Blown Away
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Kristin Bowman and her team at Confetti Events who coordinated our rehearsal welcome party and wedding in Dunedin, FL on May 1st.
From the very beginning, Kristin made us feel completely supported, understood, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire wedding planning process. She took us on VERY last minute as I was having anxiety about finalizing our destination wedding plans while living in Michigan. She instantly made me feel less stressed and more confident that the weekend would go smoothly. She made everything feel seamless, organized, and actually enjoyable.
She brought our vision to life more beautifully than we ever could have imagined. Every detail felt intentional, elegant, joyful, and perfectly us. She somehow balanced professionalism with warmth in a way that instantly made us trust her completely. Not only is she incredibly talented and creative, but she is calm under pressure, solution-oriented, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond for her couples.
Our wedding weekend flowed flawlessly because of her. From coordinating vendors, working with unforeseen challenges or challenging people, timelines, décor, guest experience, and countless behind-the-scenes details we never even had to think about, Kristin handled everything with such grace and expertise. We were actually able to be present, soak in every moment, and enjoy our wedding with our people because we knew we were in the best hands possible.
So many of our guests commented on how beautiful, organized, and special everything felt — and that is entirely a reflection of Kristin and her team’s hard work and talent. She made us feel like more than just clients; she felt like a trusted friend throughout this process. Kristin is someone that you meet and instantly feel like she's got your back. My family and I are trying to think of our next big event so we can fly Kristin out to Michigan! :)
If you are considering hiring Confetti Events, do it immediately. Honestly, my only regret is not hiring her sooner in the process. It was hands-down one of the best decisions we made, and we are endlessly grateful for this company as they gave us the wedding of our dreams and memories we will cherish forever. -

Amazing Experience
We had Gabby as our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She went way above and beyond just the 'day of'. She checked in on us regularly throughout the planning process and was ready to answer all of our questions. On the big day, I was prepared to be super anxious all day long but I actually got to be calm and enjoy my day because Gabby was completely on top of everything! She was 100% ready to put out any fires and wanted to help us with anything we needed (including when I needed to run to the bathroom before the ceremony and she kicked everyone out of the lobby so they wouldn't see me). Gabby also had an intern helping her on the wedding day who was super sweet and helpful. I would recommend any bride to work with this amazing team! -

Noonan Wedding
We were referred to Confetti Events through our venue at the Tampa Club in Tampa Florida. We had Katherine as our day of coordinator, and she was fantastic! She handled everything, and made sure everything went according to plan and schedule. She was so easy to work with, and her coordination really put our minds at ease. We would highly recommend Katherine and Confetti Events for any event! -

Amazing !!
This team was amazing ! Gabby was very professional and sweet. Her and her team made the day run so smooth I did not have to worry about anything. They create a day of timeline, call all your vendors , and send a monthly checklist help setup/breakdown and so much more. The day of gabby and her team kept us on time and also helped me with my veil , keeping track of my bouquet , making sure me and the groom had water and everything we needed. If you want a stress free day book confetti events they made us feel like royalty I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. -

Confetti Events Made My Wedding Day Stress-Free!
Myriam from Confetti Events was my day-of coordinator, and she was incredible! Pre-wedding, she coordinated all my vendors, prepped the entire day-of timeline, and kept me on track with all the little details I needed to remember (like getting a guest book for guests to leave us notes and helping me figure out how much to prep in tips for vendors). Day of, she took all the stress of coordinating people, vendors, and the schedule off my plate, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. She set up table settings, the favor bag table, and personally shuttled my dress and other materials back to my hotel at the end of the night. She was a ton of fun to work with - warm, friendly, and a great communicator throughout.
I also want to give a shout out to the fact that Myriam went above and beyond. I got married on 5/31/25, but my original wedding date was 10/12/24. When that had to be rescheduled unexpectedly due to Hurricane Milton, Myriam communicated and coordinated with my vendors to finalize a new date. I was so appreciative for her help during a very stressful time. Overall, working with Confetti Events was a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend their services. -

Gabryele, we are so thankful to have you plan our wedding. You absolutely were a pleasure to work with. You were always prepared, were great with communicating back to us, and made the day run so smoothly.
Gabryele always checked in with me every month leading up to my wedding, was always willing to help, and even helped with not only bustling my dress, but helped with my broken clasp on my wedding dress MINUTES before I had to walk down the isle. She was so attentive to my fiancé and I the entire night, bringing us anything we needed and made sure the night ran so smoothly. All the vendors were so great because she was the timeline QUEEN. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and will always remember her. If you need someone to plan your wedding, Gabryele is your girl! Her and her team of girls were so nice, warm, helpful, and fun! Again, thank you to her and the Confetti Events team. -

