Wedding Cakes in Springfield

I cannot recommend The Cupcake Courier enough! I ordered a one-tier London Fog wedding cake with delicate lace-style icing on the sides and beautiful floral décor, and it was truly perfection from start to finish. The cake was unbelievably moist, rich, and full of flavor, and the frosting was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. Beyond the taste, the presentation was stunning and elegant, exactly what I envisioned. She was incredibly kind, professional, and so communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free and enjoyable. Every detail looked and tasted absolutely stellar. If you’re looking for a baker who delivers both beauty and flavor, The Cupcake Courier is it!

She let us book her a year in advance and had the BEST cake for the BEST value. If you are getting married anywhere near springfield I definitely suggest looking up her and going for a cake tasting. Well worth it. I had a 5 tiered cake that got AMAZING reviews from my guests and paid less than $300 for it. I can't wait for my anniversary cake!

I didnt get to try any other than the initial cutting the cake, but it was very good with Oreo cookies in it. Guests said best cake ever.

Lori at Eureka Sweets is one of the most amazing cake designers EVER!! I gave her a picture of a wedding cake that was super avant-garde, which I had found online. Just the idea of paying someone a large amount of money (although her prices are crazy cheap compared to what I found across the state) and not really knowing what the design will look like until the day, is pretty scary. However, when the elevator to the reception opened and I saw the cake for the first time, I was floored with how perfectly she got it. I can't believe she got the design exactly as in the photograph and the cake tasted amazing. I HATE cake icing with a passion but the icing she used made me want to just eat it without any cake attached--it was so light and airy. I'm super impressed with everything she did and would recommend her to anyone getting married.

Rachel made our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious! We were able to get the cake we were really wanting: chocolate with a raspberry compote filling, and raspberry buttercream frosting. We received many compliments from the guests about the cake. We had some left over that we happily ate on during the honeymoon. She was also incredibly helpful when I had questions about the ingredients used. If you're looking for a delicious cake, I'd order here.

Erica "The Cake Gal" made our wedding cake as well as cupcakes for a second reception. Guests were amazed at the quality of both and the taste was amazing. I highly recommend "The Cake Gal" for any event!

Patty made the most beautiful wedding cake! It was simple but elegant exactly as we wanted. We got so many compliments on the moistness and taste of the cake! Cupcakes too!! I can't say enough about Patty! She has a special gift and is very good at what she does...she communicates well, is experienced, efficient, knowledgeable and very accessible!!! She put the finishing greenery on the cake and cake table. It was absolutely stunning! Patty and her husband make a great team! So glad I chose Patty she is the BEST!!!!!!

We ordered the assorted mini cupcakes for our wedding and let me tell you THERE NONE LEFT. The guests couldn’t get enough of them. The flavors provided we delicious and unique. I order an extra dozen so there would be leftovers and they are all gone 😂 I couldn’t be happier with what they gave us. Also they were beautiful!

Our wedding cake, grooms cake and cupcakes were amazing and perfect as ALWAYS. I became addicted to the cupcakes the day they opened up and knew without a doubt that's where I would be getting all my cakes from then on! They not only taste delicious but their appearance is always stunning and perfect! We had tons of guests asking where we got our cake and we gladly told them where to go! Thank you Stacey's Sweets for being such a huge part of our big day! ?

They were very responsive and good price. I found the shop on wedding wire. She was there for setup at the agreed upon time, and did an amazing job! The cake looked so great one of our guests touched it because he thought it was fake it was so perfect. It tasted amazing as well, we are so glad we have leftovers to eat more.
