcy- who we now view as friends!! :)

  Wish We Could Get Married Again to Work with MVE

  While I’m sad our wedding is over for many reasons, one of the things that makes me the most sad is that we don’t get to work with MVE anymore. I loved working with this incredible duo. They executed my vision and every detail perfectly and used their expertise to make suggestions of what works. I never felt like they were taking me in any direction but my own. Jessie and Becca are also just a blast to hang out with! My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to MVE and I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I would - that is how good they are.

  Modern Vintage is the BEST!

  If I could give Modern Vintage 10 stars, I would. They were that good! As the out-of-town mother of the bride, I honestly can say they made the wedding the joyful event my daughter was hoping for...and got! They got the vibe she wanted, understood the budget, were very responsive, professional, and creative. Open to our ideas and full of great suggestions of their own. I never leave reviews but had to this time.

  If I could give Modern Vintage 10 stars, I would. They were that good!   The actual best wedding planners you will ever hire!

  Words can't describe how grateful we are to have had Jessie and Becca of Modern Vintage as our wedding planners. Their expertise and guidance are invaluable! I genuinely can't sing their praises enough and don't know what we would have done without them. Not only are they incredible at what they do, but they are the most awesome humans! They are the dream team and made wedding planning, dare I say it, fun?! From the start we were so impressed with their eye for design, their organizational skills, and industry knowledge, but then COVID happened and our wedding world got flipped upside down. Believe it or not, this is when they shined even brighter. Literally within 24 hours of learning that we had to postpone our wedding, Jessie and Becca had helped us secure a new date, a new venue, and were almost done re-booking every single one of our vendors (even convincing some of them to make it work for our new date). Words can't describe how much we appreciated them stepping up and helping us out tremendously during that stressful time. They went well above and beyond what was expected of them when we started this journey and now I have them to thank for amazing wedding memories that I will never forget! Do yourself a favor and call them up right now and you will have the best wedding ever!

  Exceptional Planners !!

  Jessie and Becca are amazing ! We planned a destination wedding from Atlanta and they made sure that every detail was addressed and perfect ! They respected our budget and most importantly, made sure that our daughter's wedding vision was exactly what she wanted. The vendor recommendations for the dj, cake, flowers , decor & venue were top-notch and their contacts alone are worth working with this group !!
  
  They were patient with our numerous questions and changes and worked tirelessly to make sure the event flowed perfectly from beginning til end.
  
  For anyone needing a professional and exceptional wedding planning service, Modern Vintage should definitely be on your short list !!

  Best planners and wonderful human beings

  Hiring Modern Vintage Events was absolutely the best wedding planning decision we made. We simply would not have been able to have the wedding we wanted without their guidance and coordination. They took every single idea we had seriously and actively pursued a way for it to become a reality. But then they were honest with me if my idea seemed unrealistic or outside our budget. It was also mind-blowing how they were able to keep every tiny detail organized and were always one step ahead with making sure we didn’t miss deadlines or let anything fall through the cracks. Not only are Jessie and Becca superstar wedding planners, but you also get their recommendations for the BEST vendors for flowers, photography, cake, lightning, stationary etc. We were thrilled with how everything came together and how we could actually enjoy our wedding day. Jessie and Becca are truly worth their weight in gold.
  
  I tried to keep this review mostly practical since anyone reading this is deciding how to spend precious resources for a wedding. But I can't imagine planning our wedding without Jessie and Becca because they played a central role in making me, my now husband, and our families feel so special during the time we were engaged. They have such big hearts, warm energy, and exuberance about life. I am grateful we had these beautiful human beings with us as we traveled the (mostly) ups and downs of wedding planning and that they were by our sides making sure our special day was truly magical.   Modern Vintage is the only way to go!   Choosing to marry my wife was the best decision wedding decision I made. Having Becca and Jessie coordinating the event was a VERY close second!
  
  We hired them for coordination, and when they took over, it was like a weight had been lifted. They thought of questions we hadn’t even considered, and then solved them. They reached out to all our venders and ensured everyone was on the same page. At the rehearsal, they made sure every member of the bridal party knew exactly when and where to be the next day. That alone was no small feat!
  
