I used this vendor to create personalized candy bar wrappers for my wedding reception. I paid extra for expedited shipping. On the day the package should have arrived there was no sign of it. I called customer service to check and see what was going on. I was informed that that UPS had marked my package as an "exception" but that it should be delivered the very next day. At the time there was no appology because iCandy assumed it was the fault of UPS. They did not inquire as to what caused the "exception".

Two days later I still had not received my package, and was furious. I tried calling and emailing customer service numerous times and just didn't receive any constructive help. Because iCandy was the "shipper" I had no access to view the UPS information to see where/how my package was sent to be delivered.

FINALLY, I got someone on the phone at iCandy who actually looked at my tracking information in relation to my billing/shipping address. After being told once more that they can't control UPS's delivery schedule the phone line became quiet and then the customer service rep said "Oh. I see what the problem is." He didn't really explain but let me know that he'd make sure my package was sent to the UPS facility and I could go pick it up (thank goodness I was in-state).

When I got to UPS I saw the tracking information sent from the shipper (iCandy). Turns out they messed up the shipping information and sent my package to an address that did not exist! By the time I finally received my chocolate bars, they were 4 days late and melting.

When I called customer service to remedy this the following day (basically to alert a manager to what had happened) I was treated poorly. I was not allowed to speak to a manager. I was told, begrudgingly, that they could reimburse me for the expedited package creation but do nothing about the $50 shipping cost. My only option would be to return the product for a full refund. At this point I was 12 hours away from my reception. Though the bars were not in idea condition, you wouldn't know that until you opened one up. I did not have enough time to find new favors so I was stuck paying for this product and using it as is.

I warn you, this is not the kind of vendor you want to use for a special occasion.