Confetti Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding planner/day-of coordinator, Myriam, was exceptional.
Myriam's attention to detail and organizational skills were impeccable. She created a custom Excel spreadsheet for us to ensure that every aspect of our wedding day was planned and accounted for. A month before the wedding, she coordinated with all of our vendors to confirm arrangements and ensure a seamless flow of events.
On the day of our wedding, Myriam and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our every request, and believe me there were several. They set up a beautiful rose ceremony, provided hot hands for our guests to keep warm, and handled all of the details with grace and professionalism.
Myriam's calm and reassuring demeanor made our wedding day stress-free and enjoyable. She truly has a gift for coordinating events and making sure that everything runs smoothly. We cannot recommend Confetti Events and Myriam highly enough.

Best Wedding Decision
I was an out of town bride (from Florida but currently live in Houston), so I had no idea which local vendors were comparable. Then, I hired Confetti and it was an absolute game changer.
Kristin helped us and I cannot say enough good things about Confetti. Not only did she recommend some amazing vendors that she had worked with, she was able to find new vendors who did an amazing job. On top of that expertise, the wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to the Confetti team. Everything was organized and executed to the smallest detail; I didn't have to stress or lift a finger the weekend of the event. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! -

Highly Recommend for Your Wedding
Gabryele was our wedding coordinator and she provided excellent service. Throughout the wedding planning process, Gabby was responsive and knowledgeable on event planning.
On the day of the wedding, Gabby and her assistants did an incredible job executing on all details related to coordination and set up. She was on top of everything and made our dream wedding come true because of her organization and ability to coordinate amongst many vendors. She made judgment calls with regard to minor day-of details that were in line with my husband and I’s vision while we were busy enjoying our day. Our wedding day was stress-free because Gabby handled the coordination and logistics extremely well and professionally. The entire day went flawlessly, and many of our guests commented on how the wedding was smooth and well-run.

Best Wedding Planner Ever
We booked our wedding through White Rock Canyon, and Confetti Events was the planner included in our all-inclusive package. Myriam Sorrentino was selected by Confetti Events to be our wedding coordinator based on a phone call with them. From our first phone call, to the day of the wedding, Myriam made us feel at peace and made our wedding stress free. As a couple, my wife and I are both not planners, but Myriam made sure to keep us on track before the wedding with reminders and pointers of where we should be with the planning process. When it came to the days leading up to the wedding, Myriam eased our stress and made sure that all of our last minute hiccups went unnoticed. For the day of the wedding, we are pleased to say our wedding went smoothly without a single hiccup. With a lot of people to thank you for this, there is none more than Myriam, ensuring that each part of our wedding went smoothly and without any setbacks. Any questions or concerns we had in the process were addressed, and she was always willing go out of her way to make us feel reassured. We will forever be thankful for Myriam ensuring our wedding day will be remembered as the best day of our life. -

Absolutely incredible experience!
Honestly cannot say enough good things about Confetti and their staff. Their willingness and ability to go above and beyond to make sure that our guests had the best time and my husband and I experienced no stress was incredible. My coordinator, Alex Gonzalez, was available every month for check ins leading up to the big day, created a personalized timeline checklist, a day of timeline, communicated with all my vendors, and was always just a text away. They attended rehearsal, took our personal items/decor that night, set up the decor the next day, steamed my dress, and Alex even brought my MUA emergency eye lash glue the morning of! Confetti promised their services allowed for bride and groom to show up to the event empty handed and worry free and leave the same way…they lived up to this promise tenfold. I really felt cared for by Alex (and her two assistants the day of Denali and Leah) my day really wouldn’t have been the same without her!
We hosted an informal reception after party in the hotel lobby and was shocked to later find out all our things had been returned to our rooms, they packed us two late night snack dinners in the mini fridge, and this was all coordinated behind the scenes.
Wish I could relive my wedding day all over again for many reasons, but one would definitely be to work with these people again! -

Choose Confetti Events
BEST DECISION EVER! Hiring Confetti Events and having Myriam as our coordinator was by far the best decision we made in planning our wedding. From the very beginning she was organized, thorough and attentive. The month leading up to our wedding Myriam took over all communication with the vendors which alleviated stress and time on our end. The overall timeline she supplied was extremely helpful. The day of the wedding Myriam and her team were ON POINT. I literally did not worry about anything and was able to enjoy the day. The entire day was ON TIME and went very smooth. I cannot say enough positive things about Myriam and Confetti Events!

