The woman that started my order for everything ended up quitting in the middle of my planning everything and did not leave any contact info in case there were problems. The woman that took up in her place is named Tracey. I moved to Cali but my wedding was in AL. I ended up hearing from my bridesmaid and sister that the dresses were the wrong color. I called to correct this and was told that I would have to pay for anything else ordered even though it was their mistake. My men's tuxes also had to be altered and the shoes were the wrong sizes when we got there. In the end..she tried to double charge me for my alterations on my wedding dress but I refused until I saw my file on the computer...where I was able to point out the date I had paid and the payment I used. I will NEVER reccommend this company to ANYONE.
