Hubert and Alka immediately helped put us at ease on our wedding day. They helped create the perfect poses and were so easy to work with. They truly are the most talented photographers and have an eye for the most beautiful details. Even things I forgot to mention of importance, they captured a photo of it. Hubert and Alka were so great to work with for our wedding photos. We met them in person for the first time on our wedding day, and both felt so comfortable! They made the day flow smoothly, and it felt effortless taking pictures. We had a lot of different combinations of photos that we were hoping to get and they made sure that everything was captured and it did not feel rushed. Their attention to detail was amazing. Even our bridal party enjoyed taking pictures with them!

Hubert and Alka were amazing to work with!! They were prompt and very kind when responding to emails and answering questions. We decided not to do an engagement shoot so the first time we met them in person was the day of our wedding and they instantly made us feel very comfortable! They are so accommodating and are very good at what they do! They got phenomenal candid shots but were also great at quickly explaining to us how to pose for some perfect wedding portraits. They also knew where the lighting and shadows would be good/not so good based on the sun. It is clear they have a lot of experience in wedding photography. We got a "sneak peak" of over 40 edited photos sent to us in less than a week, which was amazing so we could quickly order personalized thank you notes. We are so so happy with our wedding photos, they came out so beautifully!! Hubert and Alka are truly so talented. They did a fantastic job, you will not regret going with HK Photography!

Hubert and Alka were amazing! Our wedding photos came out incredible and we are so obsessed with them. They did such a great job capturing our special day, we could not have asked for photographers. Besides the amazing photos, Hubert and Alka were extremely helpful with the planning process, my husband and I were from out of town and they helped us choose a location for pre-ceremony photos and build our wedding day timeline. They also recommended a videographer, who ended up being amazing too! Hubert and Alka were extremely organized, personable, and really fun to work with on our big day. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I found HK Photography while looking at tagged pictures of our wedding venue on Instagram. I was immediately blown away by the stunning photos I saw posted on their account which lead me to check out their website and email them to set up an appointment to further discuss their wedding photography services. During our first meeting with Hubert, we was kind, welcoming, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We discussed what my husband and I had envisioned for our wedding photos as well as our engagement shoot. Hubert immediately began brainstorming locations, figuring out the time line and all the important logistics of the day before we even agreed to have him and Alka shoot our wedding. We loved how invested he was in our wedding right from the moment we first sat down with him. Before we left, we knew we had found our photographers.
We first met Alka the day of our engagement shoot. Like Hubert, she was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable when it came to capturing the perfect shots. Despite feeling nervous about having our pictures taken, 5 minutes into the shoot both she and Hubert made us feel completely at ease and comfortable by chatting about our interests and joking around between shots. Alka & Hubert complement each other perfectly, they have a unique eye when it comes photography. While you are smiling at one of them behind the camera, you’ll notice the other in the background capturing another stunning angle of the same photo. This technique leads to some funny competition between them both, but leads to a breathtaking product. When we received our engagement photos we were in love! (AND STILL ARE) Looking through the pictures caused us a bit stress as the next photo better than the last, we couldn’t decide on which shot to use for our save the dates, which ultimately lead us to choosing two different save the dates to send out to our guests. Between our engagement shoot and the wedding day, we stayed connected with emails to know when the “next steps” would be. Prior to the wedding we had a phone conference with Hubert during which we went over the timeline as well as the questionnaire which was sent to us prior to our phone call to ensure all of our “must have shots” would be captured. The day of the wedding Hubert and Alka did a phenomenal job blending into the background when necessary to capture candid photos. As well as gathering all of our wedding party and family members for posed photos. Throughout the day they made sure to keep all of us on schedule while rolling with unexpected wedding day surprises that came up. Just like they eased our nerves at our engagement shoot, they did the same for all of our friends and family members. We have heard numerous compliments about them since our wedding day from many people about how kind and talented they were. By the end of our reception we felt like they were two of our friends celebrating with us that day not just photographers. Our wedding photos surpassed our expectations. We still hear about how beautiful the photos came out. HK photography’s style is modern yet classic and elegant. When you look at other photographer’s style you might notice some trends that are a little dated, but with HK when you look through any of their posts, their photos remain timeless. Thank you Alka and Hubert for everything. We are obsessed with all of our photos. Working with you was a dream and we are so lucky to have been able to have you capture our story.

The compassion and art that flows out of this fantastic duo is out of this world. We selected Hubert and Alka for our big day and could not have been happier. They both came up with unique and complimenting poses, angles, and ideas that made our photos unique. Leading up to the event, they were very easy to work with. Working with them on the day of, even easier. They are cool cats under pressure, can blend into the background for candids, and can direct an entire crowd when need be. The day of our engagement session the forecast flipped on us and was a rainy hazy mess. We had already traveled in the night before from NJ so we decided we would take our chances and make the best of it. As much blog digging I did prior to our session I had fully trusted that Hubert and Alka would create a beautiful session regardless of what mother nature handed us. AND that they did.
As soon as we got into our car we knew that the photos would be epic. We had such a good time with these two; they are an awesome duo. They took turns with shots and directed us the perfect amount.
The first sight of our blog post we were both in such awe. We already had known they would be great, and that indeed they were GREAT! They actually made it difficult for us to pick our save the date photo!
We are so happy with our decision of having Hubert and Alka with us on the biggest day of our lives.

Hubert and Alka are simply amazing! We came across HK by word of mouth and it is was hands down one of the best decisions we made. We didn’t actually meeting Hubert and Alka until the day of our wedding, yet the planning process was seamless and when we finally did it felt as if we had known them forever. They made us feel so comfortable that even our entire wedding party could not stop raving about how great they were. We had so much fun taking our photos and Hubert and Alka were able to accommodate all my photo requests in the short period of time allotted for pictures. Their work is amazing and I can promise you will be in love with your photos. I truly feel like I’m reliving all the best moments when I look back to my pictures.

I literally can not gush over Hubert and Alka enough! They are so easy to work with, flexible, accommodating, FUN! During our engagement shoot, final consultation, and our wedding we felt like we were just hanging out with our best friends! I honestly don't think my wedding day would have been as memorable or as special if they weren't a part of it. We literally sat on our honeymoon saying, 'We miss Hubert and Alka', 'When do we get to see Hubert and Alka again?' ... they are truly remarkable people to work with. And of course, are pictures came back EPIC, breathtaking, beautiful! I just can not say enough good things about them!
