Jamie from Confetti Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can’t imagine what I would have done without her! I hired Jamie as a day of event coordinator for my wedding, if I had to do it all over again the only thing I would do differently is to hire from day one! She is well worth EVERY cent!!!! Jamie was a wonderful eye for detail and she is one of the most organized people I have ever met.... and certainly one of the most professional! If there was a way for me to personally guarantee that you will love working with her I would do it!! She is simply amazing!!!!!!!!

I can not express how wonderful Jamie was for us. She was always there, always had the answer and if she didnt she would get back to me in no time, I do not think I would have ever been able to accomplish the turn out that we had if it wasnt for her. I would recommend to everyone that I know the importance of having Jamie for our special day, she was incredible and could have never did it with out her. At first I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend the money on a wedding planner because I thought I knew how to plan a party. And I have been involved with so many weddings where the planner was almost more of a burden than a help. After our experience with Jamie, I now know the right planner makes ALL the difference in the world. Jamie is always available, always has fabulous recommendations and leaves no detail out. This is not just her job, it's her passion.

Hiring Jamie from Confetti Events was by far the best money spent during the wedding planning process. She is phenomenal at what she does and I highly recommend her to any bride! Jamie completely listened to everything my husband and I wanted for our wedding and did everything in her power to help us achieve the perfect wedding day. Even when we had some budget cuts she was so positive and helped give us ways to work with the reduced budget that looked just as great. Jamie will work around your schedule to meet with you and answer your texts, emails, or calls with such promptness. Not only did she work wonderfully with me and my family, Jamie was extraordinary with all the vendors. I truly believe there is no way our wedding day would have been nearly as perfect if we did not have Jamie as our coordinator!

Deciding to hire a wedding coordinator was probably the best decision we made not only for our recent wedding, but for everyone involved in it. Jamie did a wonderful job taking my visions for the wedding and tailoring a personalized task list for me. She gave us the best vendor recommendations, made alternative cost-effective solutions to meet our budget needs, and provided us with unlimited amounts of recommendations, phone conversations and e-mail correspondences. The dedication she puts in each of the weddings she coordinates is inspiring, and I always felt like I could count on Jamie for anything I happened to need throughout the planning process.

The day of our wedding was simply fabulous and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are that we had Jamie and her assistants at Confetti Events there to take care of it all. We had over 200 guests and 17 different vendors and Jamie managed to have everything run smoothly throughout the wedding process. She is impeccable at what she does and was truly our eyes and ears for the day so that we were able to simply enjoy our wedding celebration. Hiring Jamie and Confetti Events was the best thing we did in the wedding planning process. I know, without a doubt, that Jamie saved us time, money and energy. She was worth every single penny and then some. Jamie went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was the day I had dreamed of since I was a little girl.

Our wedding was held in my hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida in April 2011. My husband and I live out of state in the New England region. Immediately after our engagement, I knew that I wanted to hire a wedding planner to assist in planning our long distance wedding. I had phone consultations with many, many wedding planners in the Tampa Bay area. Jamie was the clear stand-out after our initial consultation! Her energy is contagious and you could feel it through the phone. She was prepared, knowledgeable, and had numerous creative and budget-friendly ideas for implementing our vision for the wedding. I could tell she was sincere in wanting to know us and to assist in creating the wedding of our dreams. From that moment and throughout our experience, Jamie made me feel as though I was important to her and her priority. Sometimes I even forgot that she had other brides to attend to because she made me feel as though I had her undivided attention. Jaime became my fairy godmother and a trusted friend. She was there to lend a supportive ear when I was nervous or stressed, to offer alternatives during the decision making process, and most importantly, to help keep us on track in the planning process. Jamie does all of the special touches to make it a magical, stress-free day.

I had initially planned on only using Jamie as a “day-of” coordinator. Due to my hectic work schedule, however, she quickly morphed into my right-hand woman. Without Jamie, I do not know if I could have pulled off planning and hosting a long distance wedding. She helped me to narrow down potential vendors to a reasonable amount to evaluate, attended meetings with the caterer and florist, and was our liaison with several of the vendors. She was more than willing to find vendors who meet our criteria, to reach out to them, and to follow up with our questions/concerns with the vendors. She designed detailed layouts and floor plans for our garden ceremony and our art museum reception and distributed vendor timelines to each vendor to make sure they knew where to be and at what time. Jamie ran a thorough wedding rehearsal for us, and made sure that all of the bridal party, parents, and grandparents were comfortable in how the ceremony would run.

