    BEST experience ever! Do not think twice!

    There are no words that can accurately convey our satisfaction with Claudia, Jen, Georgios and the rest of the team at Santorini and the Hilton Bentley. My husband and I were looking for an intimate, elegant, European-inspired wedding with a delicious dinner and fun dance party to follow; nothing cheesy, banquet hall-esque or over-the-top. Claudia delivered this and so much more. She was so easy to work with from the beginning and never said no to anything, always accommodating any change we wanted to make. Claudia and Jen took care of virtually everything without ever requiring follow up. The food was UNBELIEVABLE. Numerous guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had and my husband and I definitely agree. We even ditched a wedding cake and instead went with their dessert platter and everyone was floored by how delicious it was. I really think that every single wedding guest commented on how perfect the entire experience was from start to finish. The outdoor area downstairs near the pool is so beautiful and ideal for dinner and dancing. Perhaps most extraordinary was the incredible value of the entire event. I cannot imagine any venue providing so much value at such a competitive price. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we are forever indebted to the team at Santorini. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Claudia! We plan on having every party for the rest of our lives at this venue!

    I recently got married at Hilton Bentley and Santorini is their restaurant. It was a destination wedding so it was my goal to have the venue and hotel at the same location. I was considering another venue in South Beach (similar standard and pricing) but what made the difference was RED CARPET customer service that Hilton Bentley/Santorini provided. Adam Poncharoensub (Sales Coordinator) called me the very next day after I submitted my inquiry. He was more than a pleasure to work with; responsive, polite, proactive. Just amazing. He would call me a few times a day, if needed. Then I was introduced to Claudia Angurell (Director of Events) who was equally helpful, so very sweet. From the first phone call I felt they CARED. I had an amazing beach wedding, enjoyable cocktail hour and lots of fun during the reception. Thank you Claudia and Adam, you're the best!!!

    Santorini is amazing. I had my wedding there June 23 2017. I fell in love the moment I walked it. Claudia is amazing and helped with everything from picking tablecloths and napkins to finding a photographer and wedding officiant. The food was delicious and our guests were amazed by the food, staff, service and decor. Claudia was very attentive throughout the entire process and made it as stress free for me as possible. From the moment I walked in to tour the hotel until the day I checked out after the wedding, was first class all the way. I would definitely recommend Santorini and the Hilton Bentley.

    We recently had our wedding at the Hilton Bentley South Beach and couldn't possibly be more satisfied. Everything that was promised was delivered and more. Claudia our wedding coordinator is such a pleasure to work with. She has the patience of an angel. If I needed help with anything, she was quick to assist and offer suggestions for the ceremony. We had a beach wedding that was absolutely gorgeous. The reception and dinner was held in the skyline terrace and room. The space is not huge but it held our 85 guests perfectly with room to spare. The room can comfortably hold 103 guests. I can't say enough of how perfect everything was handled. Claudia was there every step of the way and my guests still can't stop talking of what a wonderful time they had. Do yourself a favor and contact Claudia for your wedding. She is an asset to the property. The food from Santorini, the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Georgio, the owner is wonderful and always greeted us with a big hug. The best Greek salad on South Beach!

    I fell in love originally after seeing the skyline terrace and finding out what the packages included. I could not believe everything that you would get for such an amazing price. This venue is definitely a hidden gem! The hardest part for my planning was finding a venue and I was lucky to find this venue right away and it made everything else so simple. They include so much that you really don't have to go outside of them for other vendors. I worked closely with Claudia and all I can say is WOW. She truly does the absolute best job and provided the most amazing service to us. I knew that I could trust her with every single request and she would handle it immediately and she worked extra hours to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. We just want to say thank you so much to her and everyone at this hotel. Our wedding was a complete dream come true thanks to you! :)

    The Hilton Bentley was an absolute dream come true! Our wedding was on 04/30/16. Blanca went above and beyond helping us have our dream wedding. She was always readily available and had so much patience with all of our requests! She helped me solve a couple crises that came up during the planning stage. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during every meeting. There wasn't a single request she said no to. The food was UNBELIEVABLE. We received so many compliments on our choice of two entrees. The hotel also provided our wedding cake which was delicious! Maria the pastry chef decorated it beautifully. We also had our rehearsal dinner at their restaurant. Everything they did for us was so much more than we'd asked for. The vendors they recommended were all stellar. The decoration for our room was absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony was on their skyline terrace which was the most perfect setting. Once the party got started, the doors were open to the skyline so people had two different areas to party on. Thank you, Hilton Bentley for so many wonderful memories!!!

