Christa was absolutely amazing helping us plan the wedding of our dreams. Without her we could not have done any this! She does it all! We came from out of state and Christa helped us with absolutely everything, from finding a catholic priest that does outdoor weddings, to beautiful flowers and arrangements and even finding us a cake vendor for our wedding reception after the ceremony. Christa is phenomenal and I highly recommend using A Central Park Wedding for your dream day! Thank you Christa!! -

This was my dream wedding. Mia (on site coordinator), Christina (photographer) and Christa (wedding planner) are truly the best. They were always so quick to respond, full of great information, and always on top of everything. My wedding was beautiful and went perfectly because of them! I could not recommend this venue more. You will not find another venue in nyc with this amazing of a team for that price! It’s the best! 5/5 for every part! -

We worked with Christa/A Central Park Wedding to plan our wedding in Central Park’s Cop Cot. We could not have chosen a better person! It’s no wonder that she is the go-to person when you look up “weddings” on the main Central Park website! She was great from the get-go, always communicating and taking care of the details: officiant, photographer, park permit, etc. She was organized and supportive, offered thoughts/suggestions when asked, went above and beyond, and was with us every step of the way! A Central Park Wedding works with a variety of vendors for officiant, photographer, videographer, violinist, hair/makeup and every single one of them was wonderful! We were so pleased! I tell any New York City bride that will listen: this is the absolute best way to get married in Central Park! This team already has the answers to any question that you could possibly have about the logistics, the timing, or any additional details that you would like to tie in with the package, and they answer kindly and quickly! Working with A Central Park Wedding made my wedding day a breeze. I had confidence that everything was taken care of and was able to go on autopilot, which is so important on your wedding day. Went Above and Beyond!
My husband and I were married in the Conservatory Garden within Central Park in April 2023. Christa from A Central Park Wedding flawlessly planned the wedding day we have always envisioned. Throughout the planning process, I was sent options of a photographer/videographer, music choices, officiant options, and was able to select the flower arrangements of my choosing all via email which greatly simplified the process and reduced the stress of planning. Christa was very responsive to any questions or concerns, and was attentive to the details. She also helped us secure our permit for the park and make sure our date would work at our desired venue. The day before the ceremony, Christa’s colleague Mia conducted our ceremony walkthrough so we knew exactly what to expect on the big day. The day of our wedding went just as we had hoped, and more! The attention to detail was excellent; from directing our guests to the ceremony area and guiding me and our wedding party to the wedding entrance to ensure my walk down the aisle was perfect. Our officiant, Peter, was wonderful in delivering a personalized ceremony that was so special to us. I could say much more, but can say we couldn’t be happier with our services from A Central Park Wedding. Thank you for everything you did to make our special day in NYC unforgettable! -

A few months ago, I came up with the idea of proposing to my girlfriend at in Central Park. Clueless as to how to effectively pull this off, this is where Christa comes in to help. And help is putting this very lightly, because without Christa, I wouldn't have been able to have given my now fiancé the engagement of her dreams.
Christa was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire process. Helping me obtain the park permit to secure the spot for the day, settling on the time, the phone calls to make sure everything was on track (and honestly keeping my head on straight), assisting in picking out the photographer....Christa helped take so much worry off my plate, I'm very grateful!!
On the day of, Christa made sure everything went smoothly to pull off the ultimate surprise. Nicole and I cannot thank you enough. Truly, thank you for making a dream come true so easy and seamless!! Christa went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. We wanted to be Married in Central Park being New York holds a special place in our hearts, as we live in Arizona. The whole experience really was perfect and brilliantly managed by Christa and Jen. We live in the UK, so took a bit of a risk booking a wedding in New York before all the COVID restrictions lifted, but we knew we wanted to get married in Central Park and Christa and Jen's service was just what we were looking for. Given our lack of local knowledge, we relied 100% on A Central Park Wedding, to help us with what we needed to do legally, as well as to organise all the additional suppliers such as photographers and an amazing cruise ship for our honeymoon!
Christa's prompt and thorough communications made it easy and wasn't impacted at all by our 5 hour time difference - I would definitely recommend them for anyone cnsidering a wedding in New York, but who lives in the UK. Once we arrived in the country, everything ran smoothly. The location was beautiful and expertly managed by Christa. All our guests had such an amazing time, as did we and we can't thank Christa and the team enough. -

