I will be honest, I wanted to keep things simple and elope, but my in laws weren’t keen on that idea… I was NOT looking forward to planning a wedding, and it was such an overwhelming feeling, until I met Blaine and her crew at a The Fountains Ballroom!!! The pay package is affordable and includes so many things. The venue itself so gorgeous that you really don’t need any “extras” unless you want to. I had some ideas as far as champagne wall, bounce house, shimmer wall, specific center pieces, etc. and Blaine took my ideas and knocked them right out of the park! She has so many connections in the business and was able to really simplify the process and add it into ONE invoice (so much easier). She handmade our centerpieces with the help of her crew and they turned out better than I could imagine. The bridal party suites are huge and GORGEOUS for getting ready. The wedding party still talks about how much fun we had getting ready there (the guys, too). She has so many add ons available, like cold spark indoor fireworks, all sorts of decorations that she has on stock, alcohol for the bridal party getting ready, etc. The DJ and alcohol was already included in the price, so we just needed to book the caterer, cake, officiant and hotel/transportation separately. The actual wedding day ran so smoothly and the staff really helped keep things light and fun during what could be a VERY stressful time. They even helped me bustle my dress when no one else could figure it out. 🥹 I will never forget or regret having an actual wedding, and I can’t say I would say the same if it was anywhere else. Gorgeous Venue and Great Staff
Everything about this venue screams Elegance! From the beautiful waterfall backdrop of an outdoor ceremony to the beautiful spiral staircases inside, this place checked every box. The get ready suites were really spacious, the staff was great at answering questions and the DJ was amazing! They handled all the set up and tear down and the flowers were absolutely stunning! 5 Stars all around!

Truly the BEST!
From the moment I said YES to the moment I said I DO Blaine was by my side making plans for the most beautiful celebration of our love!! Fountains is absolutely breathtaking in its quiet country setting. Inside, the Bride and Groom suites are very private and also very welcoming with everything a bride and groom could possibly need, and the reception area is amazing as well!! I can't say enough about this beautiful wedding venue and the wonderful staff!! They were all so very friendly and ready to help if we needed anything at all. Our Caterer, DJ, and Cake were all from in house vendors and they were all truly amazing!! Blaine, we can't thank you enough for planning our ceremony, and reception for us and being there by our side every step of the way!! It was the most beautiful day and we will cherish it forever!! Thank you Fountains Ballroom and your wonderful Staff for everything that you did to make our celebration absolutely perfect!!! The fountains ballroom venue
I truly can’t recommend Blaine and The fountains ballroom for your wedding venue more! My day would never have gone as smoothly as it did without them! I said from day one that I’m not a planner and I’m truly terrible at having a vision. Blaine at Fountains was the perfect choice because they offer almost everything within the venue! Dj, bar package, catering, and design/florals! This literally saved me! I gave them a lot of creative freedom with florals and it turned out better than I could have EVER imagined. They had day of coordination and told me exactly where to be and when which was so helpful in the height of all my nerves! Not to mention, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and provides so many good photo ops! They definitely went above and beyond for us in MANY different ways and we are forever grateful for everything they did!

A dream venue!
The Fountains Ballroom absolutely made our wedding day the most special and memorable day I could have asked for! Blaine and her team handled everything from our florals, to centerpieces, decor & so much more! I had a vision for our day and was sending Blaine pictures of my dream bouquet/centerpieces, etc. and she knocked it completely out of the park!! Not to mention we had day of coordinators that were able to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. Absolutely the full package and the most gorgeous venue on top of all of it! The second we stepped foot in the venue for the first time we knew that’s where we had to get married. The scenery speaks for itself, it’s close to Omaha/Council Bluffs so location was perfect, and it was easy to add/take things away from our wedding package leading up to the day! Overall 12/10, you absolutely will not be disappointed booking with Blaine and the girls at the Fountains!

Our wedding venue experience
The Fountains Ballroom was our absolute dream wedding venue! Blaine and Macy were so amazing to work with, they did everything they could to make our day beyond perfect and run smoothly. Not only was the venue gorgeous and the girls were amazing to work with but one of our favorite parts was that they have everything there. The flowers, the decorations, and the DJ (who is a blast btw-definitely would recommend getting Brandon as part of your package). We will forever recommend The Fountains to everyone!

Best wedding venue in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area!
If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue close to the Omaha/Council Bluffs area, this is it! We fell in love with the Fountains Ballroom from the minute we toured the venue. Blaine was so incredible to work with and she helped bring our wedding vision to life. She is very communicative/responsive, flexible and patient with our millions of questions and requests we had :) Macy, our wedding day coordinator was also incredible and helped everything run so smoothly on our wedding day. Every aspect of the venue is gorgeous - from the bridal and groomsmen suites, the ceremony site and the reception area. We got so many compliments from our guests regarding how incredible the venue was! We cannot recommend The Fountains Ballroom enough as your wedding venue!

