Rachel at Emily Weddings is an absolute boss

I had the pleasure of working with Emily Weddings for my wedding in June, 2024. I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with them, especially Rachel Brown. From the start, she made me feel like I was in great hands. She was super attentive and accommodating through out the entire process. I had a super specific vision and she helped me execute it flawlessly. My wedding was the most special and perfect day and I could not have done it with out her! She also brought with her a team of girls to help coordinate the day of planning. Karen was also personally a huge help to me and made sure I made it down the aisle, comforting me beforehand. Rachel cares so much about her job. She even took time to last minute steam my dress while it was on my body just moments before I walked down the aisle. If you choose to go with Emily Weddings, I can promise you wont regret it!

I cannot lavish enough praise on the Emily Weddings Team! From the moment I first spoke to our lead planner Rachel, who is an absolute sweetheart, I felt a HUGE sigh of relief. She was able to take all of my daughter’s thoughts & ideas (and my MOB worries) and focus them into a concrete plan for my daughter & her fiancé’s garden party wedding. She and her team then executed the day flawlessly - literally not one thing could have been better, the day was absolutely a dream! Right down to the breezy warm June weather (still not sure how she managed that) And all through the planning process Rachel was managing vendors, checking contracts, balances, deliveries and timelines...all the hard work to take the stress off of all of us, so that we could focus on what was really important, my daughter marrying her sweet husband! The Emily Weddings team is truly the BEST and we feel so lucky to have had them in charge of one of the most important days of our lives—we felt so nurtured and taken care of--we love the whole team so much!

Rachel and team are amazing!!

I am so glad I chose Emily Weddings as my wedding planner and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone. After our initial meeting I knew that the team was full of perfectionists, so I felt so at ease from beginning to end. I'm so glad I got to work with Rachel from the start, but all of the ladies who I interacted with in the process were such a pleasure to work with. During planning, Rachel was so responsive and knowledgeable about vendors and options. On the day of, our wedding ran so smoothly that even my parents commented to me about how flawlessly the team executed the whole day. I'm so thankful they were there with me every step of the way to coordinate details big and small so I could focus on having fun with my family and friends without any stress. The Emily Weddings Team is simply phenomenal. I am self-admittedly a bride with high expectations and perfectionist tendencies. Not only did the performance of the Emily Weddings Team (lead by Kate and Becky for my wedding) far exceed my high expectations, they never once made me feel like a high maintenance bride. They were professional and timely and thorough with communication. They put together a dream team of vendors for our wedding within our budget and immaculately carried out our dream. I cannot stress enough how amazing the Emily Weddings Team is! From my initial consultation throughout the entire planning process & then to the day of my wedding, EWT went above & beyond to ensure my husband's & I day was literally picture perfect. Rachel, our main planner, is the absolute best. She was so organized, proactive, & knowledgeable. Rachel listened to what we envisioned for the day & was able to match us with the perfect vendors that fit our personalities, aesthetic, etc. The amount of stress she alleviated for me throughout the wedding planning process (let alone day of) was tenfold. If any couples are on the fence whether or not it is worth it to hire a wedding planner (EWT specifically), do not hesitate. EWT was the best investment we made. THANK YOU EWT!

Simply the best in the area!

I worked with Emily Weddings for my May 2022 wedding, and hiring them as our planning team was the best money spent within our budget! We did the partial planning package, and Rachel Brown was our lead coordinator. Rachel was fantastic, and walked us step by step through the planning process, answering any possible questions, concerns, providing creative solutions etc. whenever necessary! No question or concern was too small or silly, and Rachel always had the answer. Rachel was also so pleasant to work with and was a calming, guiding presence throughout all our planning, as well as during our vendor meetings. As a bride and groom who do not live locally in the Virginia Beach area, we relied very heavily on Emily Weddings for all our vendor selections and we were never disappointed. The entire Emily Weddings team absolutely shined the day of our wedding. No detail went unturned, as Rachel provided every vendor with their own personalized minute by minute timeline for the day, so that they had a clear picture of their individual roles throughout the day. In addition to Rachel leading the show behind the scenes, we had 5 additional hands on deck from the Emily team to ensure everything ran smoothly. I was bracing myself for a few things to go wrong as this is what I typically heard about weddings and that I should expect a few hiccups and to just brush them off. I kid you not, nothing went wrong at our wedding and the day was absolutely perfect - even better than I could have imagined and beyond my dreams of what to expect. I credit Rachel and the Emily Weddings team for this - they were so buttoned up and professional, they ran everything without a hitch. We had multiple guests comment upon how incredible our planning team was, both during and after the wedding. I can't recommend them enough, they are simply the best in the area!!!

Amazing TEAM!

Almost a year and half ago, my daughter and I met with Kate via zoom. After spending an hour with her, I knew we had just been given the greatest gift. The level of guidance, coordination, and professionalism was extraordinary . The journey to my daughter's wedding day was seamless. Kate attended all vendor meetings, reviewed contracts, and finalized all vendor coordination with our venue. She was exceptional. Fast forward to the big day. All-Star Wedding Planners

We interviewed Emily Weddings knowing we had many people to assist us in the planning of our big event so we weren’t sure if the extra help was necessary. I can’t believe I questioned it but I’m so happy it didn’t hold me back. As soon as we signed the full-service contract, any doubt we had vanished. I can’t stress enough how the Emily Weddings team outdid themselves on so many levels, so many times. My expectations are rarely met and with the Emily Weddings team, they were blown away.

Kate, our lead wedding planner, was one of the most loving, talented, professional people. She has a great ability to make people's wishes come true, like the best fairy godmother. She took on extremely mundane tasks with grace. She worked well into the night and sacrificed her own sleep so that we could wake up and see a request that had been fulfilled, too many times to track. No idea or request of mine was too big or too small. She was always at our disposal with a helping hand, an idea, a thought, a suggestion, and she successfully helped pull off one of the best events I’ve been to (I have been to some major events, including over ten Superbowls!). I never imagined my wedding day would surpass the birth of my children as one of the best days of my life. I honestly thought I had already lived the best day of my life (x 2 kids) and this would be fun but nowhere near the same level of meaning. Nope! Thanks to Emily Weddings, our wedding was the best day of my life.

After working with this team over the last nine months, they feel like family. Kate is my fairy godmother and Brittney, Rachel, and Karen are my sisters. They are honest, genuine, professional, creative, intelligent, organized and so fun. You need to hire Emily Weddings if you want the best assistance, a helping hand, suggestions, and organization while planning your big day. If you imagine a day where you can be perfectly present in every moment, and leave everything else to someone else, you need Emily Weddings.

