The Grand Promenade at Pat O'Brien's is the ideal venue for your downtown reception or event!

As you enter The Grand Promenade through it's private entrance located at 113 Alamo Plaza, you're greeted by a majestic wooden staircase for you and your guests to ascend. Once in the 10,000 square foot venue, you will find the Grand Promenade is comprised of three adjoining rooms... the Main Room, the Alamo Room and the spectacular Balcony Room. (Rental of the venue includes all three spaces).
The Main Room hosts the incredible historic rock wall which gives the room it's unique character and charm, a full sized stage for any type entertainment you wish to bring in, a large dance floor and a beautiful full service bar as well as ample room for guest seating. The Alamo Room, again with ample seating for even more guests, often is where food stations are set up to serve your guests as well as large private restrooms. The Balcony Room is the creme de la creme and the room that our brides immediately fall in love with! Designed to be a cocktail area, it's set up in a lounge style complete with a private balcony accessible for your guests to enjoy and take in the beautiful views of downtown San Antonio and the famous Riverwalk. It's truly the perfect downtown venue! 

The staff at The Venues of Pat O'Brien's are our crowning jewel. We strive to offer the best service possible for our clients. Our goal is to go above and beyond... to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and their guests. One of the best and most common compliments that we receive from past customers and guests is how hospitable, professional and accommodating our staff is... everyone from the sales team, who will help you detail and plan your special event  to the event manager, wait staff and bartenders working your event who execute those final details the day of. It's important to all members of our staff to make sure your day is not only memorable but stress free!

What else makes an event? Oh, that's right...  the food! The Venues of Pat O'Brien's houses it's own private banquet kitchen as well as a team of chefs to prepare a delicious menu prefect for your event... anything from seated dinners to cocktails and horsd'oeuvres. We have several different menus to select from and price points that can accommodate any bride with any budget! Can't quite make a decision regarding your menu?