Having our wedding day at the Fountains was the best decision we have ever made. They took care of everything for us and did incredible. A true dream come true
Blaine and her entire staff truly helped make my daughter and son-in-law's wedding day a DREAM COME TRUE!! From the very first meeting until even after the wedding, they were always happy to answer any questions, offer advise, help keep us calm the day of the wedding, and just so very helpful and kind! We brought in a few personal items (pictures, signs, etc) but left the rest up to Blaine and the girls and it was seamless! The venue is SO BEAUTIFUL inside and out and if I could give them 100 stars, I would! Thank you all SO VERY MUCH!

An absolute DREAM
We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at The Fountains Ballroom! They helped make our wedding an absolute DREAM come true!!! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, but it’s the people who made it all possible and so easy. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were available to answer any questions, bounce ideas off of, and made it essentially stress free. I utilized their in-house floral & design as well which I would HIGHLY recommend! All I had to do was show them my Pinterest board, talk about budget, and they made it come to life :) not to mention that they set it all up and took it down themselves so you’re not scrambling to get it done or having to stay late to clean up! I felt like I could truly just enjoy my day and soak it all in without having to worry about the details; they took care of it all. My family and I will talk about this day forever and how fun/beautiful it was, thanks to The Fountains 🤍 I had the best experience and can’t say thank you enough!! The BEST Around
The entire team at The Fountains were AMAZING!! Hands down our wedding was perfect because of them! Blaine, Madison and Maryssa have a keen eye for detail and made everything absolutely perfect! I loved having them there to answer questions and keep the stress from both my husband and I on the day of as well as long the way. When we had questions on hiring other vendors or needed support along the way, Blaine was honest, open and always willing to help. As a December bride, she reassured all my fears and kept me as calm as possible along the way. They were very accommodating for all of our needs and we could not Thank them enough! A Dream Come True
An absolute DREAM!! My husband and I just got married at Fountains last month and we could not have loved it more. From the beginning of the process to the end - we were listened to, communicated with, catered to, and felt all the love. Blaine and her team are INCREDIBLE! Amazing Wedding Venue
Best wedding venue! We had our wedding at The Fountains this past May and it was perfect! We changed our wedding venue 6 months before our wedding date and couldn't have made a better decision than to book with The Fountains Ballroom! Blaine was so dependable and helpful in every aspect of our planning; from design, to florals, to a caterer, she was amazing! She has a keen eye for detail, is well-organized, and helped us every step of the way. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and our guests couldn't stop talking about what a beautiful venue The Fountains was. Some of our family also rented the air b and b that is on site and it was perfect for them to be so close to the venue! It was very spacious and our family loved it! The venue is very clean, and the outdoor ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous! The bridal and groom suites were the icing on the cake! They are beautiful, classy and were very spacious for all of us to get ready in the morning of our wedding! Our wedding weekend was perfect and all thanks to the staff at The Fountains!

Venue: Fountains Ballroom: Ceremony & Reception- If you want your Pinterest wedding that you have been dreaming about since you were little – this is the place. The Fountains Ballroom is grand, magical and so elegant. It was able to accommodate our larger wedding guest list. All of the hard work that has gone into updating the venue shows and it is a must see for all looking at getting married soon.
Wedding Coordinator, Florist, Decorator, Therapist: Blaine Muhle – Where do I start! Blaine is beyond amazing at what she does. She is so talented at taking an image and making it come alive. All she asked was for a few Pinterest photos to create all our floral for the wedding. She takes into account all the small details you ask for and goes above and beyond what we asked for. Her creative mind and unique abilities will make your dream wedding come true. She is caring and will even drink a glass of wine with you to calm all your wedding nerves. Her professionalism from the very beginning of booking with the Fountains Ballroom to the day of the wedding is going to take her far in this career. Known this girl since preschool and her talent will blow me away forever on how talented she is! You will not regret going with the Fountains Ballroom just to have Blaine being there right by your side the entire time!

I had to change my wedding venue 10 days before the date and Blaine from The Fountains Ballroom was so accommodating. The outside area for the ceremony was beautiful with plenty of greenery for photographs. The indoor reception was just as nice. The bride and groom suites were large and the aesthetic was perfect for the getting ready photographs. The workers made sure that everything was perfect.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful The Fountains Ballroom was at making our day absolutely MAGICAL! First, Blaine, our day wouldn't went off with a bang without her being there every step of the way! She is the most kind, talented, and caring person ever, and went above and beyond to make everything a dream come true! Her creative mind, and unique ideas brought our dreams to life. She is truly meant for this profession, and most importantly she makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door and every step of the way. Second, the venue was perfect. All of the new amazing updates that have been made since the new ownership, make it absolutely beautiful for any style of wedding! The bridal & groom suites are gorgeous, along with that beautiful staircase! The outside venue is a perfect setting, and very well taken care of. Third, we hired our amazing DJ, Brandon, through the Fountains Ballroom, and he is the best of the best! He is super personable, outgoing, easy to talk to, and so much fun! He made our guests so comfortable, and made the night flow tremendously! All in all, the day was amazing thanks to the amazing staff at The Fountains Ballroom! You can check everything off your list by choosing this incredible venue. I would recommend them again and again for your special day!