Mother of the Bride

The best $ spent for our daughter’s destination, 165 guest wedding. Emily Weddings help us the moment we started the process a year prior with everything. I mean the venue, all vendors, transportation, logistics, church, etc. throughout the weekend to the very end of the night. The wedding would not have been as successful and beautiful without these wonderful women and we continue to have compliments on them and the best wedding ever. They are a very, very well run and managed organization to help you have the best day possible!

Emily Weddings was incredible. Although I only used them for day-of coordinating, Rachel went above and beyond throughout the planning process. She was available to answer any questions I had and give advice when needed. She came to my venue for our tasting and details meeting so that she would know everything I wanted. As the wedding was getting closer, she reached out frequently to make sure that I knew what tasks needed to be completed. On the day of the wedding, the entire Emily Weddings team was so wonderful. I didn’t have the slightest bit of stress because I knew they were taking care of everything and keeping us on our timeline. I would recommend Emily Weddings to any bride!

The best coordinators in Va Beach

If you are holding a wedding in the Va Beach area, you really need to contact (and hire) Emily weddings. Talk to any vendor in the space and their reputation precedes them. We held a medium sized event at the Cavalier and Emily Weddings was just superb. They not only accommodated our wishes but added value through excellent suggestions and ideas. They even helped us find a floral vendor when our original vendor ghosted us. Kate was our dedicated coordinator and I can tell you that she will leave no stone unturned, no question unasked or unanswered. Their day of coordination was stellar as they brought the entire team to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. They even intervened in helping us get additional value out of one of our vendors. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Would hire again and again and again!

This team came in for us late in the game because we thought we could do it all ourselves - boy were we wrong and boy are SO GLAD they were available to bail us out!! Our wedding was a bit of a production with a lot of moving pieces and everything was just so flawless with the support, organization, and guidance of these amazing women. There is a special spot in heaven for Kate - I am so, so serious about that. Between me, my mom, and my now-husband, she answered approximately 50000 questions and emails; always promptly, always sweetly (I am very big on tone over email), and always with the utmost professionalism!! Aside from that, she is FUNNY. Not just "roll my eyes and kind of smile" funny, but "I am literally chuckling out loud" funny. During the most stressful time of my life, Kate was always there with a quick answer, the best solution, and soooo much good advice from her vast expertise. I cannot sing her praises enough, honestly. Our wedding party was also completely wowed by Kate & the entire team - and this is no small feat because our bridesmaids and groomsmen have been in LOTS of weddings. Kate also was a lifesaver when it came to suggesting vendors we hadn't even thought about to fill in all the remaining gaps on our big day, and everyone she recommended was perfect!!

Everyone you know will tell you that tons of stuff will go wrong during your wedding and I'm sure that's usually true, but because of this team I actually did not have any catastrophes and even if some small things did go haywire, I wasn't aware and as a bride that's all I needed! Also - these ladies come packed with everything you can possibly imagine to handle any sort of last-minute crisis - think of how Mary Poppins had that magic bag that could produce the solution for anything. I even had guests comment on how stylish they looked at the wedding! They have a uniform of sorts and it's super chic and a guest of mine said "whoah, I wish my wedding planner had looked that nice."
Special shout outs to Brittney for keeping me calm and feeling bubbly while we had a delay due to my crazy mom lol, and to Andelyn for being so awesome about keeping us on track during hair/makeup/dressing and sharing my love for my wedding shoes!

I could go on and on, but perhaps the biggest testament to this team is the fact that one of my bridesmaids ended up contacting them to secure their services for her upcoming destination wedding - and she is a perfectionist with a super sharp eye and vision!

In short, I am eternally grateful for everyone at Emily Weddings. Fairy Godmothers! / "Can one of these women just run my whole life?" - A Groomsman

It's hard to know where to start with how unbelievably spectacular the Emily Weddings team is! From the very first phone call with Kate, to the first planning meeting in person at the venue, to the tasting, lighting appointment, bridal portrait (quick aside: that Kate came to my bridal portrait at all was just one of a hundred million ways where she went so far above and beyond for us!! Picture included here!), rehearsal and wedding day itself (and the hundreds of graciously and patiently answered and exchanged emails it the meantime), the experience of working with the Emily Weddings team can only be described as having a fairy godmother at work in your life to make your dreams come true! Our main contact from November 2020 through to our wedding on March 26, 2022 was the legendary, the incredible and the truly phenomenal Kate Freeman. Kate helped us navigate every single step of the wedding planning process and ensured we felt totally at ease and confident in our decision making the entire time. She brought her wisdom, her wit, her incredible work ethic and organization, her extensive wedding experience and strong contacts in the field, her empathy and her patience, grace and kindness to every single interaction and made us feel like we were her top priority and not nearly as bothersome as we must have been at times with our many questions and concerns. We felt like we couldn't "mess up" with Kate at our side helping us confirm and finalize our big day; Kate helped us navigate, often on our behalf, any tougher negotiation moments and acted as our advocate and guide during our wedding planning season. We felt excited and relaxed during our engagement season and we know we owe a large part of that calmness - and therefore having space for genuine elation about our wedding - to Kate's presence and assurance. We could have only ever experienced the planning process with Kate and the Emily Weddings team and walked away completely satisfied and grateful for their guidance, their kindness, their grace and their selfless love poured into our lives at what can be a stressful season. But GOODNESS we had our MINDS blown on our wedding day with how UNREAL the Emily Weddings Team was! We didn't know our feelings of confidence and ease could level up but we felt totally swept off of our feet by the Emily Weddings team! From the minute the arrived Kate, Kristen, Andelyn and the entire team were a powerful pairing of efficiency/organization and grace/kindness. We felt like a boat it in a river, not even realizing/feeling the current that was hard at work to make sure our day was absolutely perfect as we floated through it. The Emily Weddings team was omnipresent to help answer a guests question, concern, etc. and made sure our day was ABSOLUTELY SEAMLESS - while helping make sure everyone was where they needed to be and when by being in constant communication over their ear pieces - while being cognizant of any small detail or problem and proactively addressing it (like re-lighting candles when the wind blew them out, helping spot-treat stains on my wedding dress, always having a fresh beverage ready for us at the table, confirming permission from us about when to pass out feather boas, offering to re-adhere false eyelashes for bridesmaids, etc. and all of the millions of things that I didn't know about because they handled it before it even came to me) - WHILE being at the ready to help make actual dreams happen (like making an impromptu, rapid photoshoot happen as the sky was brilliantly lit up in beautiful pinks by helping our amazing photographer and videographer, Emily and Justin Gibby, get out of our venue and in front of our tent - photo that Andelyn & team, Emily and Justin help capture for us included here!). I will stop here but I am remiss because I could literally go on and on about what a blessing the Emily Weddings team is. One of our groomsmen summed it up best when he, impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the Emily Weddings team said, "Can one of these women just run my whole life?" We couldn't agree more!