Confetti Events helped make my friend's recent wedding run very smoothly. The day was a memorable event for, not only the bride and groom, but also the guests. I had helped my friend with her preliminary wedding planning and Gabryele Carter and team stepped in a month before (an awesome benefit that Tampa Club provides with their wedding packages). Gabryele was friendly, patient, professional and thought of every little detail...and I swear she has the best toolkit in the industry (she even had boob tape and a steamer). I can't speak highly enough for her services and those of Confetti Events. You can't go wrong using them for your events and weddings! -

Myriam is the real deal!
I knew from my first call Myriam would be the one to get the job done. She sets clear expectations not only with you but with the vendors. If I ever couldn’t get in touch with a vendor, she was there to reach out. She was extremely helpful when I was indecisive and really understood the vision I was going for. On the day of, at least from my perspective, it seems like everything went smoothly! My bridesmaids and my family were all impressed by Myriam and her team. The level of service is truly unmatched, they even boxed up all of my decor I brought in and delivered everything to my hotel room. I really had nothing I had to worry about. I couldn’t recommend Myriam more! -

Melanie is incredible!
My partner and I found Confetti Events through the recommendation of our venue. We spoke with the owner, Kristen, and felt at ease. She was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with concrete value in the services that Confetti would provide. After speaking with two other coordinators, we knew we had to go with Confetti.
Kristen was unavailable for our event but she put us in the more than capable hands of Melanie. From our first conversation, Melanie was incredible! She took the time to get to know our vision and took the heavy lifting of the planning out of our hands. There was not a moment where we felt alone or unsure during the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Melanie handled all communication, timeline, and last minute details with ease.
We truly could not have had the event we did without Melanie and her team. Every vendor we worked with, every person of the wedding party, and even a few of the guests commented on how smooth the entire evening was. We cannot sing the praises of Confetti events enough! THANK YOU ALL! -

I recently had the pleasure of working with an Gabryele from Confetti Events, and I cannot sing enough praises for her impeccable skills and grace. From the initial phone call to the end of our wedding reception, Gabi turned what could have been a stressful experience into an absolute dream.
Her attention to detail was nothing short of remarkable. Every element, from the ceremony and reception set-up, to the timing of the ceremony, was flawlessly executed. It was evident that Gabi and her team approached each task with a passion for perfection. As the bride, I can confidently say I had no stress on my wedding day because Gabi and her team took care of everything.
What truly stood out was her ability to handle unexpected situations with a calm demeanor - such as rain expected right at time of rehearsal or tearing a whole in my dress - both of which happened. Confetti Events was the best money we spent on our wedding. Kristin was our full service planner and she was incredible to work with. She helped the planning process feel much less stressful. On the big day, Kristin and her team went above and beyond. They made sure every single thing was perfect and I can honestly say I did not feel one ounce of stress or anxiety on that day because they had everything taken care of, even touched up my hair, held a fan to me to stay cool, made sure my husband and I were fed and had drinks in our hand. Kristin also even went of her way to go buy the necessary ingredients for my husband’s favorite drink as the caterer bartending staff wasn’t prepared to make an Old Fashioned. I cannot say enough good things and I highly recommend using Confetti Events for your next event! -

Worry-free Wedding!
Gabryele and her team were amazing! During our rehearsal and wedding, they took care of everything; all of the vendors, the decor, the flow, and even ensured my husband and I had everything we needed. They remained calm, constant (genuine) smiles, and looked as if they loved being there as much as we did. Gabryele took time prior to the wedding to get to know us, our vision, and what we needed/wanted. The managing and organizing of it all was effortless. We worked with Melanie Simpson during our planning process. We went with the month of package. Melanie was extremely knowledgeable, organized and patient throughout the whole wedding planning process. Everyone told me “something will go wrong on your wedding day…” so I was prepared but, if something went wrong I had no idea! Melanie connected with all vendors during and day of planning, had organized timelines for months/ days leading up to the wedding and of course day of. She had monthly check ins with us to make sure everything was in track.

