Conveniently located just three minutes from I-80, The Steppe Center has flexible space with multiple rooms that can be tailored to fit your colors, theme, and personality. Facilities and Capacity

The Steppe Center is a versatile event location that can accommodate up to 400 guests. It features a comfortable mezzanine area, as well as mirrored walls in some rooms for your enjoyment. Their largest space, The Birmingham, boasts almost 6,000 square feet of space and includes adjustable lighting to help set the tone and atmosphere for your special day. The Steppe Center also features four smaller spaces, each over 500 square feet with brightly colored walls that are festive and fun. Their fifth space is The Ghent, which has a neutral decor, 26-foot-high ceilings, and 1,000 square feet of space that can easily match the look and feel of The Birmingham. The Steppe Center also has a functional bridal suite, as well as extra rooms for your wedding party,and a service kitchen.

Services Offered

The Steppe Center space features a flatscreen TV in the lobby to project your event images for you and your guests to enjoy. They also provide tables and chairs, a dance area and space for a DJ or band, and a head table, as well as a sound system, WiFi access, and adjustable lighting for ambiance. Reception setup and cleanup are provided, and the wedding party is free to use the refrigerator, sinks, and counter space in the service kitchen. The property has a handicap-accessible elevator and ample parking, and also provides free shuttle service to the nearby Hampton Inn for overnight guests. Security can also be provided for an additional fee.

Other Services

Bar service is flexible and can be provided as consumption-based, à la carte, or as cash bar. The Steppe Center offers domestic beers; red, white, and rosé house wines; and Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and coffee, as well as bar setup. Outside caterers are welcome and must provide linens, glassware, and silverware, as well their own serving staff.
