Love my dress!!! and got a great price!!!!

Was very unhappy with alterations and service. Ended up going somewhere else to by another dress.

I used the Davids Bridal on Davis Hwy. They were WONDERFUL! I lost 20 lbs right before my wedding so I had to have my dress altered down a size. I didn't have the money to alter it so they exchanged it fora dress one size lower so that the alterations would be cheaper. Andrew was absolutely the best salesperson I've ever met1

My bridesmaids' dresses, after much searching, were chosen from David's, partially because one lives in AZ and the other in FL. All went smoothly and I went to David's to get some accessories for them as gifts. The ladies on staff were very friendly and helpful, patient, and helped keep the stress of shopping light-hearted and fun.

The staff was very helpful. I was very excited and vulnerable, and they added on a veil, tiara and so forth when I was trying on my dress, which made me want to buy the extras. Beware of that when you go to try on dresses! The alterations were done perfectly, I would recommend using them for alterations!

The seamstress did a marginal job with reapplying my intricate detailing of my dress after hemming but overall it was a good experience. My bridemaids dresses looked wonderful and the staff were very helpful.

Good experience! They are not as flexible as an independent Bridal shop i.e. they cannot add/take away length from your train but they are 1000 times quicker than an independent Bridal Shop and very efficient.

I had my dress which was purchased from David's Bridal in Fort Myers, Fl altered at this location since it is closer to my home. When I went to pick my dress up on the scheduled date and time it was not finished. They forget to call me back to the fitting room both visits (dropping off and picking up). They had me try my dress on and after about 20 minutes, no lie, the alterator came back and asked me if I had on the shoes I would be wearing my wedding day. Yes they were the same shoes I brought with me to have the dress measured in. She asked because we both knew the dress was way too long. It had been halfway finished. It had strings and was ragged all the way around the bottom. They had me wait while they cut it off. I will tell you that for 130 dollars I excpected much better service than to have my hem cut off in the back while I waited even longer. Then they had the nerve to try to charge me 10 dollars for a bag even though I had brought my dress in one. I tell everyone that David's Bridal is very unreliable and very unprofessional. I suppose the dresses are cheaper and in the end you get what you pay for.

I walked in and found a beautiful wedding dress hanging on a door. I wanted something pretty, but not too formal. I tried it on, and knew it was the dress for me! It was even on sale for $30.00, so that was a bonus!

Everytime that I went to the store I called several weeks in advance to make an appointment with a consultant and everytime I went my consultant would be pulled away from me to help some random person who was a walk-in. I was very irriated with this store and would encourage brides to shop around at other places before settling with this particular store.