Flawless Wedding Day

The Emily Weddings team made our wedding day absolutely spectacular. From the outset our lead, Kate, sent us all the documents and templates we'd need to plan an amazing wedding. It was clear this team has tons of fantastic experience - they have seen it all and know what makes a wedding perfect. She helped us find amazing vendors and facilitated meetings, payment schedules, and communication throughout the planning. As a bonus, she is a joy to work with. Then an absolute miracle unfolded when we got to the big day. Kate and her team executed our vision flawlessly. Having a whole team available to take care of every detail or help with every issue truly differentiated the Emily Weddings service. The BEST of the best!

Let me preface this by saying that I truly don’t think any review would be able to do enough justice or speak to how incredible the Emily Weddings team is, but I’ll try my best here! To say that Emily Weddings goes above and beyond is a gross understatement. From the very first correspondence, they have been nothing but top notch, and from the first moment that we met our lead Wedding Planner, Kate Freeman, we knew that we were in the very best hands possible! We can not say enough good things about Kate- she is truly a rockstar wedding planner and I have never met a more organized person in my entire life! In addition to her incredible wedding planning skills, she truly has a heart of gold- Kate is one of the most kind, thoughtful, and compassionate humans I know, and over the course of planning our wedding, I am now lucky enough to call her a friend. Like many other couples during this time period, we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID- wedding planning is stressful in itself, but this certainly upped the ante, and I can honestly say that I speak for my husband and our entire family when I say that we don’t know what we would have done without Kate and the Emily Weddings team during this crazy time- Kate was not only a lifesaver and beyond helpful on the logistics and coordination side, but she was incredibly supportive and there for us during the multiple date changes and heartache/uncertainty that comes with that. Thanks to the magic of Kate and Emily Weddings, we were somehow lucky enough to secure all of our original vendors for our wedding day (our third date change). This is just one of many examples of how Kate was our “rock” and always saved the day or found a solution to any issue that arose. She is always on top of it and has the most positive attitude through it all! We will never be able to thank Kate & the entire Emily Weddings team enough for the countless amount of hours and hard work they put into making sure our big day finally happened seamlessly, and that it was just as perfect as we envisioned it being (and IT WAS BEYOND!)! Our expectations were exceeded, and we are just so thankful for Kate and all of these amazing women on the team who helped make the wedding of our dreams happen and go off without a hitch- I was lucky enough to have Andelyn and Brittany by my side on our big day as well, and they were just phenomenal! Absolute perfection!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!!!!!!! It’s well known in 2022 that weddings are pivoting quicker than we can say wedding. Mostly it’s due to that nasty C word. However, my groom to be, had a work conflict with our original date and we had to push up 4 months. I was told every step of the way by Emily weddings team “Don’t worry about it, we got this. It’s going to be beautiful”. And it seemed as the date got closer more and more conflicts tried to test our wedding. If there is a master wedding planning book of possible things that could go wrong, my wedding needs to have its own book of EVERYTHING that can go wrong. All the up until the venue fire alarms were going off and Emily weddings staff just smiled through it, while also checking on the status, and continuing to get my garter on and keeping me calm. This wedding had so many pivots, date change, indoor/outdoor change, weather change, 3 DJ changed etc, etc, etc. The positivity, professionalism, and expertise kept my super anxious, Type A personality, calm, cool and collective. Literally A Dream

Emily Weddings was literally the best decision I made for my wedding (besides my husband, of course!). From day one, Rachel was engaged, helpful, kind, generous, selfless, and accessible. She helped me book almost ALL my vendors, worked to execute our vision flawlessly, and made the overall wedding planning experience so much more enjoyable. We had a large wedding party (24 total) and invited 180 people. It was a lot of planning and would have been absolutely impossible without Emily Weddings. Both my husband and I work 50-60 hours a week so we simply did not have the time to pour into the planning the way other couples do. Not to fear though, because Rachel and her team were always one step ahead of the game! By the time we actually got to our wedding day (after over a year of planning) everything was actually flawless. They had four team members with us the day of the wedding, and each lady knew exactly what to do at each and every moment. Even though we worked with Rachel, every person on their team knew our wedding, our dream, our vision, and us as a couple. I cannot rave enough about this team. Honestly, it never even felt like a "vendor" doing a job (not to say they weren't professional, they were), but more like a friend helping and guiding you to bring your wedding vision to life. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all these ladies and I recommend them 100%, without reservation. Book them for your wedding. You will NOT be disappointed. (P.S. I had 11 bridesmaids, yes, I'm crazy, and most of them are married or engaged - every single one commented on how professional, aware, competent, engaging, helpful and just overall fantastic the Emily Weddings Team was for our wedding! Planning Made Easy

Emily Weddings is just what every bride needs when trying to plan there wedding. I cannot say it enough but I could not have done it without my wedding planner Rachel. Leading up to the wedding she was with me every step of the way and even when we wanted to add things last minute to wedding; Rachel had so many connections we had no problems. The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would only recommend emily weddings!

My mom forcing me to get a wedding planning and us finding Emily Weddings was literally one of the BEST things that ever happened to me! There are not enough nice things I can say about Rachel and her entire team that would justify just how lucky I was to have her and what an AMAZING job they did. Not only did they make my wedding absolutely perfect, they were beside me every step of the way planning, helping keep my stress level down, and just helping with every little detail. Not to mention, they had to do DOUBLE the work with us having to switch venues 4 months before the wedding due to COVID travel restrictions. World's Best Day-of-Coordinators (Really)

Hiring Kate (and Emily Weddings) was easily the best money we spent on our wedding. Initially, we were hesitant to hire a day-of-coordinator, but we are so glad that we did. Hiring the team saved us time, energy, and money. They thought of things we would never think of, were there whenever we had questions, and were just all-around amazing to work with. PERFECT second to my Bride.

