I tasted one of Katie's cakes at a bridal fair and knew that instant that I wanted her to make my wedding cake.
Our initial meeting was scheduled after normal business hours because my (then) fiancee and I both worked full-time. We had some samples, discussed our ideas for cakes, and knew we had found our vendor.
When the cakes came they were exactly what I had wanted and were delicious! We are still snacking on some of the leftovers because they are to good to give up.

I was first introduced to Katie's Cakes and Catering at a Bridal Show that took place at the FSU in Tallahasssee, FL. I took a sample and I was hooked. When my financee and I went for our consultation, Katie was very organized and easily helped us decided on the right cake design for our wedding. The day of our wedding was great and what put the icing on our day was Katie's cake. Everyone was raving about the cake and there were only crumbs left. I have never been to a wedding where all of the cake was eaten! That should tell you that there is something special about Katie's Cakes and Catering. I am a lifetime customer and we will use Katie for every event that involves cake.

We tried all the cakes in Tallahassee and Katie makes the best cake by far!! She was wonderful to work with and created my dream wedding cake! She took our conceptual ideas and created a beautiful cake that was exactly what we wanted.

Katie's Cakes made both our wedding and groom's cakes, and we could not have been more pleased. We were originally going to go with a different cake shop, but my fiance really wanted a 3-D pool table for his groom's cake, and no other place could do this with the detail he hoped for. Katie met with us twice, both times going over numerous details, suggestions, and thoughts. She designed the cakes for us personally, not just by pointing at a picture and making an exact copy, so I can feel good knowing that our cakes were distinctly for us. They also tasted great, and her prices are very reasonable.

My only complaint is that my cake did not look exactly like we had discussed (I wanted our monogram on the cake & it wasn't present.) However.... the cake was still GORGEOUS and DELICIOUS... so it's hard to complain..

Kaite's cakes are amazing!!! Our wedding cake was perfect and the one little taste I got was great! We saved the top teir and I cannot wait to have it on our first anniversary! Katie took time to sit down with me and design a cake that I loved. A few days before the wedding she even called me to double check on something she had a question about to make sure that our cake was exactly how I have envisioned! Katie also created a groom's cake for my husband, which was a total surpirse to him! She designed a red velvet cake with a hunting theme (hubby is an avid deer hunter). All I had to provide was the deer for the top of the cake and katie took care of the rest creating foilage to go around the deer! Everyone at the wedding loved the grooms cake and thought it fit perfectly with my husband's obsession with hunting.

Katie's provided us with a cake that was unique, beautiful and the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. It was exactly as Jessica wanted and despite my reservations about what it was she wanted, it was absolutely beautiful!