Finding the right mate, is no different the finding the right planner!
As a bride, from the beginning I knew I did not have the time nor energy to plan a wedding. Just having a sneak peak into picking a date & a venue starting out on my own revealed that this process would be a full time job. Confetti Events came recommended and after meeting with a few different companies, the second I spoke with Kaylea, it was a done deal. I gave her a vision, a budget and she planned the entire wedding with full permission to take the rains. She respected my opinion on certain things I requested to be brought in on and kept the one’s completely off my plate I trusted her to handle on her own. My now husband, both our families and I had such a positive experience that after the wedding there was almost a sense of sadness that we wouldn’t be talking to our friend 5x a day (or week) anymore! All that aside, if I had a to do it all over again, I would without a doubt hire Confetti Events! Just Book Confetti Already!
Myriam at Confetti Events was our day-of wedding coordinator and she was absolutely AMAZING. We met with her a few times leading up to our big day and Myriam gathered all the vendor information, contacted each vendor to communicate times/locations/details, and she made a timeline of the day (down to the minute) for the entire wedding party. On the wedding day itself, Myriam was calm and organized (which made me relax) and had everything running to schedule and smoothly. After the ceremony Myriam was even running drinks and food from the cocktail hour to our wedding party in a separate room! If something did go wrong, Myriam took care of it (which I am not sure if anything did go wrong). Truly, my wedding day was absolutely perfect and stress-free. I would recommend Confetti Events to any new bride! Why stress?! Enjoy your special day... just book Confetti already! -

Myriam is the BEST wedding planner!!!
I had Myriam as my full time wedding planner and I cannot express enough how AMAZING she was the entire time!! Planning a wedding for the first time is a lot, there are so many details and so many moving parts.
The planning with her was a dream, she provided vendors for me to choose from, so I didn't have to go out looking on my own as that can be overwhelming. She thought of every detail and made sure I got what I had always dreamed of in a wedding. She had amazing suggestions and knows just how to get what you need.
There is no task too big or too small. She handled EVERYTHING, there wasn't a problem she couldn't solve. She was always on top of everything, so organized, answered all my questions (and trust me there were many), she was always available when I needed her. Her incredible professionalism and expertise made me so comfortable that I never worried about the planning of my wedding once.
She also represents you as a bride in such an amazing manner. She was the one working with all my vendors, not me, and they all love her. One in particular made a comment that she wished all wedding planners were like Myriam and I agree!
The day of the wedding was FABULOUS. EVERYTHING was exactly how I pictured it, it was truly a dream come true. And again, Myriam made the day SO smooth. Everytime I turned around she was there. I got to enjoy my entire wedding and never had to leave to go get something or wonder if certain things were being taken care of. She took care of it all.
If I could, I would have another wedding just to get to work with Myriam again.
I dreamed of my wedding my entire life and she made my dreams come true. -

Best Wedding Planner!
I knew as soon as I got engaged that I would need a wedding planner to help me plan my dream wedding. After speaking to many friends who had been through the wedding planning process before, the company Confetti Events seemed to be the one everyone raved about. Gabryele was a lifesaver!
All the interactions I had with this company exceeded my expectations. So many of their standard practices were things I didn’t know I needed, but I definitely did. Gabryele was our coordinator and my favorite person for the two months we worked together. Anything I needed, she was on top of and handled it in a way that made me feel calm. She prompted me to think about many details and kept them organized for me in a way that was easy to share with others in our wedding party. She communicated with vendors, venue, even the officiant. When the wedding came, my guest commented on how she seemed to be in a million places at once keeping a close eye on everything. When a few things inevitably went wrong due to circumstances out of our control, she handled them calmly and quietly. She checked on my husband and I to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The word used to describe my wedding day over and over was “perfect” and she had everything to do with that. Best Decision
Having only one daughter means one wedding and one chance to make it the most amazing and memorable event in her young life. Being the father of the bride meant my role would be quite simple, review contracts and make payments to vendors. What I never knew was the coordination required behind the scenes to bring everything together. That is where Kristin Bowman the owner/senior coordinator from Confetti Events & Weddings comes in. Once Kristin became involved with planning there was a tremendous amount of stress immediately removed and as the date drew closer the anticipation was care free. Of course there are always things the bride and groom will add or forgot as the date nears and those few things became trivial as Kristin jumped in and secured the necessary vendors to ensure the littlest or biggest details would all come together. Communication is always imperative and her attentive actions handled every detail required. Kristin always made us feel heard and gave us great suggestions and was always just a email or text away when we had questions. The weeks leading up to the wedding were stress free and becoming enjoyable knowing Kristin had it under control.
Finally the big day, the Wedding. Upon arrival at the venue Kristin immediately began orchestrating the night’s events flawlessly. Everything we had envisioned was now unfolding before us, exactly how we had planned and captured the exact theme and feel we were going for. There is only one opportunity to have a memorable experience that will last a lifetime and Kristin ensured this would come true. With the wedding nearing the end that evening I was approached by so many of the guests and family members expressing their appreciation and admiration for attending the best wedding they have ever been to and how perfect everything has happened that night. Thanks to Kristin and her staff the wedding my daughter dreamed of went off flawlessly. -

