Trumps was amazing. They were immediate in responding to questions or concerns, they were extremely helpful in making suggestions about our wedding, and they were friendly and professional. I could not have been happier with them.
At one point, my mom heard someone complain that the line for the bar was too long, and she told the Trumps event coordinator. A few moments later, there were three people behind the bar, and everyone was served and happy. As a bride, I was treated like royalty: the event manager personally saw to it that my champagne glass was constantly replenished.
Everything-- the facility (we were at the Georgian and had the ceremony in one room- the Palm room-- and the reception in the Grand Ballroom) was perfect-- the food was good, the cake (we got red velvet cake) was beautiful and delicious, and I was just so happy to be there. I truly believe that Trumps made my wedding day run smoothly and perfectly. I would recommend them to any bride who is looking. (The value was very good as well: my husband and I paid for our own wedding, so we were on a bit of a budget-- Trumps was less than half the cost of many other caterers/facilities we spoke to). Definite 5 out of 5 rating!!!
