When people say you should have a wedding planner and wedding coordinator for the day of your wedding, you shouldn’t think twice. We found JCrafts Events from a list of known vendors and quickly set up a meeting with Jenn to discuss the planning packages she offered. We chose the Rose Partial planning package after meeting with Jenn. Her wedding planning knowledge of the venue we had chosen really helped us understand the vision of what we wanted which was simple and elegant . It was great having Jenn and her team available to answer any questions we had and follow up with vendors. Three months before the wedding, Jenn and Carissa provided us checklists every month to keep us on track. These checklists were so helpful and setting up the wedding timeline helped us on the wedding day. Everyone was impressed how we were on time because of the timeline. Jenn and Carissa quickly set up the reception area in no time. They were on it. We also went with JCraft Events for our flowers which included the bridal bouquet and boutonnières. We highly recommend JCrafts Events for your wedding planning and day of wedding coordination. Jenn and Carissa, thank you so much for all your help during our wedding. You definitely took off the stress from the bride and groom because we knew you had everything on track.

Jennifer was my florist for my wedding, and the whole process was excellent! She brought my vision to life and exceeded my expectations, stayed within budget and even suggested cost-saving ideas, and we had fun along the way! She was prompt and on top of things. Jen kept me in the loop throughout the process, which I loved. I would highly recommend Jen for your floral needs, and I’m sure she’s an excellent wedding planner/coordinator as well. -

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for our wedding on our family property in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jennifer was communicative, incredibly professional, attentive, and helped us stay on course at all times.
The setting was already special to us, but Jennifer and her team transformed it into a breathtaking venue that exceeded ALL our expectations. Not to mention her floral arrangements were stunning, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of our Ranch. Every detail, from the ceremony tree to our centerpieces, was thoughtfully designed and executed with precision. My personal favorite had to be the STUNNING bridal bouqet I was lucky enough to carry down the aisle.
What truly stood out was Jennifer's ability to understand our vision and bring it to life. Our wedding was the third she had coordinated/planned on our family property, but she still managed to make it completely unique and special for Jacob and I.
We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful and seamless the wedding was. We are so grateful to Jennifer for making our special day truly unforgettable. I don’t know if there are adequate words to describe how absolutely AMAZING Jennifer and JC Events are. From the moment I met Jennifer, I was instantly at ease and drawn to her incredibly vibrant energy and her radiant joy. Planning a wedding can definitely be an emotional rollercoaster, yet every step of the way, there was our angel on earth Jennifer with calm words to put us at ease and genuine care to make sure we stayed right on track. If it hadn’t been for her monthly then weekly check-ins and detailed timelines she provided for us, I doubt we would have been able to be that organized on our own. When it came to the planning process, her expertise was invaluable as she helped us choose vendors and never overwhelmed us with choices, always giving us the best information. She was so communicative every step of this journey, and literally has thought of every detail. And don’t even get me started on the floral design!! Jennifer truly has a gift, taking our vision and running with it, making it even more breathtaking than we could have ever imagined. She combined classic beauty with unique pieces and flair that truly had us all blown away. We had our family and friends gushing with how beautiful and dreamy the florals and details were, and it was pure magic being in the space she created.
Aside from her professional talents, Jennifer is a genuinely beautiful person inside and out. There are few people who can instantly put you at ease and assure you everything will be perfect, and she is one of those exceptional humans. It was no surprise our day was absolute magical perfection. She cared for us as family does, and we are forever grateful for her. As parents of the bride, we wanted our daughter's wedding experience to be magical. My wife and I interviewed several wedding planners in the process. Jennifer Craft (JC Events) really stood out to us. There was something different and special about Jennifer. It was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning of the planning process Jennifer provided the assurance, expertise and creativity we were looking for. She guided us the entire way and listened to everyone to make sure the wedding experience aligned to our daughter's vision. She became part of the family along the way. Jennifer also shared her network of service providers. Each vendor was top notch. Jennifer communicated effectively and keep all the various planning activities on task. Needless to say, the wedding itself (October 5, 2024) exceeded our expectations. Jennifer and her team did a great job producing a magical experience. I was looking for ALL the traits and found them in Jennifer Craft! Fun, bubbly, calm, organized, detailed, someone who initiates, leads, stays on top of things and is fiercely focused, but also gently reminds me when decisions need to be made (Bc there are tons of timely decisions to be made!) I went into our first meeting with a color scheme and a vibe and she worked her magic to make our day an utter dream! We were obsessed with every detail and I felt so calm on wedding day bc I knew she had everything under control! Do yourself a favor and go with Jennifer Craft at JC Events! -