Wow... I truly wish I could give 10 stars to Confetti Events because that is truly what they deserved. Let me preface that the package I signed for was the senior level, day of coordination (they take over month of). At first my dad was hesitant if we really needed this or not (silly dad) but the 2 months leading up to the wedding he just kept saying how thankful and grateful he was of Kristin's service (yes, we were lucky that we got to work with the owner herself!). This package worked best for me since I had a lot of time to do research and planning on my own to pick vendors but she still gave me a lot of recommendations and steered me in the right direction. We were always emailing constantly and if I ever had questions about anything, it's like she would read my mind and easily explain it over a quick phone call- no matter how early or late in the day, she truly puts you first. So many of our guests at the wedding kept saying to me 'I'm surprised you're so relaxed' and it's all because of Kristin and her team. I literally sat back and fully enjoyed our day to the fullest because I had full faith in her. She was the reason for all my calmness. She literally helped bussle my dress before our first dance... she is a super woman!! I am forever thankful for her and she's the reason why we have the best memories of our night. Beach Ceremony - Restaurant - Beach Party
Where to start... Confetti did it all for us and made our wedding so perfect. Kristin and Team Confetti, provided outstanding service for our special day. My now husband thought we could do all the planning ourselves, if you ask him today he would tell you Kristin and Confetti was the best thing we did for our wedding. Kristin is outstanding, how she made everything go off without a hitch is mind blowing. We wanted a beach wedding, she provided, we wanted to have a initimate lunch with our families, she provided, then back to the beach for a party for 150 people, she provided! Kristin/Confetti are the ones you want by your side for any event. You want it... she will make it happen. If we ever have another event, Confetti will be the first people we call. Thank you so much for making our day so special! -

Professional and helpful!
I worked with Myriam from Confetti Events as my day-of coordinator, and she made the day run so smoothly! She was communicative, timely, and alleviated a lot of my stress as the big day grew closer. She set up a minute by minute timeline and ensured all the vendors were where they were supposed to be and on time! She kept track of the timeline during the big day to make sure we didn’t get too far behind schedule (it does happen, things just take longer than you expect and it is inevitable). Overall, a pleasure to work with!

First and Best Wedding Decision We Made
Picture this: It's 2017, you're in wedding bliss. You just got engaged and you are so excited. The first vendor to book is your wedding planner because you just know you'll need the help. Hire Kristin with Confetti Events. Decide on a long engagement. Kristin helps you with everything for your wedding, gives amazing vendor recommendations, and is honestly just a fantastic person all around.
2020 hits. COVID decides JK your wedding ain't happening this year. Kristin literally goes into full action mode. Entire wedding is postponed, but we kept ALL our vendors. kristinissuperwoman.png
Then 2021 hits. Photographer goes JK we are moving to another country. ohnoes.jpg. Kristin not only found us a new photographer, but an even better one. Then reception goes, hey guess what, you don't have a cake. Kristin rallies once again and voila we have cake!
Day of the wedding comes. Kristin is commanding army of bridal party and family like a veteran. Wedding is cruising along. Then all of a sudden, wedding dress breaks, like legit busts open at the back. herewego.jpeg. Kristin swoops in, safety pins to the rescue, and the party continues.
The wedding day finishes and it's magical, and you literally couldn't have done it without Kristin and her team at Confetti Events. 1000000/10 recommend. Best wedding decision we made. -

Best wedding planning company ever!
I cannot write enough words to explain how great Confetti Events was. We hired Kristin as our lead planner and she brought along other staff members and interns to help. They truly exceeded every expectation we had. I had not only family members but also several guests comment on how organized and put together the whole wedding was. Kristin and her team were hired for day of planning and still went above and beyond with their tasks. From making an extremely specific timeline of the day, to communicating with all of our vendors, reading our contracts, having 24/7 communication with us and making sure every detail was exactly as we envisioned it, we couldn’t ask for more. I’d recommend them to any couple I know. They put our minds at ease from the first conversation. We can’t thank you guys enough!!!! 100/10 stars for them 🤗 -

