Facilities and Capacity
Hill Top Inn can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests between its three event spaces: the Terrace Rooml, tent covered South Terrace and gardens, and the restaurant. The spaces are a mix of indoor, covered outdoor, and open outdoor locations, perfect for any time of the year and protecting your and your guests in any type of weather. Each space overlooks the Chemung Valley, Elmira, and the foothills of Pennsylvania, so you’re guaranteed wonderful views in every location.

Services Offered
Hill Top Inn is a one stop location for both ceremonies & receptions complete with a bridal suite, clean up, setup, event planning, and quality wedding vendor services. Our location also services showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. Couples can choose from a list of services to make their day unique:

Hill Top Inn can provide couples with tastings so that they can get a feel of the food before deciding what they want. Meal styles are available in buffet, plated, and stations, and can be rounded off with a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, servers, and a cocktail reception. As a full service facility, Hill Top Inn includes all of the following in our packages at no extra cost.

History
Originally built in 1912 as summer home for the Wycoff family, the Sullivan family purchased the property in 1932 and opened Hill Top Inn on July 3, 1933. While the building has been expanded and upgraded throughout the years to accommodate private events, the original hardwood floor and large stone fireplace are the centerpiece of the restaurant. Now over 85 years later, the third and fourth generation Sullivan family to own the restaurant are still here daily to care for our guests every day.

Hill Top Inn is a half a mile from Interstate 86 in Elmira, close enough to find but far enough to be a peaceful location. There are over 15 hotel accommodations within ten minutes of the venue, and Elmira is home to the Elmira Corning Airport.