I want to start this review out by saying if you are looking for a real planner, look no further, stop here, and call these fine ladies now!
Rachel and the entire Emily Weddings Team made our day so much more than what even imagined and the process was so smooth for us. Them maybe not so much as I am sure between my spouse and I, we were not the easiest to deal with. They took a few month timeframe, a very stressed couple, and the highest of expectations and turned it into the flawless masterpiece that far surpassed our expectations that we enjoyed as our wedding. Rachel is receiving my highest accolade for making the very short but mentally long and high stressed process so fluid and enjoyable. The best planner any couple could ask for! After her working alongside my bride and I am still confused and highly impressed as I thought we had pushed all of her buttons possible, but she never flinched. This woman is hands down amazing, and just when you thought it was to good to be true, the rest of the Emily Weddings Team comes in on our wedding day and absolutely dominates every aspect of a flawless day in the making. They were perfect coordinating clones with flawless execution. I did have the pleasure of speaking and/or meeting them and it was my pleasure as they were all so pleasant to speak with but with a fierce tenacity for their job. Loved all of their fun personalities! Any request my bride or I had on our day these ladies made it happen. Angels straight from heaven!

Rachel and the Emily Weddings team are angels sent straight from heaven. Pandemic weddings are not for the faint of heart and these ladies met the challenge. Amazing professionals!

Rachel and the Emily Weddings team played such a big part on our day big day. They really put me at ease through the entire process when I had a difficult time making decisions by helping me stay organized and giving me suggestions. DREAM TEAM!!! Helped Plan my TLC's 'Say Yes to the Dress' Wedding!!

Emily Weddings was the BEST decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process; I had heard such amazing things about them that I even changed the original date we picked out for our wedding so we could have EW – it was worth it!! Saying their team is AMAZING is an understatement and words cannot do justice how invaluable their team was. I was the most OCD bride in the entire world and would send novel e-mails to my lead, Kate, at 2am in the morning. I would get a detailed response the next morning to my 62 (mostly irrelevant) questions I asked – she was patient with me and was a DREAM to work with. Kate brought me out of a state of overwhelming panic and confusion. She had personalized checklists, made phone calls for us, and told us not to worry about countless things, as she did them for us. She was also constantly in touch with me to remind me of things we needed to do and she always made herself available for a chat or a meeting. Kate saved me so much time and unnecessary stress that came with organizing our wedding, she is a goddess! She even came to my cake tasting and final dress fitting so she could learn how to bustle my dress. Mid-wedding planning we found out my wedding was going to be featured on TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress – this was such an exciting experience!! But again, I could’ve NEVER done it without Kate and the Emily Weddings Team. I was married at my parent’s house in Kitty Hawk which had never ever been used as a wedding venue before, so there were so many moving parts that Emily Weddings knew how to handle flawlessly. Kate and Brittney came to Kitty Hawk (out of town) the day before my wedding to begin preparations for the following day and they both spent the night at a nearby hotel in case we needed them for anything! WOW! Britney was designated to stay by my side before the wedding while Kate was coordinating everyone and everything: TLC's camera crew, photographer, hair & makeup, officiant, chef, bar, floor staff, DJ, florist, rental company, etc... not to mention arranging the site and coordinating 150 guests. Meanwhile I was trying to remain calm because the Cinderella pumpkin carriage that was supposed to drop me off at the aisle was nowhere to be found (turns out they got a flat tire on the way to our wedding – AH!) not to mention I'm being filmed for the show. Brittney was a saint, she kept me calm and literally did anything for me that I needed that day. At one point I requested glittery lotion and she had a team member go and get it for me. Like are you kidding me?!!?! Brittney was seriously my saving grace that morning. While I was applying my glitter lotion (thanks Brit) – the horse and Cinderella pumpkin carriage arrived – moments before the ceremony – it was a wedding miracle! What else can I say except that if you don’t hire Emily Weddings you are making a huge mistake! My wedding truly was the best day of my entire life and it was in large part due to Emily Weddings. If you are looking for a vendor to assist with planning your wedding, I honestly could not recommend Emily Weddings enough. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! THANK YOU for the most magical wedding EVER!!! Well worth every penny!

It’s hard to find the words to express what an incredible job Emily’s Weddings did on our daughter’s wedding. We used the Partial Package. Kate was our planner. I can’t say enough about her professionalism, positive personality, and all around general knowledge of everything wedding related. An added bonus is that I made a new friend. We both expressed that we’d miss speaking to each other almost daily. There wasn’t an issue or question that I had that she wasn’t on top of and had solved promptly. Every detail of the the big day was planned out, with Kate’s help, for several months prior. She would offer advice when asked and kept us on track to make sure no stone was left unturned. With her detailed questions and just plain curiosity about our daughter, our family, and our son in law and his family, she was able to make the day flow flawlessly. The day of the wedding, her team of six showed up and kept everyone relaxed, but on track. With their help, the wedding went off without a hitch and was enjoyed by all. From beginning to end, my wedding coordinator/planner, Rachel, from Emily Weddings was professional, super knowledgeable, responsive, organized and absolutely wonderful to work with. All members of the team were great to work with. Although priced higher than other planners, Emily Weddings is well worth it. Their day-of coordination really goes beyond just the day of. They are available for questions, suggestions and concerns months in advance leading up to the day. During the week of the wedding, Rachel handled planning details and situations for me that came up so I didn’t have to worry about them– transportation changes, rental changes, touching base with vendors on details and timeline information. I was really impressed that she calmly and quickly handled timeline changes that was so suddenly thrown at us by our church wedding coordinator at the rehearsal. They were there to handle small and big details so I could just enjoy my wedding day, which I totally did!

What was reassuring was hearing some of our vendors, who had previously worked with Emily Weddings, talk highly about them. Vendors are relieved when they know that they’ll be working with reliable, top notch coordinators. My florists at one point said that Emily Weddings was a dream come true. Emily Weddings helped transport flowers to and from the ceremony and reception.

Everything went smoothly at our wedding; and everything seemed to have been executed on time and as we desired. A big factor I think was choosing Emily Weddings as our wedding coordinators. I whole-heartedly without a doubt recom

We hired Emily Weddings for day of coordination of our wedding. I don't know if I had very low expectations or just didn't know what to expect but I believe they went beyond what I imagined a day of coordinator would do. We worked with Rachel and she has been very responsive to all our questions from the very first meeting until post- nuptials. There was a curve-ball thrown at us the night before our wedding after our rehearsal when our church coordinator told our wedding party needed to be at the church way earlier than what the timeline that Rachel had created. A moment of stress was quickly dissipated when Rachel and her team texted our entire wedding party of the new timeline and that all vendors affected (especially transportation) was on board with the new timeline. Needless to say, our wedding went smoothly. Rachel was readily available throughout the day while her team worked tirelessly in the background making sure everything is executed as planned.