I can’t say enough about Christa and Jen and and their team of partners in creating a super special and memorable wedding ceremony experience for us and our guests. From the beginning, Christa and Jen responsive to my inquiries. I was concerned with hiring a wedding planner that I would deal with mostly virtually but that didn’t stop the event from being planned well. Christa and Jen were very organized. They knew when to arrange the vendors that we asked for and provided options for us to choose from. Even as we drew closer to the wedding, they were able to accommodate several requests at the last minute that had I planned the ceremony myself, I would have had a big headache arranging. A Central Park Wedding took all the stress of planning a ceremony off my plate. I was especially surprised at the details Jen put together during our walk-through the day before the ceremony. Everything we had been communicating about for months via email was neatly outlined on paper and was executed so beautifully and seamlessly day-of, from welcoming guests with special favors to seating guests to our music selection (a harpist!My now husband and I were super excited for this). And Christina, our photographer!!!! What a gem. She was amazing and went above and beyond any expectations for photography. We really love that our wedding photos make us relive the day all over again. No scripted photos except for the ones we requested with our families. Our photos are simply spectacular and was worth the splurge for the extra time to cover our reception near Central Park. If you’re planning a wedding in Central Park, do yourself a favor and hire A Central Park Wedding. Christa, Jen and team, our families are STILL raving. Thank you for helping us solidify a special day for us and our families and friends. -

Fantastic Experience with A Central Park Wedding
We had a wonderful experience with A Central Park Wedding. I cannot recommned them enough! I was still in graduate school when planning the wedding and wanted to make the planning process as simple and easy as possible. We live in upstate NY and did all of the planning virtually and it went very smoothly.. Christa was amazing, listened to what we wanted and was very quick to respond to requests and questions. Flexible and Efficient
Christa and Jennifer from A Central Park Wedding were very flexible and efficient in helping me plan my ceremony. They work with a solid list of preferred vendors for officiants, florists, photographers and more. They secure the Central Park permit and communicate and coordinate with vendors. Due to the pandemic and evolving park rules, I had to reschedule my ceremony a few times, but Christa and Jen were very flexible and confirmed the changes with the photographer and florist. They walk through the ceremony beforehand and on the day of block off the ceremony site. Lovely and efficient experience. Go with A Central Park Wedding if you want a stress free experience and dream of getting married at Central Park. Highly recommend their services. -

Due to the pandemic, my husband and I had to reimagine what celebrating our nuptials would look like and we feel so grateful to have come across a central park wedding online and retaining their services. We were another wedding that got changed because of COVID, and then a full year and a half after our original date, Hurricane Henri decided to blow through town, right on our wedding day! So even though we didn’t get married at the Cop Cot like we originally planned, Christa came out to our back up venue, continued to help things run so smoothly, and even brought extra umbrellas! Christa was a rock star about everything. Even helping me upgrade my bouquet and having it delivered to the hotel, and picking up our Chuppah from our apartment that morning. Got everyone organized for photos, etc. All the things I didn’t even think of. If there was any recommendation to make to a bride (even for the smallest of weddings) I’d say this is the one. Don’t think twice, they will make everything go better! -

We were so happy to have found A Central Park Wedding. We were planning a small COVID wedding from CA with 6 weeks notice. We appreciated Christa's flexibly in creating a custom package to meet our needs. Christa provided amazing photographer options and the bouquet was stunning. She met with us (in the rain) the day before for a brief walkthrough which was very helpful. She and Mia made sure everything went incredibly smooth the day of, before and during the ceremony. She was great with getting our 90yo grandparents to the ceremony location as well. After the ceremony she assisted us during photos which was incredibly helpful. It was very reassuring having someone handle the little details of our wedding being so far away. All we had to do was show up! Thank you Christa! -

Intimate Ceremony...Huge Success!
My husband and I originally planned a wedding of 80+ people in Central Park's, Conservatory Garden. Once Covid hit NYC, all seemed lost. Fortunately, Christa reached out to give us some options about changing our location (it was no longer available due to park restrictions) and kept our vendors in the loop. When we finally decided to move forward with our original date, everything went smoothly, Christa scheduled a walkthrough, and we felt good about her vision for the day. On the morning of our wedding, Christa and her assistant were in touch early to assure us that everything was as it should be and met us at the park with our flowers, for pre-ceremony photos. Our family members were met at the park entrance with smiles (despite the heat) and the musicians played on cue. I can honestly say that things went better than expected. We are so glad we had Christa and her team to run interference with all of the little things, making an intimate ceremony, a huge success.

