The rings are beautiful and the associates were very helpful. The customer service (1-800 number) was not very helpful when there was a mix up in our billing information.
i love my rings but the professionalism and the manner in which they handled the after care was horrible. one of the employees was extremely rude to me numerous times. she acted put off by the fact that i needed her help. the others were pleasant though.