The Emily Weddings Team was awesome for my daughter's wedding - they earned their fee and insured a totally seamless wedding. The entire Emily Weddings Team is incredible. My lead planner Rachel was truly my lifeline throughout the entire planning process- she kept me on track, focused and (most importantly) calm! She was so enthusiastic about every single detail and she (along with her team) made sure my day went off without a hitch. As an out of town bride, I knew I needed someone whom I could trust wholeheartedly. Rachel was that person every step of the way- she was incredibly responsive, detail oriented and never baulked at my seemingly endless list of questions. Rachael and her team from Emily Weddings could not have been more helpful, considerate, thoughtful, encouraging and FUN to work with on our daughter's wedding. Every detail had been thought of and tended to by Rachael and her assistants. My mom recently got married and Kate was her wedding planner. Kate and her team worked tirelessly on every detail of the wedding, even though the venue wasn’t optimal due to the large number of people attending. At the last moment my mom changed her venue and they adjusted so quickly and were so excited and calm through it all. They treated my sisters and I like it was our special day as well and made us feel like a part of the day. As the Mother of the Bride, Emily and her team were so helpful in answering all my questions and making sure my daughter’s wedding day went smooth and perfect. Emily Weddings truly made our wedding day a fairy tale. Brittney and Kate took the time to really understand my vision and they made it a reality. Not only did they work to plan every single detail of our day, they were also invested in us personally. You'd think that for people who do weddings all the time they would become desensitized, but that wasn't the case at all. Kate even teared up when I came downstairs in my wedding dress. The team has a great relationship with all of the best local vendors and they know exactly who to send you to for what you're going for. I felt very relaxed throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day knowing that Emily Weddings had everything under control. Our July wedding at the Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club was more amazing and beautiful than I could have even imagined and it wouldn't have happened without Emily Weddings!

Using the Emily Weddings and Events Teams was the best decision we made about getting married, well after getting my wife to say yes. They made everything so simple and worry-free. Kate and the rest of her team helped us put together our dream wedding. They worked seamlessly with the few vendors to ensure every peanut and pennant were in place for our baseball wedding before we arrived at the venue. Emily Weddings had my full trust from the beginning, so much so that I recommended them to another bride shortly after hiring them. I recommended them then and would do so again in a heartbeat.

I worked with Kate specifically and she was amazing. She stayed at least one step ahead of us with the planning and as our big day grew closer she made everything incredibly easy and made it so that we had absolutely nothing to worry about, she just took care of everything. Our wedding day was incredible and perfect. The Emily weddings team was so good that many members of my family didn't even know that they were there, just that our day was perfect.

I worked for a caterer for several years locally and frequently handled rentals, florals, etc. for clients. Even with my vast knowledge of "how things work," I found the Kate and the Emily Weddings team invaluable and am certain my day would not have been as smooth without their help. I chose their day-of coordination and could not have been more pleased with the results. Amongst other things, the Emily Weddings team walked us through the rehearsal dinner, helped the caterer "flip" the event space from ceremony to reception, and even helped hold my dress when I went to the bathroom. I think that covers A to Z! I highly recommend Emily Weddings. You get what you pay for, and they were worth every dime.

The whole group at Emily Weddings is amazing. They helped me plan my wedding all the way from Ohio. They never gave me a recommendation that was bad (everyone they put me into contact with was amazing and made my day wonderful). They made sure I stayed on track and got everything taken care of and nothing was forgotten. The day of the girls made sure everything went perfectly. Everyone was were they needed to be when they needed to be. They made it the most stress free day for myself and all my family. I can't say enough about how wonderful this group is, but if you have any doubt in your mind about letting these ladies help you with your big day, don't worry they will make sure it is magical and a day you and your family will look on with fondness for the rest of your life.

This review comes nearly a year late, but Emily Weddings is amazing! We had the Partial Planning package, where we did a lot of the legwork, but they kept us on track and pulled it all together. They set up several meetings and provided a working outline online, and on the day of the wedding - Wow! They kept track of all of our contracts, stayed in touch with all of our vendors, etc. The main reason we chose them was because of the glowing reviews online, they were all very friendly, very positive, and they care about their clients. We also wanted all of our guests, friends, family, and ourselves to enjoy the wedding without having to stress over details. Although I had a few friends who were willing to work on our wedding day, I truly wanted them to just sit back and enjoy the evening. There was one situation that came up during the reception, which had absolutely nothing to do with them, but they were there to solve the problem behind the scenes. And they even offered recommendations to us on how to handle the situation after the fact. I can't imagine having to take care of that situation myself or putting that responsibility on one of the guests.

They did a beautiful job setting up the reception area using all of the stuff we prepared (place cards, candles, etc.), and they packed it all up with care when it was all done. They helped manage the timing of the reception, had a wedding emergency kit available... They really are amazing! Brittney, Rachel, Carrie, and the rest of the team - Thank you! Thank you so much for all you did. We haven't forgotten all you did to help us on our big night.

I only did the day of service and it was well worth every single penny. They do so much for you!
My Grandma went to 4 of her grand kids weddings this year and said mine was the most organized. ALL of that organization credit is %100 given to Kate and the Emily Weddings team.
The last days of the wedding should be the most stressful, but I handed everything over to them and was a stress free bride. Trust me, you need to book them. You don't even know.
They are phenomenal!

We couldn't have been happier with the emily weddings team. I planned a wedding in Virginia from Ohio and so much stress was taken off my plate. They gave me connections to all the BEST vendors, made wonderful suggestions with every single detail, had a detailed and organized timeline, ran a seamless and timely rehearsal, helped run an event that wasn't their responsibility, and gave us hands down the best day of my life. We were overwhelmed with how my dream day came together more beautifully than I ever could have imagined. Nothing negative to say about emily weddings. Couldn't have been more impressed.

Best Wedding Plannes in Outer Banks NC! They may be in VA but even my vendors said Emily Weddings set the standard for wedding planers in the Outer Banks area!! I can't tell you how many vendors, guests and family members complimented Rachel and her team. They called them CIA Wedding Planners because they were everywhere handling everything while communicating on their CIA like earpieces. My wedding had to switch from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding because of Hurrican Hermine so Rachel went to the venue the day before to meet with the owners and strategize how to make my wedding a completely indoor wedding! I have to say my wedding was absolutely AMAZING thanks to the Rachel and her team. They spent so much time ensuring everything went perfectly. I hired them for a month of coordinator and I have to say the month of is so very stressful I don't think I would have made it through all of the last minute obsticles and HURRICANE without Emily Weddings. Thank you ladies for ensuring our wedding was still the wedding of our dreams!! You ladies are awesome!!