Thankful to have found Christa!
Almost 100 days later and we are still on a high from our wedding! When we first got engaged, we knew that we wanted to be centrally located so all our friends could join us. Central Park has always been a special place for us so when we started researching how to get married in the park, Christa’s website came up. I immediately contacted her and I cannot thank her enough! From just a few details that we provided, she knew exactly what we wanted and made it come to life so seamlessly. She set us up with an amazing florist, guitarist and photographer. She was responsive to all my crazy questions and provided amazing support. She was with us every step of the way, including on our special day when she gave me the coat off her back between photos and gave my hungry husband a cliff bar to hold him over until our reception. I am so thankful to her and her team! -

Wow wow wow!!! Jennifer and the entire Central Park Wedding team were PHENOMENAL to work with! My (now) husband and I planned our ceremony from across the nation (CA) and Jennifer was there every step of the way and had the greatest communication and such an easy-going personality. We never had a single worry about how anything might have turned out or any confusion. Jennifer coordinated our day perfectly and even helped calm my mom's emotions immediately before the ceremony haha. We couldn't have asked for a better team to oversee our day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And the fact that all the packages are customizable is fantastic. If you're thinking of eloping or having an intimate wedding in Central Park, you won't regret a moment. Thank You for a Flawless Proposal
From initial contact to a flawless surprise proposal, words cannot describe how excellent Jen, Christa, and the team are in helping me do my surprise proposal at the Bow Bridge in Central Park.
Initial Booking: Friendly and thoughtful. The team was quick to respond and thorough in my request of where I would propose, what's included and how it would go.
Ongoing: Steady contact keeping my wishes in priority while providing insight and positive suggestions on a strategy from, how to approach the bow bridge, the proposal and where my friends and family would hide.
Day of the Proposal: The weather threw us a curve-ball as it was cloudy and drizzling. Jen kept in touch with me via text double checking whether I wanted to proceed with the bow bridge, suggesting backup locations, as well as when the rain would stop. All the meanwhile, she was corralling my friends and family to keep them hidden. As I approached the bridge Jen made sure the bridge was empty and the photographer was nearby. Luckily the rain held as I approached the bridge and got down on bended-knee to propose. As I proposed my friends and family popped out and cheered in excitement. My finance was ecstatic, completely blown away at the execution. The photographer took some wonderful shots and made the overall experience unforgettable.
TL;DR - The thought, planning, and execution into making a true surprise proposal at the Bow Bridge in Central Park made it all worth it to go with A Central Park Wedding, Jen, Christa and their team. -

Words could not express my gratitude for Jennifer and her assistant. My (now) husband and I had Jennifer as our day-of coordinator for our May 11th wedding and she was impeccable! She is easy to contact and easy to work with - she helps relieve the stress of the wedding planning process! She made sure that anything we could have needed that day was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. Christa and Jennifer are both wonderful and easy to work with. Jennifer was our coordinator, and she did an amazing job putting us at ease throughout the entire planning phase and the day of. She allowed me to completely enjoy the moment. We were married at Bethesda Terrace, and the ceremony could not have been more perfect. I was planning on eloping, feeling too overwhelmed to plan a wedding myself. I am so thankful I found A Central Park Wedding. They were able to make my vision a reality. Guests and complete strangers have told me it was the most beautiful ceremony they've been to, and I have to agree. It was simply perfect. I cannot believe we were able to find everything we need, including permit, officiant, photographer, musicians, and flowers in such an affordable package--not to mention the invaluable service of day-of coordination. The whole morning was elegant and classy and completely stress-free! Words cannot express our gratitude! Thank you so much! If you want a wedding in Central Park, look no further. Our wedding was simply magical.

My husband and I wanted to get married in New York City and weren't sure how easy things would be planning a wedding from another state. But from our first meeting with Jen we knew that we had nothing to worry about. She made this whole experience extremely stress free, she was available whenever I had any questions and she made sure everything was exactly the way I always imagined it would be. Susan Sent on 10/02/2018Disclaimer: I freely admit I am a helicoptering, over anxious , OCD mom . Jennifer Schoenfeld with A Central Park Wedding promptly responded to my gazillion emails in the months prior to my daughters wedding. If I ever felt I had an issue or a worry she would reply" I've got this!" I can't tell you how many times my blood pressure would decrease just by reading her emails. The officiant, musician, photographer and beautician my daughter selected from A Central Park Weddings list of vendors were all top notch!The day before the wedding I found out the Global Citizen Festival would be held in Central Park ( Janet Jackson, John Legend, somebody named Cardi B - no haters please my granddaughter knew who she was- and others) The park entrances would be closed , police barricades up, traffic rerouted- yada yada. Talk about a melt down! Jennifer double checked it all and told me we were good to go and we were! She held a walk through the day before and told us all EXACTLY where we need to be, what time we needed to be there and what to do when we got there. I even will give her credit for the beautiful weather we had on wedding day!Ha! She was so personable , organized and efficient from day one. Please go to their web site and see all they offer to prospective brides. I would recommend this company without reservation!

