I others some wedding sand in two different colors. I was expecting the perfect shade of malibu blue and surprise! It was as shown as described. And the prices were awesome. I will definitely do more favor shopping here as my wedding date gets closer!

Unfortunately, orders being shipped outside of the USA (into your country) are more costly to ship as opposed to orders being shipped within the USA. I ordered a cake topper and sand for my ceremony and I received the package right away. I was very happy with the quality of the items! To put it over the top, I had a note included that said congratulations on my wedding and thank you for letting them provide my ceremony items. What a nice experience. :) Very personal. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very disappointed with my order. The basic description did not state this was a set. I ordered 2 and wound up with 4 flutes. As they are engraved, which you can barely read as it is super small, I can not return them. If you had great customer service, someone should have thought this was weird and at least contacted me. That would be great customer service.

Greetings Cathy: As we offered in our replies to your emails, we are very sorry you feel this way about our service and your purchase. We work very, very hard to provide each customer with exceptional customer service. We feel grateful to have worked with and helped thousands and thousands of customers prepare for their wedding day. Our toasting flutes are all sold as a set of 2, which is shown in each product's photo. If we sold our toasting flutes as only one, we would not pluralize the word "flute" and we would not show two toasting glasses in the product photo (because doing so would be misleading to the customer we feel). Furthermore, the detailed statement of the toasting flutes you ordered did note they were sold as a set. Because we do not engrave toasting flutes in our local warehouse (we stock all non-personalized items), your toasting flutes were engraved directly by our manufacturer. Our order processing system is automated, meaning when a customer places an order for an item that is engraved by one of our manufacturers, this order is automatically sent to the manufacturer upon placement of the order from the customer. Your order was automatically sent to the manufacturer as soon as you hit the submit button to place your order. We take customer care/service very seriously, and we feel we work very hard to help our customers the best we possibly can. To be honest, your order was not abnormal in the fact that you ordered two pairs of toasting flutes. Many customers choose to order two pairs - one to use on their wedding day and one to use as a keepsake. Or they order two pairs because they actually have the Maid of Honor and Best Man receive special toasting flutes to commemorate their wedding day. When pulling your email to us, we see you did write "They arrived in good condition and look lovely". We are very happy to read that you do, in fact, like your toasting flutes. Your daughter chose a beautiful set. We are always here to help. We may be reached via our toll-free phone line during normal business hours, via email 24/7 or via our live chat system. Should any of our customers have a question or are unsure of what they are about to purchase, we are always here to provide them with an answer. I purchased these fans for an outdoor wedding. They will help keep guests cool and will also be used as their favor to take home. I have attached ribbon and a thank you note to them. We had an issue re: color of ribbon with the pearls & the flip-flops. The vendor listened & offered to change the ribbon free. Only cost shipping. Otherwise, I would not have been able to refund. The ribbon matched & only reason it did not match in the first place is due to different vendors. The vendor cared enough to work with me. I appreciate this very much considering all the cost you have with weddings.