PLEASE READ!!!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Jennifer Craft Events is BY FAR the best choice for your wedding planning. There is no other planner that can compare. Here is why…First- I spoke to a few planners at bridal events and they were either snobby, not personable, or seemed to be trying too hard to earn my business. When I met Jennifer at these same events, we hit it off immediately….Why? Because Jennifer Craft is personable, confident, fun and happy, friendly, smart, organized, and the bottom line….she is an ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL at her craft so she doesn’t have to worry about impressions. This rang through and through during my year and a half engagement of which Jennifer Craft was the FIRST vendor I hired for my wedding planning. Second- she listens to what you want and delivered just that. I told her what my budget was and she delivered options for each vendor that were in budget. And I mean ALL VENDORS- music, photography, videography, cake, limo, invitations, hair, makeup, wedding website, etc. All I had to do was choose which I wanted and she took care of the rest from the time I signed any vendor contracted to the day of my wedding event. Third- she gives you her full attention. This happened throughout our year and a half partnership. If I sent and email or text, I received an immediate auto-reply letting me know if her and her team were at another wedding event or whatever, but I always knew when I could expect a reply back. And as my wedding day got closer, she and Mikaela gave me their undivided attention for any text, email or phone call I made to her or her team. And last but not least - Jennifer actually cares about your event and about you as a person. I love this girl! She took GREAT CARE of me, any worries I had…..all gently and politely managed because she is a pro and knows the ins and out of weddings! The day of my wedding went off seamlessly with all vendors, decor, etc in place. Everyone including my wedding party was managed by Jennifer and her team so no one ever had to wonder what was next. They communicated using their ear intercoms so no one was running back and forth. My big day was smooth and delightful for my husband I and all of our 200 guests. I also hired her for Florals and their where absolutely STUNNING!!!!!!!!! My family, friends, and guests all raved about what a beautiful event it was and how everything was PERFECT!!! And I absolutely have to agree! A very special shout out to Jennifer and her amazing assistant Mikaela! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! I unequivocally and absolutely recommend Jennifer Craft Events for your wedding planning! TEN GOLD STARS!!! -

We used Jennifer for our florals and she was fabulous. She guided us through the whole process and even offered advice on non floral items. She and her team went above and beyond and they even sent pictures throughout the creation process so we knew exactly what to expect. We looked at 2 other florist and she was able to offer more for less and out of them all her service was the most impressive which was the reason why we chose her even beyond cost. You won't regret this choice! -

Jennifer is amazing!
I highly recommend Jennifer and her team! We had a small intimate wedding and went with her Rose package. Working with her was the best decision we made and worth every penny. I hate planning events and was honestly dreading planning our wedding and she made the whole process very easy, not stressful, and kept us on track. All of her recommendations were fantastic and she is super organized. She recommended our venue, photographer, musician, minister and we loved them all. Additionally, the day of, all we had to do was show up and she took care of everything and made our wedding day something we could just focus on enjoying instead of stressing about the timeline. The decor was also absolutely beautiful. I just showed her some pics on Pinterest that I liked but I was blown away by how our dinner table turned out. It was way more beautiful than I ever imagined and exactly what I wanted without actually knowing what I was looking for! Thank you Jennifer for everything! The best of the best!
Jennifer was the BEST decision I made during the whole wedding process! My day was more perfect than I even could imagine!! Jennifer and Carissa did a great job at brining my dream wedding to reality. Jennifer, also, was my florist! All my flower arrangements from my bouquet, to my bridesmaids bouquets and all different centerpieces left me speechless when Jen first sent me the sneak peek via text message. I still can not get over how perfect all florals were! Jennifer and Carissa made sure the day of ran smoothly and took care of all things! They were both attentive to not only me but my husband as well. From the start of this process, Jen answered all questions quickly and was always just a text message away! I cannot picture the day of going as smooth without them! We literally just showed up on wedding day and enjoyed the day surrounded with family and friends! I can’t say enough about Jennifer and her team, they easily made our dreams come true on our wedding day. Jennifer was there every step of the way from suggestions about what quantities to buy for giveaways, from center piece and table decor, to the rehearsal dinner and coordinating of our whole day! Jennifer was supportive, professional, and she knows exactly what needs to be done and what needs to NOT be done on your special day. She was amazing to work with and everything was so effortless and seem less, that we got to fully enjoy our day without a worry about any details! Every detail was taken care of and our guests even noticed how smoothly everything flowed.
In addition to coordinating, Jennifer also hand arranged all of our floral center pieces, bouquets, and floral boxes - they were beyond beautiful and better than anything I could have imagined doing myself. She is really pure magic.
Again, I can’t brag enough about this team, I would use them again and again if I could! Definitely a 10/10 experience and can’t rave about them enough, if you are looking for a florist or coordinator for your wedding, look no further, Jennifer and her team will make all your dreams come to life ✨ -

Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!
Jennifer Craft was the wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding, and I am proud to say we were her first destination wedding (in Pagosa Springs, Co.) Not only did she knock the event out of the park, she was personable, patient and super helpful with all aspects of the planning process leading up to the day. I would happily now call her a family friend! She answered emails and text’s promptly and always made time for phone calls when we needed them. No question was made to seem silly. I am definitely the type who likes to maintain control of all details, and she was happy to work in tandem with me to insure every detail was tended to. She was polite and respectful and communicated well with our vendors. The day off went perfectly as she, John and Michaela worked their tails off to make sure my daughter had the wedding of her dreams, and it truly was! I could not be more pleased with her service and would recommend JC events a thousand times over for all of your wedding needs. -

There are not enough kind words to describe Jennifer and Mikaela. We booked JC Events to do our weekend of coordinating, along with our floral. Despite only booking them for weekend of coordination, Jennifer made it very clear that if I needed anything at any point during wedding planning to contact her; and she truly meant it. Jennifer and Mikaela were constantly just a text away anytime I needed anything. They were always so incredibly kind and helpful. Fast forward to the day of our wedding, the day could not have run smoother and that is thanks to them. I can be a control freak, but I completely put my faith and trust in them to have my vision come to life, and they 100% delivered.
Now, let's talk about flowers. We had decided we were not going to do floral centerpieces, yet Jennifer was going to do our bouquet and boutonnieres (which were absolutely stunning). When we had our design meeting, we showed her our centerpieces we had made and she started brainstorming rentals we could use to help make our centerpieces that much more beautiful. Jennifer truly helped us take our vision and elevate it to make it that much more amazing and perfect. -

Dreamiest wedding ever!
I really don’t know where to begin because Jennifer, her assistant, and husband were nothing short of AMAZING! From the very beginning, I knew I could trust her because she was HIGHLY recommended by my wedding venue at Lost Mission in Spring Branch, TX and I heard her name through other venues we were looking at as well. She is so kind, energetic, and organized! While planning can be stressful, she was able to keep me on task with the check list she provided and so many other resources like a Tipping Vendor Guide and Photo Shot List to give to my photographer/videographer. At the beginning of my wedding planning process, I was listening to all sorts of bridal podcasts and following bridal Instagram accounts to figure out what I needed in order to be prepared and such, but I was able to toss all that out of the door with Jennifer’s guidance! Jennifer was also so incredibly responsive. Some planners only allow you to email or schedule meetings to communicate with them, but Jennifer encouraged me to text her any time I had questions, which made me feel so relieved.
Onto the actual day of the wedding…oh my…my literal DREAM COME TRUE. I had a very specific vintage, boho, but still classic vision and was unsure how it would all turn out and if it’d look cohesive, but Jennifer and her team made it look even better than what I imagined! So many of my guests came up to me and said it was one of the best and most beautiful weddings they’ve ever been to. The venue itself we chose is gorgeous and really didn’t need too many decorations or florals, but Jennifer knew I wanted to incorporate certain decor/flower pieces that made our wedding feel personal and symbolic to us as a couple. As much fun as I had with my now husband and guests, I think I had just as much fun just looking at everything she put together and taking it all in! I think seeing everything come to life brought more tears in my eyes than putting on my wedding dress haha! Another bonus that I didn’t even expect or know she would do, is she took so many pictures/videos of all the details before and during guests arrived as well as a throughout the night which I really appreciated, because I forgot to assign one of my bridesmaids to do all of that! My professional pictures and videos won’t come in for another several weeks, so I loved that Jennifer sent all of her own footage to me the next morning so my husband and I could relive the night over again and not have to wait for us to get it all back from our photographer! -