    The Hilton Bentley is a luxury hotel located on the beach in a perfect location. Blanca, the Hilton Bentley Hotel wedding coordinator, produced a flawless execution of my wedding. She was accommodating, always available by cell phone, and she shared my vision of what I wanted my wedding to be. I planned this as a destination wedding and she couldn't have made it any easier. The venue was beautiful and my beach wedding was perfect. The food was amazing and she helped put together an entire gluten free menu for our wedding. The food, service, venue was a 5 star first class. My standards are typically extremely high and Blanca and the Hilton Bentley exceeded each one. Blanca was sweet and fun to work with and absolutely went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect.

    I live in Tampa so I was only able to make one trip to Miami to meet with them, everything else was through email and phone calls. I worked very closely with Maria and she was so helpful. Every email and phone call was returned within a few hours if not sooner. She kept me very calm and assured me everything would be perfect and that it was. We had some last minute family issues on our wedding day and the Hilton staff helped us get through them. We held our reception on the skyline terrace and our guests were blown away. The food was a major concern for my groom and it could not have tasted and looked any better. If I had to do it all over again I would pick the hilton bentley every time!

    Great venue with a beautiful view! Maria is very helpful and responds to emails very promptly. Definitely worth taking a look at

    All I can say is WOW! I had my wedding at the Hilton Bentley on June 8, 2013 and it was absolutely amazing on every level. I live in D.C. so I was planning the wedding from a distance. The staff at the Hilton Bentley made the planning process a breeze as we selected the Diamond package which included literally everything. It was a tremendous relief to have all of the key vendors (linens, florals, music, ceremony music) all identified as all we had to do was discuss our vision and desires with them. Everything else was handled by the hotel staff. The preferred vendors were all very professional, and everything turned out great and exactly as we hoped. As for the things handled by the Hilton Bentley, I honestly could not be happier.

    Food: We chose the beef tenderloin churrasco, the imperial grilled chicken and the black bean and rice cake (Veg option). Our guests RAVED that it was hands down the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The food was well presented and the portions were decent-sized.

    Venue: We had our ceremony on the terrace &reception in the skyline room (Both GORGEOUS). The room was perfect for our wedding size (65 guests) and it was great to have the sliding doors so people could go grab a breath of fresh air and take in the skyline. We also requested to have some couches moved out to the terrace, which was great for guests looking to rest their feet. The space was also very clean and the white marble floors gave the room a really nice and fancy look. We were going with more of a classy/chic feel to the wedding, and the Hilton Bentley space was perfect for this.

    Staff: We worked with Valerie and she is an absolute ROCK STAR! From the moment I met her, I knew my wedding was in terrific hands. She was extremely responsive (I literally got a response within hrs from her), and above all, she is a very nice & pleasant person. Our guests all LOVED Raul the bartender! So nice and friendly! Also, the staff that helped w/ set up was GREAT - very nice!

    I had a destination wedding in South Beach and the Hilton Bentley did an exceptional job. Our ceremony took place at a church in Fort Lauderdale but we knew we wanted the reception to take place in the heart of South Beach. We selected the skyline room for our reception and it was so perfect. Our guests loved the place and the fact that they had access to the outside patio. We decided to open up all the sliding doors later in the night since it was a beautiful and breezy night. The food was phenomenal, we selected the Churrasco and Organic chicken. Maria Medina was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, responsive, and kept me calm in the process. She was my point of contact at the Hilton throughout the process and she always replied and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She made sure everything looked perfect the day of the wedding. Maria thank you for everything, I really am so grateful for all your help. I highly recommend this hotel to any bride.

    Extremely well priced. Includes almost everything you need. The food is AMAZING. Claudia is a pleasure to work with.

    The hotel could use some updating, but it's definitely worth at least taking a look.

    The venue itself was an absolute dream come true. It is beautiful inside and out, very upscale. Most definitely Miami's best kept secret and I do not know why it is such a secret. The food was quite possibly the best meal I've ever had. I'm not the only one who thought so either. My guests would not stop telling me how incredibly amazing the food was. The chef truly is an artist. I most definitely got my money's worth. The service manager Valérie Falsetto is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and helpful in every way, she made the stressful wedding planning stage a much lighter burden all while planning her own wedding at the same time! I read in a previous review (before deciding on choosing the Hilton Bentley) someone had called Valérie a "rockstar" and that is absolutely a huge UNDERSTATEMENT. If you choose this venue, demand Valérie be your go to person. Seriously she is incredible and I truly have nothing but gratitude and good things to say about her. My only big time problem I had with her was that I didn't get to work with her the entirety of my wedding planning stage. I initially had the absolute NIGHTMARE of a person to work with: ELDA MEDINA. I'm not entirely sure how on earth she even landed a job at such a high end place. I spent my first 6 months or so of the planning stages constantly repeating myself how many guests, what colors, what theme, my fiance's name, she was never in her office so never picked up her phone, she took forever to respond to emails, I basically had no idea what was going on the first 6 months. Had I not had a signed contract and a down payment within the first week of dealing with her I would have taken my money elsewhere in a heartbeat. I was absolutely dreading the wedding. I thought it would be a disaster and I thought my wedding would not have any of my wishes fulfilled. Then a miracle happened in the form of Valérie. I'm going to assume(and hope) Elda got fired and is not ruinning any other weddings.