I am actually one of the members of Emily Weddings Team. I have been with them for 2.5 years, but still needed their services leading up to and day of my wedding. Regardless of how much I knew about the industry and weddings, I was blinded by my own stress and emotions. Having these girls there to guide me and not let me forget certain important details was so necessary. The day of the wedding I could not have done without them. No one wants their family members or self to have to setup their own wedding. Having them there to create what I had worked so hard for was everything. We actually had to move the wedding inside because of weather, and change the layout of the floor plan. I also had some outside decor that had to be re-placed inside. They took this into their own hands and created a beautiful wedding that I did not have to make decisions for on my wedding day. (I also forgot my special Steelers garter at the hotel, that was a surprise for my husband so it was really important to me. They drove 30 minutes back to the hotel and got it for me...talk about dedicated women) I personally think the best thing you can invest your money into for your wedding is a coordinator. I truly could not have done it without them!!

When my daughter, Amy, told me she intended to have a wedding planner help with her wedding I wondered why – it turned out to be a great decision! Carrie Fry and the rest of the Emily Weddings staff were wonderful and helped coordinate everything. Carrie was in touch throughout the planning process, she visited vendors with us and kept things “on schedule”. Carrie had suggestions along the way but all final decisions were Amy’s. On the wedding day a staff member arrived at the hotel to assist us as my daughter dressed and several more were at the Signature before we arrived. It seemed there were Emily Weddings staff members anywhere, anytime we had a question or concern – they were wonderful! They eliminated any stress that Amy or I might have expected. I appreciated that the staff blended with the wedding guests and guided guests and members of the wedding party quietly and discreetly. I would recommend Emily Weddings to anyone planning a wedding- their assistance helped make Amy and Jay’s wedding day memorable and perfect.

I always knew I would hire a wedding planner. After having helped so many friends plan, coordinate, and execute their “special day” and seeing how stressed and worried they were, I knew wedding planning wasn’t for me. Your wedding day is supposed to be the “BEST DAY EVER” and for me, thanks to Emily Weddings, IT WAS!

When I was first looking for a wedding planner, I interviewed a few who offered various levels of services. From the moment I met with Emily and Brittany of Emily Weddings, we just clicked. I could sense right away that they shared my vision and I knew they would provide just the right level of personalization and professionalism. At every step in the planning process they were there to provide sample vendors, review contracts and let me decide what level of involvement I wanted. I knew they would be there all in all the time, if that’s what I needed. I got everything set-up, picked-out and semi confirmed and then I was completely hands off the last two weeks before my wedding day. I could rest in the assurance that had everything taken care of. My mother shared my confidence in the team. Having been an event planner herself, she said it was a breath of fresh air to be hands-off and enjoy the day versus worrying about each detail.

One of the greatest benefits was having the Emily Weddings team take charge of the wedding guests and the wedding party. They offered guidance throughout the day on where to be and when to be there. “Look for a ninja” was a common phrase used by the bridal party since the Emily Weddings team wore all black and talked on headsets. It was awesome!

I could go on all day about how fantastic Emily Weddings is. But instead, I highly recommend you hire them yourself. They will make your special day truly magical!

We had booked the Day-Off-Package from Emily Weddings to get help for our wedding day. What we received for this does not have a value! Leading up to our wedding, Kate and their entire team ensured that all of our vendors were synchronized and that our plan was complete. The most amazing thing was their responsiveness in the days before our wedding with the possible arrival of Hurricane Joaquin and tremendously rainy weather. They continually updated all of our vendors with changes and helped to adjust the plan for our entire day so we didn't have to stress about the details and could just focus on watching the weather reports :) . The day of, they showed up in force to handle everything (<-- underlined). With a team of five, who all worked as if it were their own wedding, they quickly took care of every little detail and excellently accomplished our plan and vision. We couldn't recommend Emily Weddings more to make any wedding amazing. From the day of package, all the way to their full package, their caring and attention to detail would be invaluable to any wedding. Because of the Emily Weddings team, we enjoyed every second of our wedding with as little stress as possible. We can´t prove it, but we think that they had something to do with the hurricane missing our wedding! ;)

The Emily Weddings Team (EWT) is truly the best. Carrie and her team of 4 other women executed a perfect wedding day for us. Our wedding was at a private home in Sandbridge and required rentals for EVERYTHING. Carrie helped us down-select to the BEST vendors that fit our budget AND provided amazing service.

EWT went ABOVE and BEYOND on numerous occasions:
-- Our rehearsal dinner was at the Attic @ Waterman's. We reserved a shuttle to take our wedding party and rehearsal dinner guests to the restaurant. At the schedule pickup time, we saw no one. When we called the shuttle company, all we got was "We don't know where the driver is." Ummm. WHAT?! I approached EWT unsure of what we should do and Carrie's first response was, "I can fit 7 in my van." EWT drove our guests 30 minutes to the rehearsal dinner location. There was no hesitation, only a steadfast desire to make this weekend perfect for our families and guests.
-- It POURED on our wedding day. Leaving our hair appt, we needed to be ready to decide where to have the wedding, on the planned outside lawn or in the clear top tent. Due to the uncertainty of the rain we chose the "backup plan", the tent. I have no idea what kind of magic these women work, but the pouring rain tent ceremony and reception was BETTER than anything we could have imaged. I am glad it rained!

During the wedding planning period (~8 moths), Carrie and EWT were extremely responsive and professional. During our wedding weekend, my parents relaxed and enjoyed themselves. Any questions, we went to Carrie. My father and I are both type-A people and having a team so professional and caring allowed us to let go and enjoy. Carrie made sure we learned the best phrase a bride and her parents could hear, "Not my problem, Carrie will handle it."

From day one - I knew I couldn't handle the stress of trying to coordinate the day. It wouldn't have gone well, and my poor mom would have taken the brunt of it! So I decided to look at people to just do day-of coordination. Most people thought I was crazy for even considering this on a tight budget, but I figured I'd just let them see for themselves. When my husband, mom and I first met Emily and Brittney - we knew IMMEDIATELY that they were the ones for us. We ended up utilizing them for partial planning, which I would highly recommend for anyone who doesn't "see" things when they're described, like me and for anyone who just needs extra support. Brittney maintained consistent contact with me through out the year, joined me for meetings that I was apprehensive about, offered me props from her own home to utilize, helped me with projects that my craft-limited mind couldn't handle and continually told me it would all be perfect. She could not have been more correct. The team from Emily's Weddings supported us through the whole day - my mind was blown when I saw my reception hall. They never let on if anything was wrong, all things went beautifully (as far as I know at least!) and I think I've changed many minds on having planners involved. It was by FAR the best thing I "purchased" for my wedding - everything else was complete because of them. I feel so very blessed to have had them with me on our day, and will forever praise them from the rooftops!!!

