Jared has always been helpful when I come into their store.I always walk out with something I'm satisfied in giving my life partner.The wedding ring that was purchased from Jared is from a really nice set and had the perfect price tag.

Associates in the store were very professional and helpful - I came in with no idea what I wanted in an engagement ring and was soon very frustrated - there are so many options! - but the Jared salesperson worked with me and helped me find my perfect ring. There was no pressure to buy right then; in fact, my finace and I shopped around at several other stores, but still came back to Jared in the end. We also bought our wedding bands there.

The ring was quite expensive but it was everything I wanted and more. The service was exceptional and I have no complaints with the ring.....everyone loves it!

We went to the Jared's in Cool Springs. We bought one of the wedding bands there. We had some issues though because they ordered the wrong size at first, and the wedding date was really close and they refused to rush the replacement. They told me that I could use the large ring at the wedding and swap it out later, which I didn't want to do because it is important to me for the ring we got married with to be the ring I wear for the rest of my life....anyways, they got the ring in in time, but it was a stressful hassle. Although they do have really good prices.

I helped my husband pick out my ring and was very satisfied with the selection of rings that Jared has to offer. They have good prices, and they offer warranties in case you need your ring resized, fixed, lose a diamond, etc... We had our wedding bands engraved, and they came back from the engraver in a very timely fashion. Overall very good.

Great service when picking out the engagement ring. We were ignored when we returned to pick out gifts for our bridal party from other areas of the store.
