The Original Runner Company makes the World’s FIRST non-slip fabric aisle runners for weddings and special events. Unlike the typical white paper/gauze aisle runners, Original Runners are real fabric and have our exclusive non-slip foam backing to keep it flat and secure. They are available in 25 colors/prints and can be custom hand painted with a monogram, floral design or event motif. After having been featured in every major bridal magazine and television show, we have recently expanded to include custom painted ring pillows, banners, and table runners.
My aisle runner from "The Original Aisle Runner" totally made my dream aisle look complete. It was gorgeous! My mom found the runner on-line and placed the order for us as a suprise - I was going to try to get away with a "use a 40% coupon on a plastic/cloth type", and I am so glad that she suprised me with the runner! It came beautifully packaged, and actually arrived a few days before we were expecting it. The quality is fabulous, and I have since loaned it out to several of my friends getting married - and they have all walked on it! (It is kind of becoming it's own tradition!) What was so great though, was the moment that my ushers came up the aisle, pulling that runner behind them, as I waited at the door in anticipation of our moment - it just totally brought everything together, and of course my peace of mind knowing that I was not going to slip and fall on a cheap piece of plastic (which I have witnessed before at another wedding - a member of the wedding party - her heel went through the plastic and she tripped) Right now, the runner is being stored away until the next bride that needs it - it is definitely worth every penny - listen to (my) mom!

The fabric aisle runners will be cut to your specific length and we even cusotm blend all of our paints to match your swatches.
