I will be honest, I wanted to keep things simple and elope, but my in laws weren’t keen on that idea… I was NOT looking forward to planning a wedding, and it was such an overwhelming feeling, until I met Blaine and her crew at a The Fountains Ballroom!!! The pay package is affordable and includes so many things. The venue itself so gorgeous that you really don’t need any “extras” unless you want to. I had some ideas as far as champagne wall, bounce house, shimmer wall, specific center pieces, etc. and Blaine took my ideas and knocked them right out of the park! She has so many connections in the business and was able to really simplify the process and add it into ONE invoice (so much easier). She handmade our centerpieces with the help of her crew and they turned out better than I could imagine. The bridal party suites are huge and GORGEOUS for getting ready. The wedding party still talks about how much fun we had getting ready there (the guys, too). She has so many add ons available, like cold spark indoor fireworks, all sorts of decorations that she has on stock, alcohol for the bridal party getting ready, etc. The DJ and alcohol was already included in the price, so we just needed to book the caterer, cake, officiant and hotel/transportation separately. The actual wedding day ran so smoothly and the staff really helped keep things light and fun during what could be a VERY stressful time. They even helped me bustle my dress when no one else could figure it out. 🥹 I will never forget or regret having an actual wedding, and I can’t say I would say the same if it was anywhere else. Everything about this venue screams Elegance! From the beautiful waterfall backdrop of an outdoor ceremony to the beautiful spiral staircases inside, this place checked every box. The get ready suites were really spacious, the staff was great at answering questions and the DJ was amazing! They handled all the set up and tear down and the flowers were absolutely stunning! 5 Stars all around!

From the moment I said YES to the moment I said I DO Blaine was by my side making plans for the most beautiful celebration of our love!! Fountains is absolutely breathtaking in its quiet country setting. Inside, the Bride and Groom suites are very private and also very welcoming with everything a bride and groom could possibly need, and the reception area is amazing as well!! I can't say enough about this beautiful wedding venue and the wonderful staff!! They were all so very friendly and ready to help if we needed anything at all. Our Caterer, DJ, and Cake were all from in house vendors and they were all truly amazing!! Blaine, we can't thank you enough for planning our ceremony, and reception for us and being there by our side every step of the way!! It was the most beautiful day and we will cherish it forever!! Thank you Fountains Ballroom and your wonderful Staff for everything that you did to make our celebration absolutely perfect!!! I highly recommend this wonderful venue and their staff, they truly are the BEST!!!

I truly can’t recommend Blaine and The fountains ballroom for your wedding venue more! My day would never have gone as smoothly as it did without them! I said from day one that I’m not a planner and I’m truly terrible at having a vision. Blaine at Fountains was the perfect choice because they offer almost everything within the venue! Dj, bar package, catering, and design/florals! This literally saved me! I gave them a lot of creative freedom with florals and it turned out better than I could have EVER imagined. They had day of coordination and told me exactly where to be and when which was so helpful in the height of all my nerves! Not to mention, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and provides so many good photo ops! They definitely went above and beyond for us in MANY different ways and we are forever grateful for everything they did!

The Fountains Ballroom is the best place to have a wedding in the Omaha/CB metro area hands down! The views, the staff, the options, they make sure you’re taken care of and don’t miss anything! Blaine is amazing at what she does- and is always up to date with the latest wedding trends and can help you make your vision come to life!

The Fountains Ballroom absolutely made our wedding day the most special and memorable day I could have asked for! Blaine and her team handled everything from our florals, to centerpieces, decor & so much more! I had a vision for our day and was sending Blaine pictures of my dream bouquet/centerpieces, etc. and she knocked it completely out of the park!! Not to mention we had day of coordinators that were able to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. Absolutely the full package and the most gorgeous venue on top of all of it! The second we stepped foot in the venue for the first time we knew that’s where we had to get married. The scenery speaks for itself, it’s close to Omaha/Council Bluffs so location was perfect, and it was easy to add/take things away from our wedding package leading up to the day! Overall 12/10, you absolutely will not be disappointed booking with Blaine and the girls at the Fountains!

The Fountains Ballroom was our absolute dream wedding venue! Blaine and Macy were so amazing to work with, they did everything they could to make our day beyond perfect and run smoothly. Not only was the venue gorgeous and the girls were amazing to work with but one of our favorite parts was that they have everything there. The flowers, the decorations, and the DJ (who is a blast btw-definitely would recommend getting Brandon as part of your package). We will forever recommend The Fountains to everyone!

Blaine and Macy made our wedding day nothing less than perfect! I’d recommend The Fountains Ballroom to anyone. Our day was easy going and stress free! The venue is beautiful, the communication and organization were outstanding, and everything was tailored towards my husband and I! Amazing venue and amazing team!

Blaine was so incredible to work with and she helped bring our wedding vision to life. She is very communicative/responsive, flexible and patient with our millions of questions and requests we had :) Macy, our wedding day coordinator was also incredible and helped everything run so smoothly on our wedding day. Every aspect of the venue is gorgeous - from the bridal and groomsmen suites, the ceremony site and the reception area. We got so many compliments from our guests regarding how incredible the venue was! We cannot recommend The Fountains Ballroom enough as your wedding venue!