Jennifer, from the moment I spoke with her, was amazing! I got married 3 1/2 hours from where I live and she was on top of it all! I am not organized or knowledgeable when it comes to planning a wedding. All I had to do was send her my pinterest board and she took it from there. Jennifer also did my flowers, which were not only beautiful but were so fresh and smelled amazing! I had no idea really what flower I wanted and she pulled it together based off of one meeting! During the wedding, Jennifer, her husband and associate were on point with decorations, time management and making me feel like the most important person in the room! -

We hired Jennifer and her incredible team about 1 year before our big day. We chose their full wedding planning package, it was an easy decision to make, as we are out of town we wanted to find a team we could really rely on it and they were it! The best way I can describe Jennifer and her team is that they were simply a BLESSING. There are truly not enough words to describe how amazing they are. They kept me on track, on time, and made sure that everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail is unparalleled! Jennifer was so kind, organized, and professional but most importantly, she was 100% there for me every step of the way and truly made me feel like my wedding was her #1 priority. I was able to enjoy every aspect of my wedding day because of this amazing team. Jennifer also did my florals and all I can say is they were absolute PERFECTION, they were everything I ever dreamed of! I have been planning my dream wedding with Jennifer for the past 3 years. I found Jen in 2019 when I decided to plan a wedding in 2022. I am from out of state and I needed someone to help me plan out all the details for me. Having Jen with me every step of the way was a huge stress reliever for me. I was able to call, text, or email when I had any questions or needed advice. Not only was she my planner but she was also my florist and she also provided photo booth service. Her flowers were absolutely beautiful and the photo booth was so much fun! Jen and her team did a phenomenal job making my dream wedding come to life. When I fist started wedding planning I was set on not having a coordinator and trying to do it all myself, but after meeting Jennifer that all changed. Jennifer and her team are AMAZING! Living 6 hours away Jennifer and her team were really flexible and easy to get a hold of whenever I needed them! Jennifer was so much fun to plan with and all her vendors that she recommended were all very professional. When it came to the wedding day itself, there was no stressing about something not being done or going wrong as Jennifer made sure that it was just all fun and stress free for us. I couldn't of asked for a better coordinator, florist, and photobooth handler. I could not recommend anyone else for this role! -

Best wedding planner ever :)
I don't think we could've made a better decision for our wedding day - Jennifer was the best wedding planner we could've ever imagined. We were planning our San Antonio wedding from Atlanta, and she helped keep us on track with love and encouragement through it all. On our wedding day, she was everything we needed and more, from smiles and laughter to time management and guiding us to what was next. She took such sweet videos and pictures of us that we got the next morning, which was so meaningful and such a special touch. Not only was she an amazing coordinator that worked amazingly hand in hand with all of our vendors, she also did all of the florals for our wedding. She is seriously superwoman! We had light summer colors of peach and sky blue, and the most beautiful floral arrangements that matched perfectly with that. Jennifer was the first one that reached out to me among the other planners I sent my inquiry to through The Knot. And it was "love at first sight"!!! We got the Rose Package - Partial Planning, but throughout our planning process, I truly felt like she has helped us more than she should have, she made sure to check in with us regularly and gave us great advice. Jennifer was not just a planner, she was also a great mentor and a friend :)
I am the kind of person who can be overly creative sometimes and has too many ideas that I want to execute, Jennifer and her team somehow had put all the puzzles together into a perfect picture for us, and for our loved ones. To me, the little things matter, and Jennifer and the team had completely hit every single corner of my expectations. She worked so well with all the vendors, including our venue, the church, which was new to her.
Jennifer also did a great job with her flowers! I asked for a simple bouquet of white tulips and she delivered a beautiful, elegant bouquet that I kept hearing compliments on throughout the day and the days after.
Besides Jen, Ashley was coordinating our ceremony and my family absolutely love her, my side of the family was unfamiliar with the Catholic wedding process, but with Ashley's coordination, everything went smoothly and right on time.

