Got my dress, veil, and bridesmaid dresses there. Awesome service!

they were super patient with me being that i was one of those girls that had 10 dresses lined up as maybe's at first... knowing good and well i obviously hadnt found the one yet. so with their patience and re-racking the dresses, i found my one! they were very helpful in finding out what sizes and lengths it came in, what viels would look the best, jewelry ideas, etc... appointments to be altered were always great. the woman really knew what they were doing! my dress turned out perfect with not a glitch one on it! i couldnt have been more satisfied with them!

Had a terrible experience with David's Bridal in Florence, KY. My daughter found a dress she liked, put it in layaway. Instead of ordering a new dress for her they took the one off the rack that everyone else had been trying on for who knows how long, into a bag and put her name on it. Essentially you are buying a dress off the rack. Then the tiara and veil she picked out were put back on the shelf. Next time she went to the store they pulled the dress out, it was dirty, gave her a tiara off the shelf and veil off the shelf to try on. She found another dress at David's, same price she liked better. They would not let her exchange it or return the tiara or veil, even though she had not even picked them up, without paying a
"restock fee" of $78.00. Restock what? They were off the shelf in the store. They lost our business. It was well worth losing the money than to take the chance of them ruining her wedding. We went elsewhere with our business. Do a search "Davids Bridal Corporate Office" and you will see hundreds of horror stories from brides all around the US about Davids Bridal.

I made the mistake of waiting until the last minute and it was crazy i just about lost my mind. A little tip start extremely early and dont do any last minute shopping and thanks to my stepmother she was a lot of help to me so ask someone to give u ideas or help u with ur wedding

they have great deals i got a 2009 edition dress for only $299 cant beat that

Dress was beautiful and fit perfect. The bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dress also came from here and all looked wonderful. Cost was reasonable. Didnt really find anywhere else that was cheaper.

The dress I found at Davids Bridal was perfect for me.Their staff was friendly and helped me with a few alterations that I wanted.The cost was very reasonable and I felt I got an amazing price for such a nice dress.I'm really glad I found their shop!

They were wanting to help me alot when I was trying on the dresses. But Then after I picked mine. It was like they stopped helping all together. Once they got that sale they were done with me.

i would not choose this company again. My bridesmaids all lived in different cities, so this seemed like a good option for us, but it turned into a logistical nightmare. The dyes used on the shoes didnt match the dresses very well--and there was a lot of poor communication between branches. I lost a lot of sleep dealing wth this company so future brides beware!

Vey helpful dont know where I would be without their help. Did eveything I asked them to do and helped out soooo very much. Definately will go back if ever needed.