What can I say about th Fountains Ballroom? This place if gorgeous. The vaulted ceilings, the stunning views, and the beautiful on site Bride's and Groom's suites all make this place a fantastic place to get married. When we decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception at The Fountains Ballroom I could not have imagined how amazing the experience was going to be. Working with Blaine could not have been any better! We were suppose to get married June 6 of this year but with COVID those plans had to change. Blaine was AMAZING with having to reschedule everything. She made the planning process so was for us we did not have to worry about anything!!! Our August wedding at the Fountains Ballroom was amazing and unforgettable! We cannot help but smile every time we think about our special day. The Fountains Ballroom amenities are outstanding and impressive. Having the ceremony, reception and dance all in one place was very convenient for the wedding party/guests. We selected Elegant Edge Events for our catering and could not have been more pleased. The food served was hot and delicious, service was efficient, staff was welcoming, and the pricing was reasonable. We received a great deal of positive feedback on the food at our wedding as well as from family/friends after. Mad Ox Bakery made our cake and created our fun donut stand—so amazing and delicious. Again, well-received by guests. Dezirae was our photographer and we could not be happier by her generosity, patience and photography talents. Dezirae captured our wedding day beautifully and made the process fun! Taylor Burkum was our entertaining and wonderful DJ. The music he played for our ceremony was great, facilitated the reception efficiently and was on-point with the music. The dance floor was never empty, and our family/friends had a blast dancing. We highly recommend Taylor for any event. Lastly, we cannot forget our wedding coordinator, Blaine Muhle. Hands down, so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. It’s obvious Blaine has a passion for her work. She is very talented, kind, patient, flexible, and was very responsive. Blaine helped us coordinate the order of events, select the décor that fit our style and made sure every detail was covered. There was very little stress on our end. We are grateful.
Overall, we are 100% happy with our decision to celebrate our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom and highly recommend anyone considering it!

What an amazing experience we had at Fountains Ballroom! From the very first minute, Blaine made us feel welcome and we instantly knew we could trust her with such a special day! Her attention to detail and her ability to handle even the minor questions made us feel special! We could not be happier that our son and his beautiful wife's entire day went off without a hitch. The DJ, the food, the decor, the beauty of an outdoor ceremony, the way the venue looked for dinner . . . every detail was perfect! I recently got married at The Fountains Ballroom in September. I have nothing but good things to say about this venue. Everything looked beautiful and was beyond what I expected. We had both our ceremony and reception at the Fountains. We had several meetings throughout the wedding planning process with Blaine to discuss timeline, floral, and details. I went with Memrical for my decor and floral. Blaine is extremely talented at what she does, as she absolutely killed it with my floral and decor! She was very pleasant to work with. Blaine was also my wedding day of coordinator who kept things running smoothly. She made my wedding day dream a reality! I would highly recommend getting married at this stunning venue!

I loved working with Blaine throughout the entire wedding planning process! She is amazing and so fun. I was immediately sold on The Fountains Ballroom, because 1. It is a beautiful venue 2. You give them an idea of what you imagine your wedding to look like and they will take it from there, doing all of the decorating and preparing! 3. They hold open houses which makes it simple to decide on other vendors such as catering, wedding cakes, etc. 4. They were super organized and made the entire wedding day go smoothly. All I had to do was show up and enjoy one of the best days of my life.

The Fountains was so great to work with! They take care of it all and the setting is more than beautiful, both inside and outside. The staff was amazing and I could not have had such a beautiful and memorable day with all the staff and the beautiful setting. This was such a stress free day knowing that everything was handled, I the bride was the one keeping my mother calm! I can not say enough good things about the Fountains and Memrical. The flowers were beyond gorgeous and my bouquet was exactly what I pictured. The center pieces were beautiful and simple all the same time and just all around classic and beautiful. It was everything that I could have dreamed up!

