Additional Questions and Answers
How do you identify your style?
---Artistic, documentary style production.

Are you a commercial studio or home-based business?
---Home-based business.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
---No. I choose not to use any extra lighting equipment because I feel it is very intrusive and takes you out of the moment you are having. I have several examples of reception type settings so you can see what it typically looks like with no extra lighting.

Do I, the bride, get to meet with you before the wedding?
---I ALWAYS encourage meeting once, twice, however many times until you are comfortable and understand what to expect on your wedding day and how the video will look afterwards.

How many videographers work for your company?
---Just me.

Do you book yourself for more than one wedding in a day? Weekend?
---I have never, and never plan on booking myself for more than one wedding in a day. I have booked more than one wedding in a weekend and I prefer to not do that in the future. I want a couple to have my full attention for their wedding.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you?
---Canon GL 1 & 2 Cameras, 2 tripods, monopod, wireless microphones for the ceremony, and lots of extra batteries and tapes.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of a malfunction?
---I always come prepared with 2 cameras and 2 sets of wireless microphones.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?
---I do require a meal break during the reception. I bring my own food and water to snack on through out the day, but I do require I get served a meal and a place to sit at the reception.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day?
---I take as many breaks as time allows. If time does not allow, then I do not take a break. It’s the wedding day for the bride and groom and I am there to capture it all.

Do you charge overtime?
---There is no set day/hour rate; however, after the first 2 hours of the reception there begins a per/hour charge. Contact for per/hour charge rates.

Do you give access to raw footage?
---I give complete access to all raw footage at no extra charge! It is YOUR day after all.

Do you reserve the right to use a video in the future for promotions, contest, etc?
---I do reserve the right to use all videos for promotional materials.

Am I involved in the editing process? If so, how much input do I have in editing?
---As far as the editing process goes, I want you to be in complete control as far as song selection goes and the overall feel for the video. Re-edits are not allowed without a fee unless I make a mistake via spelling error.

How long does it take for me to get the video?
---You will receive the video in the quickest time allowed. The range tends to be between 1-2 months during off-peak months and 2-4 months during peak months, but no time frame is 100% guaranteed.
