After looking at 10 venues, we came back around to Justin's Grill. You will no find a better venue for the price! Heather, the coordinator, made everything so easy. She gave us great vendor suggestions and didn't blink twice at some of our requests. Everything was "No problem, you got it!" Everyone raved about the food and service. It's top notch! The room is gorgeous - big huge windows, open dance floor. They truly know it's YOUR day and make sure everything is perfect for you.

Our daughter got married on Sept. 30, 2011 on the patio at Justin's Grill. We started our plans last summer, and were pleasantly surprised how smoothly things went. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were; from the outdoor ceremony to the indoor reception. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was, as one guest said "magical". Heather is the sales mgr. and helped us every step of the way; she was knowledgeable, practical, and calm. We had a "wedding planner" without hiring one! The only complaint we heard was that the party was over too soon, so we tacked on an extra hour, and had a ball! Thank you Justin's for giving our daughter and son-in-law a gorgeous wedding.

The entire Staff at Justin's works with you and provides excellent service both in the months following and throughout the day of the wedding. I cannot sing the praises enough of Heather and Valerie in sorting out all of the details, and the back and forth right up until the day of. Our event manager and head server Mary and Sue were absolutely fantastic and really made you feel like there was nothing in the world more important than your and your guests experience. The food was fantastic, and the service was remarkable. We've had countless compliments. Thank you!!

After comparing several other venues in the area we knew Justin's was the perfect place for our daughter's wedding and reception. The ballroom is part of what sold us with the beautiful windows, lighting, patio for our cocktail hour, etc. and Heather was the other reason. She was so patient and kind and anything we wanted we received. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure our daughter's special day was perfect. She was extremely fast in responding to our e-mails and phone calles and answered our questions, helped us with vendors, and gave us helpful suggestions; she knows her job and she knows it well. She is so professional and yet down to earth, I felt like I had known her all my whole life. She is such an asset to Justin's. As for the menu, we chose the buffet and the food was outstanding; we did not receive one complaint only compliments, and we had some guests who are very picky about their food and they LOVED all of our selections. The only small issue we had, which didn't turn out horribly, is that the cake (which by the way was outstanding) was not served to our guests, it was sliced and laid out on a table for our guests to go up and serve themselves. We just assumed it would be served, which was an error on our part. But overall, it was a perfect spot for a our perfect wedding. I'd recommend Justin's in a heartbeat!

Heather did an absolutely amazing job, Justin's took care of EVERYTHING all I had to do was have fun!

Justins made all my daughters dreams come true for her wedding!.. The room was very elegante. We chose to have to the floor linens and chair covers with organza bows. Up-lighting was also added. My daughter had the sweetheart table for her and her husband on a raised stage. They had a candy bar for guests which Justins displayed beautifully. You can rent the candy jars for $50 which was well worth it. The food was amazing! Our guests just raved about the food. We chose to have an open bar and it was a full set up for any mixed drink you would want. Bloody Marys with a green olive garnish! Hello!! In fact our friends and family are still talking about how this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The wedding cake was delicious too.

When I saw the pictures the photographer took of the tables before the guests had come into the reception- I could not believe they were pictures of my wedding! It was gorgeous at Justin's! Heather had recommended the chair covers, which I thought was a silly waste of money; she was right: they made the room! Everything was just perfect and it was so easy to drop off my favors and champagne flutes and cake knife and server....and everything else that needs to go along with it. And when my husband and I entered the room, everything was perfectly in place.

And, for anyone who has eaten at Justin's, the food for a reception is just as fabulous as the regular dinner menu items. I got so many compliments on the fillet especially! And everyone works so hard at making your day go well. My husband and I had a lovely server named Katie who was willing to take my fillet back if it wasn't perfectly done they way I wanted it (it was excellent), and the manager that night who took over when Heather had seen that all was well, personally got us both drinks. My one suggestion: the bartenders do not put out a tip jar unless requested by the bride or groom, so request one- the drinks are worth it!

Our wedding reception at Justin's Grill was fabulous!! What an amazing experience and value Justin's Grill offers! The food was delicious, the staff was top-notch, the cake looked beautiful and tasted great (we ordered through their sister bakery), and the whole atmosphere and final look of the room was gorgeous and perfect. Also, dropping off and picking up our reception items was a breeze, and Justin's Grill handled them with such care which meant a lot to us.

Heather was very experienced, knowledgeable, accommodating, and provided just the right amount of guidance. The night of the reception the staff worked very hard to take care of us and all of our guests in the most professional manner. Also, I highly recommend extending the reception to include five hours (it was recommended to us and the extra hour added so much to the whole experience). I can't say enough great things about the Justin's Grill facility and their team!

I really enjoyed working with Justin's Grill. To begin with, the food was outstanding. It was important to me to serve excellent food and we got exactly what we were looking for with Justin's Grill. We were on a firm budget and knew exactly what we wanted and they worked with us to get us what we wanted on a budget that worked for us. I requested a soup not on the menu and they were agreeable. I requested a hot hors d'oeuvre they didn't have on the menu and they worked with the chef to get it. The process for the tasting was great. The food was just as good at our reception as it had been at the tasting. Our cake was absolutely delicious!! My only criticism is that through the planning process they were a little unresponsive via email, but a follow up email usually got us the answers we needed. The service the day of our reception was excellent. I couldn't have been happier with the staff the day of.

Justin's was a great place to have our wedding reception. Justin's is a steak house with a large ballroom. The outdoor patio they had was perfect size for our coctail hour. The food was absolutely delicious and they were able to accomodate nicely for some guests with special diets. Pascale's Bakery, a sister company of Justin's, provided us our cake which was fantastic. Our wedding fit 200 people very nicely in this room. They were willing to work w/ us and basically let us decorate all of the walls and even the ceiling. Their side vendors came in and put a light fixture that we picked out that covered almost the entire ceiling. The location is perfect if you have out of town guests. There are 10+ hotels with in walking distance from Justin's. The only thing that I could have asked from Justin's was that our wedding planner was actually there the day of our wedding. The girl that filled in for her was good but Heather was not there. I do however highly recommend Justin's as a great place to have a reception!

DO NOT get your cake from them....it was totally wrong....i hated it, nothing i asked for. That was the only thing that went wrong, everything else was beautiful, they cartered to my every need, friendly, caring people. They were so nice to all my guests and helped with everything.

We spoke with Heather at Justin's Grill, who was very professional and worked with us. The restaurant's reception area is beautiful with chandeliers and french doors that open onto a patio (which is included). We weren't able to use the patio due to the time of year (Feb) in NY and the fact that there was over a foot and a half of snow dumped a couple of days before. Everything was set up before we arrived and it looked beautiful. We used the reception area for the ceremony and reception. The staff was very professional and quick when moving the chairs from ceremony seating to reception seating. The food was soooo good - it was melt-in-your-mouth good! We loved it all! When we planned the menu with Heather, she was very flexible our options. We had a great experience.

They did a phenomenal job! The place couldn't have been more beautiful and the food was amazing. Before the wedding you get to attend a "taste testing" and don't pay a dime. Don't eat beforehand - you will get so much food. Then you do a cake testing too. It's a lot of fun and they have a beautiful venue. They are very professional!