Outstanding Quality
First and foremost, I want to say thank you for being such an amazing coordinator for our wedding! I had a destination wedding and they helped me every step of the way. The cost was very reasonable, even with them flying out of the state. Their professionalism is worth noting, especially when I forgot our wedding rings in the bridal suite! I have no idea how they knew I forgot them in the suit, but the next thing I know, during the prayer, with all heads bowed, my wedding planner was running UPHILL to pass it down the aisle and end up in our officiant's hands in time to exchange the rings. haha. Myriam's No. 1 Fan!
Do yourself a favor and 1. Book Confetti Events and 2. Request to work with Myriam. From the moment we were paired, I knew it was a match made in heaven having Myriam as our day-of coordinator. And let me begin by saying this: Myriam provided FAR more than just day-of, week-of or even month-of assistance. From the beginning, we had phone calls, Myriam made herself available by text/email any time and she even drove to meet us several times that were quite far from where she lives, just to simply review details. As a very detail-oriented person and one who had many, many tiny details planned out for my wedding day, I was nervous my coordinator would think I was “over the top”. Not Myriam – she was understanding, could see my vision and, as a perfectionist herself, reassured me that everything would be exactly the way I imagined it on our special day. Throughout the planning process, I had some difficulties with my hair and makeup team, and Myriam stepped in. She was my voice and was never afraid to defend me or have my back – support I really, truly needed as an overwhelmed bride. She made me feel confident that she’d always fight for what was best for my husband and I, and that she would vocalize the way we felt, if we didn’t feel comfortable doing so. On the day-of, Myriam and the 3 other assistant coordinators made everything SO effortless. Her detailed schedule kept us on-track and Katherine was with my husband and I all day, making sure we were comfortable, had enough water, etc. Our wedding day was a breeze as the Confetti Team brought our vision to life, whisked us around and checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. At one point, my contacts were bothering me, and Myriam literally went down to my hotel room, got me new contacts and brought them back up for me. The level of service she provided was just next level. I wish I could find all the words to describe just how sweet, patient, kind, responsive, on-time, and comforting Myriam was but I don’t know there are enough words. I will truly miss working with her and look forward to helping my local friends plan their weddings, so we have the opportunity to work together again. Myriam and Confetti girls, THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our day such a fairy tale. We appreciate you beyond measure! -

Megan and the team were amazing!
Words cannot express my gratitude for Megan and the Confetti Events staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine, more than I could have ever imagined. Megan is amazing!!!
There are not enough words to accurately capture the amount of gratitude that my husband and I have for everything that our coordinator, Megan, and Confetti Events did for us. Even before our wedding was flipped upside-down due to covid-19, the first time I met Megan at our venue for a meeting, I was able to finally relax because I could tell that our day was not only in the hands of someone that really knew what they were doing, but that she genuinely cared about us and making sure that our day was perfect. Then, eight days before our wedding, our venue canceled on us. Within an hour, Megan had three, quality backup options for us. We continued to get hit with more changes and hurdles, right up until our ceremony, and Megan took everything in stride. Without her perseverance, quick problem solving, and positive attitude, we would not have had the perfect day that we did. We really felt like Megan and Confetti Events were in our corner, rooting for us to get married, no matter what, all while in a safe and socially distant manner. :) A million thanks, we could not have done this without you. -

Best planner in Tampa Bay!
When I got engaged, I didn’t even have a wedding Pinterest board so it was clear I was going to need a helping hand with planning. My husband and I decided on Armature Works as our venue, and Armature’s top recommended planner was Confetti Events. That same day, I found out that Melanie Simpson was a Confetti Events planner. Melanie and I had gone to high school together and I already knew she was very detailed and upbeat. It was fate!
Melanie guided us every step of the way, from making sure we were on track while planning to giving outstanding vendor recommendations. Her day-of timeline and details packet was 15 pages long. VERY SATISFYING!
On our big day, Melanie and her team were there every step of the way. They coordinated all the vendors with ease, made sure everything was timely, and even successfully wrangled my husband’s TEN groomsmen. Melanie and her team did not miss a beat.
I can’t even describe how beautifully they arranged our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces. I gave them inspiration photos and they made that inspiration come to life and more. They even took care of breaking down the space so we got to enjoy our after-reception after-party without a care in the world.
I highly recommend Melanie and Confetti Events for anyone that’s planning a wedding. Believe me when I say you cannot do it alone! Let Confetti Events make your day perfect while you enjoy the moment. -

