My mom found the runner on-line and placed the order for us as a suprise - I was going to try to get away with a "use a 40% coupon on a plastic/cloth type", and I am so glad that she suprised me with the runner! It came beautifully packaged, and actually arrived a few days before we were expecting it. The quality is fabulous, and I have since loaned it out to several of my friends getting married - and they have all walked on it! (It is kind of becoming it's own tradition!) What was so great though, was the moment that my ushers came up the aisle, pulling that runner behind them, as I waited at the door in anticipation of our moment - it just totally brought everything together, and of course my peace of mind knowing that I was not going to slip and fall on a cheap piece of plastic (which I have witnessed before at another wedding - a member of the wedding party - her heel went through the plastic and she tripped) Right now, the runner is being stored away until the next bride that needs it - it is definitely worth every penny - listen to (my) mom!
