2 in-person consultation meetings ( not including wedding weekend)

Vendor recommendations
Attend site tours as needed
Event timeline development
Collect items for event from client,
(pictures, guest book, seating cards, cake service set, toasting glasses, table
numbers, favors, candles, etc.)
Final vendor confirmations
Provide emergency kit for wedding party
Direct rehearsal (approx 1 hr)
Direct ceremony, processional, and recessional order
Direct vendors and oversee setup for ceremony and reception
Greet guests at ceremony and reception locations
Distribute final payments/gratuities as needed
Keep activities on schedule per timeline
