When I say I looked at a LOT of Denver photographers... I mean 200+. We picked Carmen because her compositions are amazing and her prices are very reasonable. We recently did our engagement shoot at Red Rocks Trading Post, and it was amazing! We do not take professional photos... ever... and Carmen was so helpful in gently guiding us on how to move/pose to get photos that are candid and relaxed and fun! We are so excited so have Carmen shoot our wedding in September!

There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how amazing the Scobey’s are! Of course our pictures came out AMAZING, we are in love with them and have received so many compliments, but honestly, look at their website, their work really speaks for itself. As people/wedding vendors, they are a dream to work with. First of all, so adorable as a couple, and so genuinely caring. Prior to the wedding, they communicated just the right amount while not overwhelming us with details/questions. They also continued to communicate to us that they understood what we were looking for and what was important to us. And then, the day of the big event, they were so patient and, honestly, VERY helpful. They weren’t just the photographers, but were kind of my guide through a large part of the day while still managing to get amazing shots of everything that happened. I was A HUGE ball of nerves on my wedding day and they were a calming presence and were so patient with me. If you’re looking for the best, the Scobey’s are it.

Dayna will be the one part of your wedding that you will not need to worry or stress about. She is professional, but easy-going. She has done a lot of weddings and knows what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. Listen to her! Take her advice! She was an integral part of making our special day wonderful. She has expertise that can get the right picture, but she's also willing to try things that you like or want. We, without a doubt, couldn't have asked for a better photographer. I would highly recommend her to anyone! All of you brides in Salt Lake City are lucky to have such talent available to you!

Scott was so easy to work with. He was fun, had great ideas and was so kind. He made the photography a great experience for everyone. Scott really knows what he’s doing and bring out the happiness everyone feels in the moment. He’s a joy to work with!! I would certainly recommend him and will be working with him again!

Blake and Heather were our photographer and videographer for our wedding in October. They were both amazing and easy to work with and made us feel super comfortable. The wedding video and photos came out beautifully and they made any edits requested. I think the wedding package that we went with was a great deal and included so many things such as 10 hours on the day of the wedding, thumb drive with all the photos, an album, and a credit to order photos and much more. I couldn’t recommend them enough and hope to work with them again in the future!

Jo was professional, kind, and made us feel so comfortable on our big day. Her photos perfectly captured every special moment, and emotion, from candid shots to stunning portraits. We couldn’t be happier with how she went above and beyond and beautifully preserved our memories. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Taylor!! We were a little worried about timing and such because some locations for our engagement pictures we went to were closed due to fire safety, but Taylor was on the ball with backup locations and we still got tons (over 100) photos that we love!! She was so nice and a wonderfully spirited photographer. She cares about getting the authentic experience of the photo session. Cant wait until we can get more pictures from her!!’

We loved working with Ascent Photo and Video. Jamie went above and beyond making sure she knew how we wanted our wedding day to be captured. She sat down with us at multiple meetings, sent over questionnaires, and answered any questions we had. She is great and quick at communication, professional, kind, and funny! All of these things make such a great photographer and then add on her amazing and high quality photos! Anyone would be lucky to have her at their wedding. I highly recommend!