Melanie was the best!
After our engagement, with full time work and school, we had no idea when we would find the time to plan our wedding. We decided including a coordinator into our budget was a must! We first spoke to Kristin who explained to us the different options Confetti had for us to choose from. Once we decided on the full coordination package, Kristen paired us with our coordinator Melanie Simpson. From the very first phone conversation with Melanie we knew we made the right choice. I had the best day ever because of Confetti Events!
My only regret was not being able to buy a higher package. We hired Claire as our day-of coordinator, and she did an outstanding job. Confetti Events was so worth the investment and the reason why I was able to enjoy my wedding day. I'm a type A personality who loves to have her hand in everything. I planned our wedding from start to finish so being able to hand it off to Claire and her team for the day-of was so freeing. She went out of her way to make me feel cared for and heard.
She and her team were constantly checking on me asking me if I needed water or a snack (because we all know how hectic the wedding day can be). She packaged all of our decor items to take home, and when I got home to look through everything, everything was in tact. She was so resourceful throughout the process––always helping me when I had questions. So grateful for Confetti Events! Future brides, please hire these ladies. They know what they're doing and are so soothing to have around on your special day.-

They made our event stunning
We had our wedding at the godfrey hotel and they came as part of our package. We were contacted before the wedding to make sure we were on track with vendors. Then Claire was there all day the day of the event. It was such a peace of mind to know that Claire was going to make the reception beautiful. They created a timeline and just ran the event like clock work. Anything we needed throughout the day she was there to help. -

Mother of Bride review
My daughter, the bride, chose this group as her planner. She specially chose Kristen Bowman as the lead planner. My daughter did not live locally, so in the few weeks immediately prior to the wedding I was often dealing with Kristen. During this time, she was always helpful , patient , friendly, responsive , timely , and very organized . Most things involving wedding planning are very stressful, but Kristen was the one person that helped REDUCE worry and stress !! She provided many lists and updated timelines and communicated with the bride and multiple vendors to get things coordinated. She was at the rehearsal working with the church staff and the large bridal party and family to plan a smooth entrance, etc. As for the wedding day, Kristen and her staff were at the hotel and the wedding venue from very early morning until well after midnight. They did not miss a single detail. This was such a big wedding that it is hard to relate the multitude of details involved . But Kristen and staff were there for everything to keep it running smoothly. This included getting many items to event venue and appropriate set up, bridal party “getting ready” with timelines for hair, makeup, photos, coordinating bridal party and guest transportation from hotel to church to reception and return to hotel, taking care of last minute changes, and coordinating with our many vendors ( I think 22!), including 2 live bands, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer.
In summary, I would highly recommend Confetti Events . Special thanks to Kristin Bowman !!

Lifesaving!!
Having Confetti Events was a life saver and totally worth it! Through my venue I got their services for a day of coordinator only, but decided to add them on as I needed some more help. Am I glad I did that!! I was partnered with Myriam and she was AMAZING!! She was so detailed and organized I felt so relieved after our first meeting! She had great ideas, vendor contacts and was always available and quick to respond. I don’t think the day of could have gone so smoothly with out her and her team!! Trishia Rush provided exceptional wedding planning services from day 1. She was flexible, organized, collected, and genuine throughout the whole year-long process. As the bride, I was under intense pressure near the end of the planning process and Trish helped to relieve a lot of the stress. As much as you may try to avoid bridezilla moments, they will sneak up on you when you least expect it, and Trishia definitely knows how to calm you down and get you back on track! Her and the team were wonderful on the day of the wedding and I just let them take the reigns! My husband and I walked away from that day happily married and with 100+ joyous guests. Forever thankful for Confetti Events!
I cannot even put into words how amazing Confetti Events was to us. I started planning my wedding as an out of town bride and the best thing I ever did was budget money for a wedding coordinator. Throughout the entire process every single person I interacted with at Confetti was a total gem - seriously, the sweetest people to work with. Claire, my coordinator, along with her intern team, went above and beyond to ensure my special day was everything (and more) that I wanted it to be. She made the process so easy and took a huge weight off my shoulders, and also made sure that everything was perfect. I can’t thank Confetti Events enough for helping me through the wedding planning process, and being so good to me. As a bride, it’s important to surround yourselves with people who genuinely care - and I can promise that the ladies at Confetti Events are the most genuine team ever.
We moved back to town 3 weeks before our wedding, so along with a move, beginning new jobs, and a wedding we were planning... #1 Thing You Should Budget For!
If you have one thing you need to budget for in your wedding budget, make sure you include a Day of Coordinator. I do not know what I would’ve done without Melanie and her team. They made the entire process completely stress free. From coordinating our vendors (including talking me through the process when our cake (donut) shop closed down 1 week before our wedding), creating a timeline, setting everything up on the day of, and breaking everything down at the end of the night. Everything, and I mean absolutely, everything was taken care of by them. I did not have to worry about one thing and that meant that my family and I could just relax and enjoy the day. I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without them and highly recommend them to any bride-to-be.-