Jennifer and her team were INCREDIBLE for our special day! She is easy to reach, fun to plan with, and has fantastic suggestions for the big day. Her vendors are reliable, and very professional. Because of Jennifer, my husband and I got to ACTUALLY EAT on our Wedding day. Everything at our wedding was smooth and seemingly effortless. My family is from South Africa, and Jennifer helped us find ways to incorporate that culture into our wedding through food and florals. Jennifer and Ashley as well as the team were the best choice I made for my wedding. I hired Jen for coordination and also for floral which made it that much easier! Over the course of the months leading up to my big day, Jennifer and Ashley were there for me for any question or concern I could have possibly had. They were both so incredibly easy and fun to work with and Jen was on top of it all. On the day of, everything was flawless and by the end of the day, they both felt like my best friends and not just coordinators! Best wedding planner ever!
Jennifer is hands down the best wedding planner that my husband and I could have asked for! I hired Jennifer as my wedding planner because she was very positive and friendly but also extremely professional. I knew I could trust Jennifer to help create the wedding of my dreams and I sure was right! Throughout the planning process, she was always a text or call away and I really felt like she was genuinely invested in my vision and was always willing to help. Our wedding required a lot of different vendors so Jennifer took over all communication the month before and worked to have everything come together on day of. This helped remove any stress I had leading up to the wedding and on the day of which is exactly how it should be! The least amount of stress possible! I also hired Jennifer as my florist and she absolutely NAILED my vision. Jennifer and her team are absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, Jennifer was by my side and she and Ashley made my wedding day better than I could have dreamed. They were both professional, always on time for our meetings, and attended not only to my needs, but to all my guests. An amazing coordinator and wonderful person
Jennifer is a treasure! She is so knowledgeable and experienced, and is able to answer any question or solve any issue that may arise. My husband and I had two small events (one on the beach and one in Hill Country) over several months. Each time Jennifer was right there with wonderful advice and support, and kept me on track when I was overwhelmed. She is wonderful to work with, is great at organizing all the vendors, and created beautiful floral pieces for us both times! Jennifer is an amazing coordinator, and has a wonderful team around her. She is has so many 'extras' that help make the day truly unique - from photo booth to centerpiece details to larger wedding decor. We were able to use her geometric arch on the beach. Jennifer was originally recommended to me by a friend of mine. When we initially met over FaceTime, I knew I wanted to use Jennifer as my wedding coordinator! She was so bubbly and friendly and made me feel at ease off the bat.
Wedding planning was pretty stressful for me at first because I'm such a perfectionist and I felt like I didn't even know where to begin. Jen was great with communication, sends you frequent emails with timelines so you can stay on track with planning, and reiterated time and time again that she is just a text or phone call away. She was always there to answer my questions, calm my worries, and give me her expert advice and guidance, all with a smile on her face.
I also used her for my Florals and she did AMAZING! I had her make a trial bouquet for my bridal portraits- they were beautiful, but I ended up changing my mind on the style. The next day she worked with me to make adjustments so that my wedding day bouquet would be exactly what I envisioned and man, she nailed it! That entire time she never made me feel like a burden.
She also has the best team behind her and they are always on top of it. Ashley is so sweet, I just love her!! I didn't have to worry about one single thing on my wedding day- and if anything went wrong, I never knew about it. The morning after the wedding Jen texted me so many pictures and videos from the day, which was seriously the best thing to wake up to!! After the wedding, I had friends and family tell me how impressed they were with her and her team. Throughout the wedding planning process, there was not a single moment where Jen made me feel less than- she truly wants to help make it the best day of your life. Not only did Jennifer exceed my expectations, but I feel like I've gained a new friend! I can't wait to see all the other weddings she brings to life :) -