  On the wedding day they were incredible. They addressed every little detail and made sure my wife and I enjoyed the entire day. Whether it was meeting us at a brewery to pin on boutonnières, or handing us a cocktail at the reception, they made sure we were present for every moment.
  
  I can’t stress how amazing they are. They will make sure your day is perfect. And Grooms to be, if your Fiancé wants to use MVE, just go with it. Or better yet, recommend them to your fiancé and look like a hero. Seriously. This will be the best decision you make.

I'll be the first to admit that I was a "wedding planner" skeptic coming into this wedding planning process - coming out of it, I can tell you that hiring Modern Vintage Events was the best decision we made on our wedding day. Hands down.
  
  We hired Becca and Jessie for their coordination services (in retrospect, if we could do it again, we would hire them for full planning) and from beginning to end their services were spotless. They allowed us to actually focus on our day and what it was about -and not worry about a million little details that are burdensome but necessary to make a big event run. They were calm, collected and just plain lovely the entire process, and made us feel confident and stress free in the weeks leading up to our wedding. More importantly, they were our advocates- making sure that other vendors did their jobs, getting us better pricing than we could have secured on our own, and making sure the day was organized exactly how we wanted it to be. Unlike many other vendors we worked with, Modern Vintage Events was responsive, timely, honest, energetic, friendly, helpful, amazing... I could go on. Do yourself a favor and hire them - I am positive you won't regret it.

  Jessie & Becca were the ABSOLUTE best! If there were any problems day of I had absolutely no idea because that is how great they were. From start to finish with the event management package they always listened to my opinions and gave my feedback on questions I asked. The day seriously flew by and there was never a hiccup with them! Amazing service!

  Modern Vintage made my daughter's wedding, in one word, seamless! Becca and Jessie made it all so easy! They kept everything in our budget (with no arguments between my daughter and I) and everything went especially smooth. I cannot express how thankful we are to have had this dynamic duo in charge of our wedding. From the preplanning to the day of the event - we could not have been more pleased. It was truly a wonderful dream come true for all of us.

  MVE planned our wedding at The Wren's Nest on August 20th 2016. I live abroad and really needed to rely on someone local to help me plan the wedding and I can not stress enough how flawless of a job these girls did. From the flowers to the food and DJ and everyone else involved, it was a day I will ever forget.
  
  In addition to typical wedding demands, I am severely allergic to milk and all milk products so it was important to me that I have a dairy free wedding. MVE went above and beyond, checking with multiple catering companies and restaurants and eventually found both a catering company AND a bakery that dedicated themselves to making sure I had a totally milk free & vegan wedding. The guests (many of them cheese and steak lovers) are still talking about how good it was!
  
  It rained heavily on the day of my wedding but that didn't stop MVE, my husband and I from having a blast. They kept a close eye on the weather and when we had a quick window of no rain we all marched up through the woods and had the outdoor ceremony I dreamed of. This took a lot of organization on their part but they pulled it off flawlessly and I greatly appreciated it.

  I did the Big Shebang. They were available any time for a year. It was great! They led me through the whole process of planning a wedding and everything went smoothly. They are positive smart young women and have been doing this awhile. I highly recommend them.

  Working with Becca and Jess was a blessing! Being from Florida, we really had no idea where to begin in planning a destination wedding. Becca made the process almost effortless for us. From just one face-to-face meeting and a few phone conferences, she made our wedding vision completely come to life! Even with rain in the forecast the day before the wedding, Becca worked to move the entire ceremony indoors and you would never have known it was initially planned any other way! I highly recommend Becca and her crew to anyone looking to plan an event! They know EXACTLY what they are doing!

From just one face-to-face meeting and a few phone conferences, she made our wedding vision completely come to life! Even with rain in the forecast the day before the wedding, Becca worked to move the entire ceremony indoors and you would never have known it was initially planned any other way! I highly recommend Becca and her crew to anyone looking to plan an event! They know EXACTLY what they are doing!

  Becca and Jessica were hired for their "Month Of/Day of Coordination Services". You may not think a "month of" is worth is but it totally is and will save your brain. My past work is with event planning and promotions and even with that knowledge they were beyond an amazing help.
  