The Emily Weddings team was amazing not just the night of my wedding, but throughout the entire process leading up to the day. Any time I felt the need to plan a meeting to ensure I was on track with things, or felt like I needed a team member to join me in an appointment with a vendor, they were readily available! On the day of, they ensured that everything would be taken care of by them, and that I wouldn't need to think about a thing, and that really was the case. It makes the wedding day much more enjoyable to know that it is in the hands of an organized team. Anything that could possibly come up, they had an answer for. They definitely made sure our very special day ran as smooth as it could have!

The Emily Wedding Team made our day full of magic. Kate and Brittney were our leads. When an unexpected tragedy struck for one of them...the other picked up and made a flawless transition. Our day could not have been more perfect. Apparently, there where hiccups...but none the we were aware of. The team of ladies put on a production. I selected 5.0 only because there was not a 6.0 available. The complexities of a wedding event are not apparent at first. I give my highest recommendation for every one of the women at Emily Weddings. They will not disappoint. They are a model of professionalism and a whole lot of fun to work with. We have made new life friends as well. Great job ladies. I can't wait to give my first of many referrals.

Cinderella counldn't have done it without her fairy godmother... and I couldn't have done it without EmilyWeddings. EmilyWeddings truly helped me bring my dream wedding to life..and more. You can't go wrong with these ladies, and they will help you plan even the most minor of details. I don't know how to thank my EmilyWeddings team for everything they did, but I am forever grateful and they will hold a special place in my heart.

I remeber when I first was introduced to EmilyWeddings. I was at a special bridal show where I was able to meet wonderful wedding vendors. The minute that Emily left the stage during her introduction, I knew I had to have EmilyWeddings plan my wedding. Their type-A organization and loveable personalities make them the ideal vendor. Brittney was my wedding coordinator and I want to thank her for the late night calls and texts, the shoulder for my tears, the advice for my indecisivness, the hugs, the excitement, the smiles, and the ability to give me the most beautiful wedding. EmilyWeddings will be there at every vendor meeting, help you with contract reviews, sending you reassuring messages to lift your spirits, and provide you with every possible thing you will need. They even brought mini fans to my hot, August wedding to keep me and my bridesmaids cool! Brittney always made sure things were where they needed to be. She also wrote up a schedule for my big day, and was always making sure I was having the best time. EmilyWeddings prides themselves in making sure that you never know what is going on behind-the-scenes at your wedding. They take the stress out of wedding plan, and let's be honest...wedding planning is no small task. With that said, I recommend EmilyWeddings for ALL future brides. I promise, you won't be disappointed. EmilyWeddings, although I don't know what to do without you now that we are no longer working together; I do know that you are no longer just "one" of my wedding vendors, but you are family to me!

Emily weddings did an amazing job helping to find all of the perfect vendors and get the ball rolling on everything needed for the perfect wedding. They made sure everything was covered. No other Wedding Planners could have done a more beautiful wedding day for my daughter. They were always available to talk and meet during the engagement. As the Mother of the Bride, I felt so relaxed at the wedding knowing behind the scenes Emily's ladies had everything covered. I wasn't the least bit stressed. Also knowing the Planners were there made my daughter enjoy her amazing wedding knowing that if anything went wrong my daughter and I wouldn't even know because the ladies were there to solve any situation. My mother and I interviewed Emily Weddings among other service providers early in my planning process. Emily Weddings was a standout among the others we talked to and from Day 1, my husband and I felt like we got thoughtful and responsive attention from Emily and her team. Emily's effective and thoughtful consultation led to her connecting us with fantastic vendors that truly saw our vision and ended up executing our dream day. Throughout the process, Emily and her team sent timely reminders and used detailed organizational tools that accounted for all of the key considerations we needed to think through. After any exchange with Emily or one of her team members (via email, by phone, or in person), I always came away feeling very assured and comforted that I was getting great advice and guidance. On the day of the event, her dream team was a wonderful part of our day. Jeff and I were just able to enjoy our experience because of their planning and coordination. The ladies on this team are truly passionate about what they do and they're very skilled at doing it in a high-caliber way. We felt like we were very important to them and they are truly in our hearts because of their sincerity and how hard they worked to make our day so magical. Emily, Carrie, Brittney, Kaite, and Tierney were amazing and many of our guests remarked on how great their interactions were with the wonderful women in black with pink necklaces! I would recommend Emily Weddings to anyone - if there were 6 stars, I'd choose that rating.

We are so grateful we hired these gals. They helped bring my vision to life and made our day the best day of our lives. Brittney was our point girl. She was so responsive and even saved wine bottles for our center pieces. Always had great tips and pointers. I bought the 5 hour extra services which was perfect. The girls on the day of were so professional and made sure everything was perfect without interfering. Even got my phone charger and perfume :) such a great team of girls and the vendors were happy to work with them which is a great testament to their reputation. You will be in great hands.

Emily Weddings, and specifically Carrie Fry, did an absolutely fantastic job. Carrie was amazing -very flexible and listened to me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted - even if I couldn't describe it! I felt like I had a close friend working with me... she was always available by email despite the hours and was a helpful adviser when I met vendors. She even did a fantastic job getting us through the rehearsal when the officiant could not make it. The professionalism of the team on the day of my wedding was exceptional. It honestly could not have happened without them. I was free of all concerns; Carrie and her team took the pressure off of me with ease. Amazing. This was a well honed, highly skilled team and they made the day work. They solved issues, coordinated all the details, guests, timing all with professionalism, patience, courtesy and smiles! I had not considered a Wedding Planner when I started the process but once meeting with Emily, working with Carrie and seeing what they did the day of my wedding, I couldn't imagine doing it without and there is no question in my mind this team is the best. I most strongly recommend Emily Weddings.