Hiring Jen and her JC Events team was the best decision I made for my wedding! I got married at Lost Mission, and her information was on the preferred venders list, after becoming very stressed with differing opinions from family I knew I needed help. After meeting with Jen over zoom we instantly clicked. She kept everything very organized despite me being disorganized at times and was able to roll with some last minute changes. She also helped with timelines of what we should have done when and sent us suggestions when we needed them. Jen was someone I could rely on when I needed her and she matched my pace of touching base and communicating. She became a friend to me during my wedding and she made it easy the day of to just relax and absolutely enjoy. She also produced the flowers for my wedding. Working in visual merchandising myself I was nervous before hiring Jen how the visuals would be but she knocked everything out of the park. The selfie wall she added was a big hit and all of her small touches made the day incredible. Guests kept commenting how beautiful everything was and how calm and peaceful the event was. Jennifer is THE BEST wedding planner you could ever ask for! When I got engaged I immediately felt lost and pulled in different directions, Jennifer was always there for me and guided me every step of the way. I met Jennifer back in 2019 when she was giving venue tours! This was my first wedding vendor shopping experience & when I left I knew right away that I HAD to have her! I didn’t even look at other wedding planners.. Jennifer had me from the very start!
There are many reasons to choose JC Events as your planner, she is the best! Little background, I hired Jennifer right away in 2019 for my June 2020 wedding, which became an August 2020 wedding, then a June 2021 wedding & finally a November 2021 wedding! She stuck with me all the way to the end & did EVERYTHING she could to take away my stress & ensure that my day would be everything I dreamt it would be! She coordinated with my vendors through many reschedules, she kept me on track with my to-do’s for over 2 years, & most importantly to me, she was understanding, helpful, & always trying to make me happy!
Lucky for me, I also got to have Jennifer as my florist! When I hired her she was just starting out & I knew I could trust her without a doubt! She always had an eye for flowers & what looked good together & that was such a HUGE help for someone who knows nothing about floral. Jennifer, Jennifer, Jennifer! JC Events was my lifesaver and JC Events was in the longest 2 year wedding planning commitment ever with me! I interviewed other planners, yet talking to Jenn was just easier, like talking to a friend. I booked her over a telephone call because her reviews were top in San Antonio, and she seemed so genuine and made me feel like I was her only priority. For a solid 2 years she has been right by my side, a text away, and always available for me as we navigated through the rough waters of 2020. She was more than a coordinator in 2020, she was my friend and confidante and the one person I would tell when I was frustrated as we slowly watched all my wedding dreams get canceled in 2020. Jenn helped me pick up the pieces and plan for a grand event in 2021 with expert communication with all vendors and making sure my winter wedding vision came to life!
Though a full wedding coordinator package may seem like a luxury expense, looking through all my vendor costs, she was my top investment and what I would recommend 100% to all brides. I did not want any family or friends being put to work that day and I knew I needed a professional to make the day go smoothly and look as effortless as possible. I didn’t know how badly I needed her until I realized I couldn’t do without her! All the planning took months of communication over little details that had to be just right. Jenn has a soothing personality that kept me calm and collected on my wedding day (which says a lot for a party planner like me that has difficulty letting go of control). For example, on my wedding day I had an issue with the way the gazebo for our ceremony was draped (it was not as I discussed with the vendor) and I told Jenn it was a small detail but “it’s okay” and “it’s too close to start time anyway.” Jenn however, sprinkled her magic and had the ENTIRE 18 HUGE PANELS of chiffon re-draped for me in 20 minutes! This is a massive gazebo that needed to be transformed within an hour until ceremony time and she made it happen because it was important to me. That’s when I realized Jenn is a bubbly, sweet, caring personality who also carries an assertiveness not to be trifled with when it’s your big day!
On our wedding day, Jenn and her assistant Ashley were one step ahead of me the entire day, which matters when 200 guests from all over the world travel to spend time with you. I never really saw them but when I had an unexpected makeup issue Jenn and Ashley immediately noticed I was in the bridal suite and came with a bag to help me fix it and get back out on the dance floor! This sounds small, but when you don’t want to miss a moment of your big day you spent years planning, this means everything. I didn’t even see them on the wedding day until they would check in with me or tell me they already packed my going away bag prior to our Riverwalk barge send-off. Jenn also captured some fun videos and pictures (she had a unique view as coordinator) and sent me so many memories I will cherish! I didn’t even plan on her to be part videographer, but she did anyway.
Back in January 2020, when I first booked Jenn, I remember saying something like “it’s a wedding, not rocket science.” Boy, I eat those words now and wish I never said them! Coordinating is an art, it is a flow, and it is hours and hours of emailing, calling, texting, planning, checking in, and Jenn intensely listened to exactly what shade of blue I wanted and waited patiently as I changed line-ups and added more and more last-minute vendors (including performing artists) to the schedule. She cared so much even when it was something so small, even when as a wife and mother I’m sure she had far bigger concerns. Whether it was a call to check-in or an encouraging text as I cried when we canceled our 2020 wedding, she was always there for me. At the end of the day, she is the top wedding coordinator in San Antonio, and more than that, she is a good friend. The only hard part of being done with a grand event is that I won’t get as many positive, uplifting, texts with ALL the sparkle emojis! Jenn is a person who specializes in YOU, your vision, and assisting you in bringing your dreams to fruition. 10/10, would recommend.

