Our Guests loved riding around Boston on Trollies! What a fun way to transport guests! We ordered 2 XL Trollies for our 50 guests to get to and from the venue and church. The drivers were super personable and they even had a chalkboard sign congratulating us after church! We highly recommend!

I was looking for a trolley last minute for my Columbus Day Weekend wedding and was very happy to hear from Beth within 24 hours of my first email to her company. She was professional, quick, and flexible to our needs. She even helped us with pricing as we did not need the trolley for more than 3 hours. I was a little hesitant never seeing the trolley or talking to Beth on the phone but cannot complain. The trolley was clean, the driver was prompt and so nice to everyone, and was great even when we had to circle the block due to some rude guests.

We had a party bus as transportation between our ceremony and dinner on our wedding day, and everything was easy! Beth Oknin was so easy to work with and provided us with a winter special. She made the contract process very straightforward, and our transportation was prompt, staff were courteous, and everything was fun.

This company was very responsive and easy to work with. The trolley arrived on time and was extremely flexible, even despite our last minute address change (we were going to do pre-wedding pictures at another address, but didn't end up having time to go there). The man who drove our trolley came in professional wedding attire and drove responsibly. He came ready to do the job and catered to our needs. I can't image that the trolley wouldn't fit into many different wedding set ups/designs. Our ceremony was at my husband's gorgeous white church and we had a beautiful outdoor reception in my in-law's backyard for 200 guests. The look of the trolley wasn't trashy, and would be good for either a conservative white indoor wedding, beautiful outdoor wedding, expensive or non-expensive wedding (although note that it does have a disco ball/some flashy lights inside, but I think you can ask to turn them off). I can't think of a wedding it wouldn't be good with! Great job all around.

The air conditioned trolley didn't work! they were 20 minutes late and wanted to leave on time! the trolley was beautiful and a decent price. The driver was professional just late.

A bit of a mixed review here, and a bit of oversight on my end. I didn't realize that AC wasn't guaranteed and I booked this trolley on a hot summer day. However, there were a few other issues with the trolley. The company was good at resolving what they could, but obviously couldn't change the weather. I'd recommend this service more for a spring, fall, or even winter wedding. They definitely do have heat on board.

Keep away from this trolley company. They provided a trolley that smelled like dead fish in the back and that was not operational. It drove our wedding party to the church and then the motor would not start. The trolley sat in front of the church after the ceremony for over 45 minutes waiting for a mechanic. They would not provide alternative transportation. We had to call 5 Ubers to transport everyone to the photo location and then call additional Ubers to transport everyone to the function location. This set our schedule back over an hour so we had to pay extra for the photographer to stay later as well as other scheduled events for the day. They also refused to give us a full refund stating "well, we did provide some transportation". Ask any bride that carefully plans their wedding - some transportation on such a big day is not good enough. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEIR TROLLEY'S ARE NOT MAINTAINED AND IT WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY.

I wish I hadn't waited so long to provide feedback for this company, My husband and I were planning our wedding from Ohio. Transportation for our bridal party was something that was overlooked and we were scrambling at the end. I was pleasantly surprised to have contacted this company to find out they had a "wedding trolley" available for that day. I should have known. On the day of the wedding I was running about 20 minutes behind- I came down to the lobby to find a second trolley pulling in to our hotel. I thought how ironic that two wedding parties booked the same company. There WAS no other wedding party- The second trolley was OUR trolley. The first one had somehow malfunctioned while in the parking lot. I'm partially thankful that I was running late and wasn't fully aware of the situation. When I entered the trolley I was highly disappointed. It smelled and looked more like what I would have pictured as their "party trolley." It was dark inside, had a disco ball and just seemed dated. I was told the "wedding trolleys" were new and therefore was expecting a newer feel and smell. The stereo/CD system didn't work so we had to entertain ourselves. We began to drive and the doors did not shut. THEY DID NOT SHUT! One of our groomsmen stood in the doorway to make sure the two young boys in our wedding didn't fall out- he LITERALLY stood in the doorway while we putted down the highway. The doors closed ONLY when a semi drove by and the pressure forcefully shut them. Thankfully it didn't decapitate the groomsman. The music finally came on at some point. The driver didn't know where we were going and began driving in the wrong direction. My brother had to stand up front and give directions from his phone. Needless to say we were running even more behind than the 20 minute delay I admittedly caused. My pictures were rushed and this was one of the things I really looked forward too. Not a happy bride/groom.