Hi Jennifer,
You’re be pleased to know that we are still happily married after our first weeks together.
Both of us have mentioned that we couldn’t have asked for such a fantastic day and how perfect the ceremony was.
Everyone had a part, but we have you largely to thank for that.
The gift was the least we could do for everything you did (we hope it is something that we bring you a fraction of the happiness that you were able to arrange for us on our wedding day).
The Tavern On The Green was amazing and, again, we can’t thank them enough for the event they put on for us.
I would recommend them to anyone, for any event, in a heartbeat.
We were also amazed at how well the flowers and the cake looked. Please pass on our thanks to the cake makers.

We were meant to get married in Central Park but the weather had other plans- at the last minute Jen somehow managed to find a beautiful hotel that would accommodate us and even provided champagne! What could have been a nightmare turned out to be the most perfect day all because of Jens quick thinking. Having a wedding planner was the best decision we made in the wedding process. She answered all my emails promptly and helped me stay organized and relaxed during the planning process. She took care of all the paperwork for the park permit and made everything seamless. She also helped me get in touch with so many fantastic vendors. From the photographer to the officiant, I absolutely loved everyone I worked with. During the ceremony, she completely took over and helped keep my guest organized and well informed. Never once did I have to worry about a thing. Everyone was even complimenting how awesome she was! I highly recommend A Central Park Wedding for anyone who needs help with planning their ceremony but doesn’t know where to start. They will take such good care of you, I promise!

Pia Sent on 04/23/2018It's been a year now since our wedding at Central Park organised by the lovely ladies at ACPW and we still remember it like it was yesterday. Christa was initially our wedding planner, however, since she was going to be out of the country on our wedding day, her colleague, Jen, took over and was super brilliant at EVERYTHING.
Since we're from New Zealand, and we wanted an intimate wedding, we decided to choose New York and thought that since we were already traveling a fair distance, we'd get married at an iconic place like Central Park. After a minute's searching on the net, we were able to read about ACPW and thought that we'd get in touch. It didn't take long till we got a response and a relationship was established since.
As a very busy couple who was also traveling while planning a wedding (within 4 months at that, too!) on the other side of the world, having a responsive wedding coordinator was the best. It took away a lot of headaches and hassles on our part since we were comfortable with the responses that we got from all of our questions and requests. Everything was dealt with professionally, timely, and thoroughly. Even the extra stuff like contacting us when there was an immediate need to confirm and send a deposit asap to the reception venue since we had competition for that same day; OR an address to the bridal shop that was open till late the night before the wedding (we forgot the veil); OR having to run to the nearest drug store to find stockings for the flower girl since the one that was worn got soiled... ALL of that was dealt with because Jen was there for us and solving all of our last-minute problems so easily.
We can never thank these ladies enough and have recommended them to some friends who have started planning their wedding in New York, too. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't hesitate going straight to ACPW. They are simply the best!

Jen answered every question we had promptly and professionally and put our minds at ease that even in a city we had never been our wedding day was going to go as smoothly as we could have ever dreamed. Even tasks not inside the package weren't a problem...we had trouble trying to find a restaurant that suited our budget and style through google searches, we told this to Jen and sent multiple options through and didn't stop at the first email, we weren't confident on any she had sent through in the first email but she kept at it...talk about service! Once we decided on the restaurant we went to book online but there was an error so Jen so kindly offered to call and book although she ended up going by and booking it in person to ensure it would be the perfect ending to our overseas wedding with a select few family and friends. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much Jen you are amazing!

She put up a wedding for us and most importantly: from overseas! We have never met but I (Bride) had ideas in my head of how it should look like. And Jennifer managed to exceed all my dreams, help me, assist me and be there for me. Every single guest at the wedding asked about Jennifer. Not only because it was the best day of our lives but because she was happy for us. She has an incredible smile that turned the whole wedding into a million! I loved working with Jennifer no question, dream or wish was too much. She was available and pro-active! She is the one that you tell your friends about and they want to become wedding planners! Incredible! Absolutely fantastic. A wonderful smile, gorgeous inside and out and we could have not imagined a partner at this wedding! We love our wedding day and Jennifer! Fantastic! Brooke Sent on 10/27/2017Jen was so on top of every single detail - there was a 45 minute delay and I felt zero stress b/c of her calm demeanor.
She got the musicians to play specially requested music for us - including Beatles songs. Her responses were warp speed via email.
If I ever have another event (or vow renewal) in Central Park I would hire her in 1 second! Two big thumbs up.