For those who are interested in more details I will share my own experience in reverse chronological order. The wedding day went off without a glitch. It was the best day of our lives and incredibly special to throw such an amazing, professionally curated wedding for all of our friends and family to rave about. None of it would have ben possible without Jenn at the helm. My friends and family all noticed that I was able to truly enjoy the day because of all the work Jenn and her team did behind the scenes and complimented her attention to detail and the amazingness that she wove it all together.
Regarding the planning process, Jenn will handle all the things. At your first meeting, Jenn will get to know YOU and what you like, your aesthetic, your interests and your background. She is a genius at getting a sense for your essence and what makes you unique to channel that into your big day. Nary a time did she insert her own preferences, indeed she was my advocate throughout the entire process and especially on my wedding day. In our case, this was particularly important as neither myself nor my husband live in San Antonio (although this is where my hubs grew up and his family lives), and I could trust that Jennifer was on the ground, handling logistics, finding the right people to work on our team and represent our vision and have our best interest in mind.
She saved us money so many times, found more budget friendly ways to realize our dreams, and went above and beyond to create a unique curated experience for ourselves and our guests.
Working with Jennifer is a true treat. She emanates ebullience and proficiency, a true shining light. I was so impressed by her ready communication, the promptness with which she answered my questions, mediated discourse and negotiated on our behalf. Her color coordinated timelines, schedules and checklists add pizazz and surgical precision to what could be a chaotic day.
I am blown away by her intelligence and amazing memory--nothing escaped her and it was incredibly lovely that I didn't have to worry about a thing knowing who was leading the wedding efforts.
Another feature that struck me was her vast knowledge of and relationships with vendors from near and far. It is so important to have trustworthy, professional and equitable vendors and no amount of google searching can achieve the level of perfect-match-amazing-catch pairing Jenn will orchestrate to bring your vision to life.
I loved that at every stage she helped us come up with more economical means of achieving our goals, leaving more funds for personable extras that really made our night a success and memorable for all.
We also hired Jennifer for floral at our rehearsal dinner. Guys!!! Totally amazing! She and her team created lush, beautiful center pieces that held up such that we could reuse them at our Sunday brunch! Jennifer even helped us coordinate moving the flowers to storage in the hotel we stayed at, and put out to elevate TWO of our wedding weekend events. The flowers were as lush and beautiful and fresh looking at the brunch as they were at the rehearsal (which I was nervous about as perfectly bloomed roses can have a disappointing shelf life) (something about foam).
Jennifer is a professional in every way, incredibly learned, kind, and the best friend you need to navigate your wedded bliss. Trust Jennifer to be your person and you won't regret it! My only hope for you is that she is available on your wedding date! And if not, seriously, move it. Easiest and best decision we made :P -

Jennifer is everything my husband and I could’ve asked for in a wedding coordinator! Beyond thankful for Jennifer and her amazing work on my wedding day. I highly recommend JC Events. The first thing I did after getting engaged was look up wedding planners. After speaking to Jennifer on the phone and getting to know her a little bit, I knew she was a great fit. She was already booked for my wedding day, but took the lead on everything up until the week prior and Mallori took over. Jennifer was always very up front that Mallori would be taking over, but she would be there every step of the way. Planning a wedding during COVID-19 was stressful with so many unknowns. Jennifer kept me calm and on track and checked in very regularly to see if I needed help and send me updates of what I should be doing. The day of our wedding, everything went perfectly and I couldn't have dreamed of a better day. Mallori was wonderful and kept us on schedule and everything running smoothly. JC Events was a great choice for us and I'd recommend them to family and friends, as well. -