I cannot say enough about Jamie’s attention to detail and her communication skills. She responds quickly to email, usually within a few hours and at most within 24 hours. Sometimes, it is as if she sensed my bridal anxiety and responded immediately! She has never been more a call or email away, and is always ready with plenty of suggestions. You can tell that she loves her job and enjoys it - you feel her energy in every email that she sends. I never saw her become flustered - she seemed to be in every place at once on our wedding day and handling everything with grace and ease. Her crew was also polite, hardworking, and wonderful problem solvers. Everyone from Confetti Events was truly a joy to work with. We received many compliments on the day of our wedding about wedding coordination because Jamie ran the show flawlessly. I had no worries - even being a perfectionist - that the set up would be (and was) perfect because I knew Jamie wanted it to be perfect too. I trusted her completely. She made sure that my husband and I were "sheltered" from any incidents that occurred on the day of, which were minor thanks to her quick responsiveness and attentiveness to detail. Jamie was able to modify our timeline on the fly when MOH/Best Man speeches started to run over their allotted time, remind us to have a bite to eat, and manage all vendor communication and direction. She handled all situations with grace, patience, and most of all, with a smile.

While Jamie is a total sweetheart and very much respected in the wedding vendor community in the Tampa Bay area, she can be tough and fight in your corner when you need her to. For example, we had one vendor who had agreed to one thing and then she "forgot" on the day of. Jamie was able to "argue" our side and come to the solution we wanted without me having to be involved (phew). In fact, to this day, my mother still has no idea that there was an issue because Jamie was able to get it resolved. It is a true testament to Jamie’s character that she is able to maintain her sweet demeanor and professionalism while advocating on her client’s behalf.

Jamie was able to organize all of the little details that go into your wedding day and executed a truly perfect event. She exceeded all of my expectations and I will forever be grateful to her for planning the wedding of my dreams.

I cannot recommend Confetti Events enough!! I absolutely do not know what I would have done without Jamie! She is so amazing; professional, prompt, organized, detail-oriented, and so creative! It was the best/smartest money that we spent on our wedding! I did not have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding; she was always three steps ahead. We hired Jamie as our "Day Of" coordinator based off of a recommendation from some of the folks at our venue. However, based on our experience with her, I would NEVER refer to her as merely a "Day Of" coordinator.

Jamie met with us on a handful of occasions before our wedding to make sure we had everything in order. Jamie has got to be the most precise and detail-oriented person that I have ever met. We had several of our vendors, from our DJ to our Guitarist to our Officiant, comment on the level of detail she showed in the work for our wedding.

She took names and numbers for everybody, communicated to us when we had deadlines or dates or details that we needed to attend to so we could not forget, and essentially handled ALL the "behind the scenes" work for us. She put together our centerpieces, had a team on-site at our venue all day making sure the preparations were going smoothly, and kept the schedule moving before the ceremony then during the reception. She ensured all the vendors were paid up at the end of their duties, that the top tier of our wedding cake was saved, that the fish were taken out of our centerpieces and distributed at the end of the night... honestly there are just too many details to list. She did it all.

We both agree that there was virtually no day-of stress because Jamie handled everything. There is no way that we can thank her enough for all the hard work that she did, and our family has commented that for future family weddings in Tampa we intend to use Jamie as the wedding planner!

Worth their weight in gold! I primarily worked with Laurie who was on the same page with me the entire time. They were always cool and collected, tremendously organized and on top of the wedding details. Laurie was a great sounding board and provided great vendor suggestions. The creativity and idea flow was incredible and my concept was quickly transformed into a beautiful reality! I let the experts perform their magic and everything exceded my expectations. My venue looked incredible! I would highly recommend Confetti Events for any event.

I was on a budget and was able to afford the most magnificent flowers and fun details, such as: an ice sculpture, photo booth, top of the line linens, monogramed wall lighting, etc. Laurie provided the cutest menu cards, escort cards, and monogramed details. I had the best day of my life and I didn't have to think about the timeline or what was going on with the vendors ONCE on the day of my wedding. I highly recommend using Confetti Events for your special day as well. After all, every bride deserves to see their vision come to life and Confetti events made my dream come true!
