Karl is amazing to work with. He is fun, down to earth, and does amazing work. During the day of the wedding he was willing to help with everything and was very professional.
I hesitate to give him anything less than 5 stars but he was/is difficult to get ahold of sometimes. He seems to be very busy and hard to catch on the phone. Plus side of that is that while working with you, he does not answer his phone like other vendors.
Also, we have not got or final video back yet so I cannot evaluate the video itself.