My wife and I loved having Emily’s Weddings as our wedding planners! They thought of every detail and constantly stayed in touch with us during the wedding planning process to be there to answer any questions. They took care of every detail and made sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. The schedule they put together was perfect and they made sure that we kept with the schedule to ensure that we were able to do everything we had planned. The entire team was very friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable and stress-free. My wife and I could tell that they were truly excited for us and wanted to make sure that our wedding day was all that we imagined. The whole Emily Weddings team was amazing! They all made us feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire wedding planning process, all the way up to the wedding day. They were there to answer any questions we had and made us feel as if we were the most important people! The team thought through every detail and took care of any issue or problem we faced. It was amazing going into our wedding day not feeling stressed or overwhelmed because we did not have to worry about any last minute details. They reminded us the whole day to have fun, and that is exactly what we did! Every team member was so incredibly sweet and kind and we instantly felt comfortable with them! We felt as if they were our friends and we could tell they were truly so excited for us and so excited to be there to help make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. The Emily Weddings team is amazing! They will be as invested in your wedding as you are. From the moment you hire them, even for day-of services, they are available to help in any way they can. They have great relationships with other vendors and can direct you to the best of the best. They will meet with you and your other vendors, and they offer their experience and insight, which is priceless. Also, they ARE the best of the best. They helped us to bring the dream we had for our wedding to life and their day-of-coordination was invaluable!!! They helped make sure we and all of our vendors had all the details in-line prior to the wedding day. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly and their timeline was perfect to keep the guests entertained and having a good time. Not only did they do an awesome job putting things together and making the day go seamlessly, they did it with smiles and upbeat personalities! They really seemed to enjoy what they do! They took great care of my husband and I, as well as our families throughout the day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them - very hard-working and very passionate about their jobs!!! If you are considering a wedding planner, you should definitely go with them. If you don't think you need a wedding planner, you should still hire them - there are sooooo many little things that go into a wedding day and they take all of that on so you can just relax and enjoy the day! This was one of the BEST investments we made for our wedding day!

Our wedding would not have been the beautiful, magical (yeah, I said magical, ok? because it WAS!), memorable, stress-FREE day that it was, had it not been for the Emily Weddings team... We hired them about a month and half out--I was so stressed, planning a wedding from across the country... it's a long story. But anyway, the girls never once made me feel like we couldn't get it done... Lovely Meghan was our coordinator and she made so many fantastic recommendations for the most IMPORTANT things like the DJ and officiant, both of whom we LOVED! (Roger Cruz at Astro; the Rev. Ken Lane) and she even suggested the amazing restaurant where we held our rehearsal dinner (yeah, were were that behind..)! She found us a great limo company, too--all retired firefighters, which was awesome! Working with her and the wonderful Brittney and Carrie, too, was a pleasure. Especially on the big day and the days leading up, where we would have fallen apart without them... But I felt 100% confident they would keep things going smoothly. And they did! At the wedding, they were like like very pretty NINJAS. Everything was seamless. I didn't have to do a thing except enjoy myself! They were SO on top of it all, with graceful professionalism. They were lovely to my husband and me, and all of our friends and family. We truly couldn't have done it without them and I am happy to recommend Emily Weddings not only because of the terrific, super-pro service they provided, but also because I would hang out with any of them any day:) (Meghan, Brittney--next time I'm in town, drinks are on ME!)

There are no words to describe how incredibly grateful I am for the Emily Weddings team. Meghan was incredible during the entire planning process, had lots of tips and advice and kept me on track with a few quick meetings and a REALLY detailed check list, but that is nothing compared to her work (and that of her teammates) the weekend of my wedding.

The week of my wedding, a Tropical Storm started up the coast, and I came realized that the outdoor ceremony I had planned would not happen. The EWT had a rain timeline all prepared and they contacted ALL my vendors while I focused on getting ready and taking pictures with my husband and the bridal party. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me, the rental company called to notify us that their tents could not be used in the wind conditions. As we finished pictures, and went to the ceremony, members of the EWT and my venue coordinator completely reorganized my reception to account for the space we lost when the tents were removed. They repurposed all my decorations, moved things around, and made it work, and… it was BEAUTIFUL. I didn’t even know about the tents and all the changes until I arrived at the reception.

I know some brides, especially those who have a lot of input into their big day, are thinking that walking into the reception and having it be different than planned would be difficult. It was a surprise, but the EWT is professional and they did a GREAT job. The night was still perfect in my eyes, and if you know me and my Type A, planner personality, that is really amazing.

I can't imagine what I would have done without them. There is no way I would have been able to save the reception without them. There's no way I or my mom could have gone out to the venue to reorganize the tables and decide where the everything would have been.As awesome as my venue coordinator is, she wouldn’t have been able to either. So, long story short… when the worst happens,these are the girls you want to have in your corner!

Hiring Emily Weddings was the best investment we ever made. The ladies were professional, experienced and organized. We mostly required their services for the rehearsal evening and the "day of". They supervised everything at the church from checking the flowers, the programs, down to putting tissues for us in the pews! They made sure the church dressing rooms were in order and items retrieved when we left. The team was on task at the reception. They took care of bringing the flowers from the church, checking the table setup and special displays. They kept everything flowing smoothly and were the liaison between the club management and me. As Mother of the Bride, I was able to relax and enjoy the festivities stress free! I highly recommend Emily Weddings!

What appealed to me most about Emily Weddings was how personal, professional and genuinely concerned they were about my wedding. They wanted it to be special and a success as much as we did. Their advice on venues, florists and budgets was priceless. It took much needed pressure and stress off my bride and made our wedding day go smoothly. Our friends still talk about our wedding three years later. Our wedding would not have been the amazing day that it was without Emily Weddings. They are more than worth the investment! I would recommend them to anyone getting married.

I've been a bridesmaid in two weddings that the Emily Weddings girls have coordinated and both weddings went so smoothly. The team of girls seemed extremely professional and had an answer for all of our questions. While they were with us every step of the way, they were not pushy or overbearing but helpful and so patient with our large group of girls. One thing that I loved about their service was that they gave us THEIR phone numbers instead of the bride's so if there were any questions on the rehearsal night or wedding day from groomsmen, bridesmaids, or family they called the coordinator and NOT the bride. I know the bride was very appreciative of this because they were not stuck on their phones all day answering questions from people who were lost or confused about the schedule. I had a great experience with Emily Weddings and I would highly recommend them to any bride!

I really do not know what I would have done without Emily Weddings. From texting/emailing them about almost every detail and vendor to their flawless execution of my wedding day they were always there. I always received a quick response to any question and their planning was extremely detailed! It was such a relief to not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy every minute. They even helped my husband and I plan a surprise helicopter exit which was a huge surprise for my guests. I would have been lost without the help from Paula, Emily, and their wonderful team. Their experience showed in every way!
