The Historic Livestock Exchange building is located just off of Kennedy Freeway and L Street. The building has two elegant ballrooms on tenth floor. The South Ballroom can accommodate about 150 up to 250 guests and has an inside balcony perfect to toss the bouquet over with tall ceilings, ornate crown molding and surrounding the entire ballroom floor. The North Ballroom can accommodate 250 up to 375 guests and has the original wood floors covering the entire floor space. The built-in stage is perfect to host a DJ or band and the built-in bar to the east end of the ballroom is great conversation area. The evening glow from all the windows provides a perfect evening glow. The building has plenty of onsite parking as well.