I do not think there are enough words to express my appreciation for having Jennifer as my wedding planner. She was amazing through the whole wedding plans. Due to COVID-19 there were many uncertainties on how this wedding was going to happen, but Jennifer was so professional and assured me every detail and question I had would be met. I knew I needed someone to help plan the wedding since I do not live in Texas and would be stressful enough trying to plan from out of state. So not only did she take on handling everything for this out of state bride, but she took on the challenge of coordinating my wedding while we were dealing with a pandemic. She was wonderful every step of the way, from making sure the masks were tastefully provided to the guest, along with the hand sanitizers. When I asked if guest temperatures could be checked she had no hesitation and did everything I asked along with assuring me this wedding would be safe. She incorporated my own style and my husbands into the wedding as she paid attention to the things we both liked during our conversations. How she managed to incorporate cigars into this wedding elegantly is fascinating but she did. Using my romantic vintage ideas and my husbands love for cigars and having it come together making it OUR wedding.
She was there to remind me of all the things I needed to do before the wedding which was a must. She made things so much easier as she was the primary point of contact for all vendors. When I let her know the importance of being married by the church, we found a way to make that happen. I may not have been married inside the church, but I was blessed by one as she had the priest come marry us at the venue. She took care of all the floral which if you saw the pictures, I truly believe the pictures speak for themselves on how beautiful it turned out. She even made sure the cake included the little dog figurines I wanted on the cake. She even coordinated with an out of state vendor she found near me who has wedding dresses so I could pick out a dress in time. Everything and I mean everything was done so tastefully and she never missed a beat.
My wedding was beautiful and even with a smaller guest list during a very stressful year I truly believe it turned out even better than I would have ever imagined. I have no doubt this wedding would not have happened had it not been for her and for that reason I would highly recommend her for any event! She is amazing!! -

If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further and book Jennifer Craft IMMEDIATELY! She was everything I could have hoped for and more! I was nervous with the idea of planning a wedding and as soon as I met Jennifer, I knew everything was in good hands. I booked her for the partial planning package and definitely got the full package experience! She was there every step of the way, whether it was booking appointments for me, recommending vendors, & sharing ideas and her expert advice! Because of her attention to detail, I even booked her for my floral and am so glad I did! The flowers, bouquets, and everything looked perfect for our wedding! On the day of the wedding, I literally had to worry about NOTHING! She created a timeline for all of the vendors, set up the decor, and handled absolutely everything so that I could relax and marry the man of my dreams! I hired Jennifer and her staff back in July 2019 and she has been by my side ever since! Due to covid we had to reschedule twice, move to a new venue and hire a couple new vendors but we ended up having the most amazing wedding day EVER! I'm so happy I chose Jen - she suggested top-notch vendors and helped guide me throughout planning. The best part of all was that in the end I was able to hire her to do all our wedding floral too! Her and her team created beautiful ceremony, reception and bridal party arrangements. Everything turned out way better than I could have ever imagined my wedding day to be! Love you Jen & team!! -

Jen is the sweetest person ever!! She's amazing in every single aspect. I knew immediately after I got engaged that I would need an event coordinator to help me. I am so so happy that I found Jen. We decided on the full service package, it was literally the best decision we could have made. Jen and I remained in contact from the beginning, 16 months to be exact. She would check in with me constantly to make sure we stayed on track. She was also always there for me as a friend. It was so fun and easy to plan my wedding alongside with Jen, she made the entire process a breeze. She's a one stop shop with so many add on options for your package. We added the photo booth and it was a lot of fun! Originally we thought of doing a polaroid guestbook, but instead we opted to add their photo booth and had guests use the extra print for our guestbook. Jen's idea and a great one! We saved money on the polaroid cameras/film and guests had the opportunity to take photos all night. The day of my wedding went smoothly; it was so great to not have to worry about anything or have my family take that responsibility. I 100000% recommend JC events, you will not be disappointed!! -

Jen’s the best! You need her! She helped us in so many ways because of covid. She stayed on track with all of our vendors and our venue. She was so helpful in our rehearsal and stayed on top of all the moving parts of our wedding. We wanted a traditional callejoneada after our ceremony and she didn’t bat on eye. She made sure we had every detail on our big day. It was the best weekend of our lives! -

I'm so grateful I chose Jennifer as my wedding planner! She is phenomenal!! I booked her to start a few months before the wedding, but Jennifer kept in touch since the beginning. She is a true professional and shows that she loves what she does! Due to COVID-19 we had to down-size our wedding and Jennifer quickly got on board with any modifications and was very supportive. Jennifer also provided my floral designs and I was really impressed with her work; our florals looked AMAZING!! It was exactly what we wanted! Our wedding day was stress-free, we had a blast! Do not hesitate if you are considering Jennifer as your coordinator/planner!! Not only is she amazing as a planner, she is also a sweet caring person!
