Michelle is absolutely amazing! From the beginning of our first meeting to discussing photo options down to the day of the wedding, Michelle made things so easy and we had so much fun taking our wedding photos. We also had her take photos at our engagement party in which we used one of those pictures for our save the dates. I truly cherish all of our beautiful wedding photos and cannot thank Michelle enough of how much of an awesome job she did. If you choose Michelle know that you are in great hands and she will capture every one of those special moments on your wedding day.

Michelle did a great job photographing our wedding. She was friendly and professional. I work in graphic design and have friends who are photographers, we agreed that she did great work. Would definitely recommend.

Michelle is such a beautiful person! I met her first when she did a photo shoot for my husband and I, that is when he surprised me and proposed, so Michelle caught it all. All the pictures were great, natural shots and captured nothing but all the emotion. So of course we used her for our wedding as well. Great work. Absolutely love her and will always call her for future photo shoots.

We wed on July 1st, 2012 in LA (cultural wedding) and Burbank (traditional American wedding). My wife is Nigerian and I am Jewish, both of us live in NYC. When we initiated the process of finding a wedding photographer, it was a daunting and unsatisfactory task. Many wedding photographers were either above our price range or were within our budget, but their blah photos didn't do anything for us. We first met Michelle via SKYPE and she was professional and kinda to the point, which we were fine with. Fast forward, we were very happy with her work ethic and the quality of her work, particularly for what we paid compared to what the competition has to offer. We also didn't have doubts with her abilities, which is one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding. Michelle responded to all of my emails, not always in a timely manner, but I was ok with that. However, if something was really important, she would make herself available. Overall given my wife's personality and mine, we highly recommend Michelle, and our families and friends, and including us, are all very happy with her professionalism and the quality of her photos.

Michelle is amazing. Her photos are beautiful, and she is very talented. She was very flexible (we didn't want a really long engagement session, so she just added an hour to our day), and her pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Can't wait to get the shots back, but the sneak peaks have proven that they will be great, and the quality of the engagement shoots. I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle for your special event.

Yay! My first review! I accidentally found Urban Shutter Bug Photography while searching for affordable wedding photography online. I adored the website, so I contacted them. Michelle was so prompt in replying to my inquiry. She even offered to speak with me on the phone that night to go over what I was looking for. She was so professional and nice. I could tell right away that she cared about doing a fabulous job for our small City Hall wedding. Other photographers I contacted acted as if it wasn't worth their time to do something so small. But, not Michelle! She was so happy for us and I knew that she'd do an amazing job.

We had the engagement photos done first and it was a wonderful experience!! She made us feel comfortable! We are usually pretty shy and were worried about finding the right photographer that we would feel comfortable being lovey-dovey in front of. But she was great and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She took so many amazing shots that we'll treasure forever.

The wedding was on August 7th, and we got all the proofs back in a week! Michelle is very artistic and took some of the best wedding photographs that I've ever seen. They rival all of the other (WAY more expensive) studios! You will not regret booking Michelle for your wedding!!! I wish I could give 10 stars in each category!!!
