The members of Trio Classica have played together for over 20 years in the greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area, and have a wide range of musical experience. Some of the orchestras that we have performed with include the Philadelphia Opera, Philly Pops, Bay Atlantic Symphony, the Princeton Symphony and Ocean City Pops. We have performed with such notable artists as Sarah Brightman, Joni Mitchell, Diana Ross, Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra Jr., and Rod Stewart. We have performed at a variety of venues, including the Academy of Music, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Madison Square Garden, the National Cathedral in Washington and the Wachovia Center, as well as the Borgata, Harrah’s, Caesar’s and Trump Casino. We all have recording experience.

Trio Classica has played weddings at the Ballroom at the Ben, the Pen Ryn Mansion, the Art Alliance and the Bellevue, all in Philadelphia. In New Jersey we’ve played at the Mansion in Voorhees, Congress Hall in Cape May, Braddock’s in Medford, Smithville Inn, and Tavistock, just to name a few. Our repertoire spans three centuries and includes Mozart, Haydn, Vivaldi, Rachmaninoff, Gershwin, Cole Porter, Andrea Bocelli, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Bono, Queen, Eric Clapton, Josh Groban, and of course, the Beatles. But enough about us—this is really about you and your special day! You may want to be involved with every musical detail, and we will work with you either in person or via e-mail or phone. Or, as you have so many things to take care of in your wedding planning, you may prefer to give us a general idea of what musical styles you have in mind, and that’s perfectly fine too. We will be there to provide as much input as you may need. The processional and recessional music is our biggest priority, and that’s always the first thing that we will focus on in our discussions.

The trio is comprised of two violins and a cello. We are also available as a string quartet, and can accommodate other requests concerning instrumentation.