Amazing experience
I had Megan has my wedding planner for Confetti and it was the absolute best decision I’ve made while wedding planning! I cannot say enough about how amazing she was! She was so organized, prepared, very knowledgeable and just willing to help with every idea for the wedding. She had a great team behind her on the day of the wedding which made such a difference. We had originally planned the ceremony and reception outside, but due to the weather we had to push out the timing and take the reception inside and she pulled it all off without me having to worry about anything. It honestly turned out better than I even expected even with all of the last minute changes. I’m so thankful I chose Confetti and got to work with Megan, I’m not sure how things would have turned out otherwise. -

They also carried things for us - my flowers and coat while taking pics. We had about a hundred blankets in case guests got cold, and they organized donating them after the wedding day. They were so helpful and absolutely essential to making our wedding as relaxing as possible. Thank you!! -

Where do I even begin! The Confetti girls were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. At first I was unsure why we would need to hire coordinators. After reading reviews on our venue, Hilton Clearwater Beach, I realized almost every review mentioned Confetti events so we decided it was the right decision. Melanie was who we spoke to prior to the wedding. Our call 1-2 weeks before the wedding was a complete life saver. Melanie spent an hour going over every single detail from start to finish. She brought up things I wouldn't have even thought of! I found this call to be SO SO SO helpful. The weeks leading up to the wedding are crazy and Melanie truly helped me to get it together lol.
The day of our rehearsal and wedding we also worked with Heather and 2 assistance. They were all extremely professional, helpful, and overall AMAZING! They made sure everything ran 100%. We seriously couldn`t have done it without them. Our guest raved about the "girls in black" and how they had everything under control. I cannot even put into words how much we truly appreciated them. My husband and I agreed they were worth every penny and the best thing we did! -

Worth every penny! I had a really small wedding (30 people) but I still needed help with day of coordinating. Melanie and her team made sure everything went smoothly and I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. When we started planning our wedding, we had no intentions of hiring a Day of Coordinator (DOC), however, our wedding venue encouraged us to do so and they recommended Confetti Events. Until the day of the wedding, I had no idea that hiring a DOC would be the best decision that we made for our destination wedding! Melanie was our Coordinator and she did a phenomenal job and made our wedding day stress free! From beginning to end, she was very professional, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. In our first meeting, I told her that I wanted to “attend” my wedding and that I didn’t want to hear about anything that went wrong; she made it happen. The day ran perfectly! A special thank you to Heather, who was one of the assistants at our wedding. She was professional, a ray of light, funny, and incredibly helpful to me throughout the day. I would highly recommend Confetti Events, specifically Melanie, for a DOC. I promise you that you won’t regret it. -

I cannot say enough good things about Confetti Events and Kristin. Kristin was one of the reasons my daughter's wedding was so beautiful. I was able to relax and enjoy every minute because Kristin and her team took care of every single detail. Working with the girls at confetti events was such a pleasure! They paid so much attention to detail, with my decorations and with the wedding day timeline. There was a slight mix up with the limo, that probably could have been noticed sooner however, I think that is more the limo company's fault. Melanie was an amazing coordinator, so professional and organized! Always very quick to answer my questions and gave great recommendations for every vendor I needed help with! She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! -

KRISTIN. That’s all you need to know! But honestly, Kristin is absolutely beyond incredible at her job. As a bonus, she is a lovely and fun individual. She listened to us from day one for our desire to have a unique wedding, and she was completely on board (even though it was going to take some work). We chose the full coordination package and it was worth every penny. In fact, she actually found us our “venue”, which had never even had a wedding before. She has a ton of industry experience, which helped with choosing vendors and keeping up with a timeline. We didn’t have to worry about any of that. On the day of our wedding, we have no idea what happened behind the scenes. We were able to enjoy every single moment because Kristin and her team had everything under control. Kristin and the Confetti team were easily our best and most important vendor choice, and they are the reason our wedding was AWESOME. -

Working with Melanie and the Confetti Events team was a wonderful experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! We had a partial planning package, which worked out well, especially since we were planning a Florida wedding from NY. Melanie would help recommend vendors and offer advice anywhere we needed it, and was extremely responsive and detail-oriented, thinking of things we didn't even know to think about. On the day of, we had a long day of events running from 9 AM to midnight, and Melanie and her team executed perfectly! If there were any hiccups, we never knew it, and were able to relax and enjoy the day. -
