We were given Dan as our photographer by Jason Miles of blue six craetive last october. Dan was always unavailable to take our photos, so finally in February we got together and took them. He took our payment, in cash, no reciept, and told me that we would have our photos in two weeks. Well it took two weeks to see some of our photos on line on the blog, but I have not heard from him since. I have not even heard back from Jason Miles from Blue Six Creative. I guess we got hussled....which totally sucks. Dan Deavu totally sweet talks you while taking your photos, then runs with your cash.......and no photos to show for it.

Simply do not hire this person. He has an "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau. You'll never get your photos. Ever.
Dan is totally unprofessional. He lies to get around contracts, if he doesn't back out at the last minute.
DO NOT HIRE

Dan Deveau is unprofessional and unreliable. He also works for BlueSixCreative. Do NOT hire him to take your photographs. He does not deliver. He does not fulfill contracts. Please DO NOT hire Dan Deveau as your photographer for any event!! You will regret it.

My now-husband and I hired Dan Deveau to take our wedding photos, and were completely disappointed with the experience. Dan Deveau is unprofessional and unreliable - I would absolutely NEVER recommend him to anyone. Unlike some of the other reviews, we did insist on a signed contract, and receipts for our deposits, but it was very stressful trying to obtain the photos after our final payment. It took 4 or 5 months before we received the proofs. I also contacted Jason Miles of Blue Six Creative to complain, on more than one occasion and only received one response, which didn't solve the problem.

If you are thinking of hiring Dan Deveau and dare I say, others from Blue Six Creative, DON'T - you will be in for alot of grief and stress