  Our wedding was very formal and our reception was very "not formal". They were able to handle the formalness and reverence for a traditional church. For as much fun as they are, they are able to put that aside and get down to business. For our reception they were able to handle the partiers and multiple moving parts. Everything returned to my house in one piece and my mind did not explode :)
  
  Becca and Jessica are phenomenal communicators. They are honest about your needs, will set you up with vendors that are the best fit and will handle any mishaps along the way.
  
  Their design aesthetic is on point also. As a "micromanager" I had a specific idea in mind. Since I was not there for the entire setup I was able to trust their instincts and was beyond pleased with their setup and decor choices.
  
  At the end of the day, their joy for helping others will rub off on you. They have a contagious laugh and ability to ease your mind during the process. I wish I had more events so I could hang out with them more!

  Working with Jess and Becca was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.   Honestly, I was never the person who dreamed of my wedding day, and the very _last_ thing I wanted was a big wedding. Well...my and my husband's parents insisted on inviting pretty much everyone they'd ever met, so we had to go with it, (ok, it was like ~200 guest list). After all, as we were told several times by various relatives, "It's not for you. It's for the family." *sigh*
  From the moment I met Becca & Jessica, I knew they were the right wedding planners for me. Not only were they were fun, energetic and genuine, they were also very organized and highly professional. They helped me create a vision for my wedding day and theme (Roaring 20s!), and rolled with all the crazy things I'd toss in, like: "I want to get married in a cave!" (Yes, we had a 1920s-themed wedding in a cave). They were super helpful at keeping costs within our budget.
  They knew how to get decisions out of me about things that never even crossed my mind to decide on - (drink napkin designs? what??). They patiently listened to my frustrated threats of running away to the Greek Isles and gently reassured me that everything would turn out great. But...BEST OF ALL...
  THE #1 reason I HIGHLY recommend them is they were the buffer between me and everyone else - particularly on the wedding day itself. Were there any issues on the wedding day? Of course, (someone forgot to bring the wedding rings. Oopsie!), but I had no idea until days later! These ladies were whizzing around all day ensuring this event ran smoothly and I - and my family - just got to relax and enjoy the fun.
  (Seriously, at one point, I saw these tiny legs carrying a 15-foot stepladder. Ladder sets down, out pops Becca ready to climb with decorations.. It was mighty impressive).
  During this whole process, Modern Vintage became more than just my "wedding planners". Becca and Jessica were an awesome part of my wedding experience and I don't know how I would have made it through without them.

I can't give them enough stars because it thought I was going to be running around crazy day of, instead was drinking prosecco with my bridesmaids. They were amazing! I highly recommend them!   Jessica and Becca with Modern Vintage were professional yet laid back, and so much fun. They know their stuff and they made our wedding go off without a hitch (that I know of anyway...all the more reason you need them as wedding planners!). I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew they had everything under control. I would highly recommend them!

  Modern Vintage Events does a wonderful job planning and coordinating events. We have worked weddings with them at our venue, Houston Station by Events Nashville, and Jessica and Becca are both excellent planners. They are always great at ensuring the bride and groom have the perfect day and that everything goes according to plan. I recommend Modern Vintage Events to any engaged couple!

They were accommodating throughout the entire planning process when it came to scheduling planning meetings, and were quick to respond to any of our questions. The actual day of the wedding went off without a hitch to our knowledge, and if anything went awry behind the scenes, we didn't know about it. Becca and Jessie did a great job and worked their butts off to make our day relaxing and exactly what we wanted, leading up to and on the wedding day itself. After initially going into the wedding planning process thinking a wedding planner was slightly unnecessary and out of our budget, in the end the wedding would not have gone off anywhere near as smoothly or been as enjoyable without the help and work that Becca and Jessie put in.

These two ladies are organized to the extreme and, best of all, always enthusiastic with a smile on their faces. Becca and Jessie make both the wedding and the planning of it such a delight.

  I am so sad to not be working with Jessica and Becca anymore. They became not just our planners, but our friends. They put together the wedding of our dreams. I would e-mail them with a million questions and they were always there to reply right back and help in any way possible.
