She was incredibly calming, patient, and thorough. She answered all of my questions, walked me through every option, and made the entire process feel so easy.

Kelly helped all of my guests book their rooms and was amazingly organized with coordinating airport transfers to and from the resort. She communicated consistently with me from start to finish and ensured every detail was taken care of. The travel arrangements were truly the easiest part of my wedding thanks to her!

Kelly was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at helping my husband and I plan our destination wedding. We had no idea where to start, what we wanted included or even where we wanted to go. We just had our wedding and she followed up the whole time and made sure everything was perfect for us. Kelly helped all my guests with booking their rooms, set up their shuttle transfers, helped book flights (if needed) and just walked the process with everyone. She sent reminders about what travel documents were needed and follow ups on getting passports (a lot of our family were first time travelers out of the country, so the follow ups were greatly appreciated) I can’t say enough wonderful things. I wanted to plan a trip as a surprise for my wife and my fifth wedding anniversary. I contacted Kelly from Travelworks and she immediately started providing me options based on the questions she asked. She provided me with short summaries with great insight and knowledge for each of the resorts, making my decision so easy. She even gave me advice on which level of room to book based on my, and my wife's, individual requests/wants. We had the absolute greatest time from the second we stepped foot in the resort.