    We were overall happy with Santorini's events. We ended up working with Santorini because we booked the Hilton Bentley as our wedding venue before they opened their restaurant there. We visited six months before the wedding to renegotiate a new contract, have our tasting, and pick out linens. At that time we met the owner, Georgios, and his wife, Katerina, who are both SO kind and accommodating. We also met the event coordinator, Claudia, who we were not thrilled with. She made an effort to work with us, but she often did so with an attitude and lied to us on multiple occasions. She must have lost all of her notes from our visit because two days before the wedding she texted and emailed me for three hours asking all the questions that we had already answered during our tasting. The night before the wedding, my husband's parents hosted a dinner in the restaurant's private room and the Greek food was phenomenal. After dinner, we went upstairs to the skyline room to set up decorations, and the linens had not arrived yet. We waited for 45 minutes with our families before we could start setting up. Claudia lied to me and said that the truck was stuck in traffic, but based on Google Maps, there was no traffic at that time. When the delivery guy arrived, he told us that he was never given a specific time to deliver by. The wedding day went more smoothly, besides someone turning the restaurant refrigerator down from 36 degrees to 26 degrees and freezing our centerpiece flowers. The banquet manager, Jamie, worked very hard throughout the entire day to ensure that our wedding went smoothly. Claudia was bearable, although she tended to disappear often throughout the day, but she got us permission to take bride and groom portraits in the penthouse so we were very happy with that. The reception was fantastic, although some of the food was overcooked and the wedding cake was dry, but the drinks were great. Overall, everything came together and everyone enjoyed themselves.

    I don't know where to begin with this place. IF you do choose to go with this venue I HIGHLY recommend having EVERYTHING in writing for any proof you may need to present the wedding coordinator at the hotel with. We had so many issues with that. She always forgot everything we had originally gone over. About 2 or 3 weeks before our wedding (a year after already giving her all our information) she was asking about our vendors, and if we needed microphones for the wedding officiant, knowing that we weren't getting married in that location just having our reception. Every time we had to go to the hotel for something wedding related I would write to her to make sure she would tell the front desk we were going so they could validate our parking. Of course we would go and they would claim she never told them anything.
    Anyways, the hotel does not provide a holding room for the bride and groom so if you have to wait until the cocktail hour is done, here are the options they gave us: either go to your hotel suite, go to the bar downstairs or join your guests at the cocktail hour. Then they have hotel rooms right next to the venue, we heard our wedding planners say that guests had already complained about noise.
    The worst part of the night, apart from them serving the food an hour later then we had discussed and delaying our wedding (we only had the venue until 1am and because of the delay had to cut the cake before food was served), was that there was no parking available to our guests. Only 2 valet people were working. According to one, he said he had no idea how many people were to be expected and according to the other one, he said he had no idea there was a wedding going on and if he knew he would have had 5 more people working that night. The food is phenomenal. That's what everyone kept raving about. And servers, bar tenders were all exceptional. That's about it.

    I had my wedding at the Hilton Bentley and it was the biggest disappointment, when I arrived to the hotel after letting the wedding coordinator know the time of my arrival as well as the time of arrival for my makeup artist and wedding party, the hotel told me that they did not have a room for me and could not find my reservation, after their mistake they did not apologize an hour later of me standing in the lobby with my designer dress, they told me I couldn't check into a room until later that evening at the time my wedding was scheduled to begin. My wedding party had to get their makeup done in a dark wine room and everyone's dress including mine got wrinkled as a result. It didn't stop there...not only was I treated horribly by the hotel staff on my wedding day, they messed up all of the appetizers, served decomposed ceviche cups and the amazing dinner I sampled was nowhere to be found, instead of serving the dinner I as promised suf and turf chicken and grouper, my guests were served chicken legs and fish -they weren't even given options. Some dishes came with a side of what looked like asparagus and others had no side. It was completely embarrassing! In addition, the hotel valet told my wedding guests that they were full and made my guests walk in the rain even though I paid for valet in advance. This venue was such a complete nightmare. Although I can't get my special day back I wound never want another bride to go through something so horrible on their special day so trust me if you are thinking of his venue for your wedding don't do it! They are horrible and what I mentioned was only a few things I will be here all night if I wrote out all of the issues I had due to the staff at this hotel.
