I would not reccomend using this company for your wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses. They ordered all the dresses tooooooo large. My wedding dress came in a week before my wedding when we ordered it 4 months before. They are not quick and I dont think they know much about sizing.

We bought the wedding dress there, all the brides maids dresses, and all of the tuxes were rented there. Many of the tuxes did not fit, the heels of the shoes were coming off. They sent the wrong color ties with the tuxes. Also one of the groomsman did not recieve a shirt with his tux. It was awful, I would never use House of Brides again!!!!

Excellent selection and service.

They were very helpful, although I was buying my dress only a few months before my wedding. The only problem I had--and it was a pretty big one--was that they weren't going to be able to get in my dress in my size by the wedding date. Good thing they had a good seamstress and I lost 20 pounds, so I was able to fit into a size 8 after all.

We also used them for the bridesmaids dresses, and they were very understanding and accommodating for our out-of-state bridesmaids.

They did a great job with my mom's dress, but the groomsmen's tuxs were another story! They didn't have enough shirts to go with neckties, so some of the guys had shirts that go with bowties....wasn't noticable unless you knew about it.

All of the tuxes were wrong, but the staff worked with us to get them all right. I was quite disappointed because we had to pay a $25 deposit which we were supposed to get back, but a year later we still haven't seen it.

They gave a discount for the tuxes because we asked and had spent a lot of money at their sister store.

We used House of Brides for our tuxedo rental. We has a hard time getting everything coordinated. I had to go several times to make sure they had the correct information and date. Even on the day of pick up we had some problems with getting all the pieces for all the tuxedos. The staff was young and not very professional.
