Working with Tasha was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! From first getting in touch with her about painting our first dance, to picking up the finished work of art at her studio, every moment was magic. She is SO talented, professional, sincere, a clear communicator, and a genuine pleasure to work with. My now husband and I are so glad we hired Tasha!
On the day of our wedding, Tasha arrived early to our venue to paint out the background, then she took pictures (amongst the crowd of guests) during our first dance, and started painting the full scene while our guests mingled and looked on. Many stopped to appreciate her work and Tasha was happy to talk to them about her process. She actually got a lot done during the evening. I only wish we had had time to stop and talk to her during the party! But we got that chance at her studio a few weeks later. We had requested she depict a few specific people and with pictures from the day, she finished the details at her studio. While working on it there, she was very communicative. She even sent pictures as she worked on finishing the piece and took our suggestions to heart. We remember chatting with Tasha at her studio that day. She is such a lovely person and it was clear that she genuinely loved capturing our special moment. She even made us look great too! She didn’t charge us nearly enough so we made sure to give her a good tip! The painting was absolutely incredible and was a much better value than other vendors we considered. We have zero regrets in hiring Tasha and would give her ten stars if we could! Our piece of art has hung proudly in our home ever since and has been a conversation piece that guests always compliment. It is stunning and we will treasure it forever! Thank you, Tasha!!!

Tasha is a gifted artist. The live painting aspect was a highlight of the wedding, as the guests loved watching her. The finished painting itself is a priceless keepsake.

She was an absolute joy to work with from beginning to end. Beyond the beauty of the painting itself, what stood out most was how easy and pleasant the entire process was: the negotiation, the coordination around the wedding, her presence on the day, and the thoughtful way she handled any modifications based on our feedback.

She is funny, full of character, fair in her pricing, and clearly a professional artist with a long and serious history behind her work. Her paintings are absolutely beautiful, and one of the most special parts of the process is that you can speak with her about the colors you love, the style you want, the specific details of the scene, and the feeling you hope the final piece will carry. Because it is a painting, it is not limited to a literal record of the day. It becomes a blend of reality, memory, and the artist’s imagination.

From her presence at the wedding itself to the final artwork, the experience felt truly meaningful. Everyone has wedding photos, and many people have a wedding video, but very few are lucky enough to have a wedding painting — especially one that was not simply created afterward, but actually begun at the wedding, with the first strokes laid down during the celebration itself.

For us, that made the painting feel alive. It is not just an image of the wedding, but an artifact: something personal, emotional, irreplaceable and lasting. More than a memory, it becomes an heirloom.