Our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom was the wedding of our dreams!! The venue is beautiful, inside and out. It’s private, classic, elegant and provides the perfect outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception hall. If you’re looking for a wedding venue in the area, VISIT IT!! The minute we did, we fell in love. Our guests all thought it was beautiful and loved it. There are tons of spots to take photos which was important to us. Blaine was flexible and helpful throughout the whole process helping make all my visions and ideas for the day happen. The venue allows you to book everything through them or bring in your own vendors which I think is a fantastic option for people who don’t want to have to do a lot of research/choosing and also perfect for those who do!! Also, the Airbnb on the property is a PERFECT house for family or wedding party to all stay together. Our photographer was booked through the venue and Tammy did a wonderful job our pictures are more beautiful than I could’ve ever hoped for! Overall, would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing experience!!
Amazing!! The best thing we decided to do was book with the fountains ballroom! They made out fairytale wedding a reality. Blaine was amazing and so organized in meetings. Our day of coordinator Bethany was outstanding the whole entire day. Our DJ Taylor and our photographer Tammy were also so easy to work with and everything turned out perfect! Hands down the best wedding venue! I couldnt have asked for a better day! everything literally was perfect from start to end. The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood made wedding planning as simple as possible. Through offering a planner, a DJ, a photographer, and a list of caters, it truly takes away all the stress of planning a wedding. Blaine was absolutely a blast to plan our entire wedding with it; she truly is a gods sent! Tammy Mueke is the sweetest and hardest working photographer that we could have ever asked for. Brandon the DJ made the whole night run smoothly And made the reception one of the most fun receptions ever. Memrical designers made our entire day absolutely perfect with the floral and reception design. Our center pieces and my bridal bouquet was stunning. From the beginning to the end, the Fountains Ballroom made my husband and I’s vision come true and gave us the best day ever. Thank you!!

We decided to do our ceremony and reception at The Fountains Ballroom for many different reasons. 1. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The ballroom was so elegant and grand, and the site itself was breathtaking. We ended up spending less money on Flowers and decorations because the venue didn't need much and was beautiful on its own! 2. I loved the fact that it was a one stop shop. It was a huge relief to be able to come and get ready the day of, and not worry about having to delegate friends or family to set up the decor, flowers, tables, linens, china, DJ, and ceremony space. I showed a few Pinterest images of my vision to Blaine, and she and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. 3. I wanted just one space where my bridal party and I could get ready at, do the ceremony, and have the reception at. The Fountains Ballroom was by far the best option.
Although it was a little bit of a drive to the nearest hotel, we made it work by renting a bus to shuttle almost all our guests back to the hotel. We ended up fitting 80+ people on that bus and continued the party at the casinos!
I can't thank Blaine and her staff enough on making our wedding planning process as seamless as possible. I truly cannot imagine doing it any other way. It was the wedding of my dreams, and I couldn't have been happier.

Fountains ballroom was the perfect wedding venue! I knew I wanted to get married there the second I walked in the door. A few months after we decided to get married at fountains, my husbands company decided to move us to Denver. I immediately began to panic because I just didn’t see how we could plan my dream wedding being in a different state. Luckily enough Blaine was AMAZING! She reassured me everything was going to fine and it was. Blaine is extremely accessible through email, phone and text. She even kept in touch with my aunt who was our florist for the wedding. The package deal at fountains allowed my husband and I to have our dream wedding while staying on a strict budget. We couldn’t be happier with the day, everything ran smooth thanks to Blaine and our day of coordinator.

Blaine did an INCREDIBLE job with our wedding at The Fountains. We were quite particular in the sense that we wanted an above normal amount of flowers, we didn't want anyone to have to wait in line for a drink, and we were concerned about having enough shade. First of all - the flowers that she designed were out of this world. My photographer captured a picture of when I first saw my bouquet and it was priceless. We were very happy with the setup of both bars. Blaine set up a tent that was placed perfectly just outside of the venue and decorated it in a way that didn't make it feel "tent-like". She was well-known by all of the vendors that we were working with and that made the day-of coordinating super simple. She is super friendly, accommodating and a very hard worker. It was phenomenal to see her in action the day of the wedding. Many many thanks for all of your hard work to make a perfect day for us Blaine Muhle!

I just got married here a month ago and am still ranting and raving about the day! Having my wedding at the Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood, IA was the perfect spot for my dream wedding. I worked with Blain as my wedding coordinator. She was so great to work with and accomodating. She made planning easy and fun. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the day went perfectly as planned. We also used the photographer and DJ they recommended as well as their caterers and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! This venue was absolutely gorgeous!! I can’t say enough about this venue, it was perfect! Blaine was the coordinator from day one and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. She was great to work with! Katie the day of coordinator made sure the entire day went smooth and it did go smooth. There was never any issues the entire day. Tammy was the photographer and she was amazing to work with. She made sure everything got done and all the pictures we wanted were taken. I can’t wait to see the final pictures, I have seen some so far and I am so extremely happy about them! Brandon the DJ was so fun and accommodating. He made sure everyone was having fun the whole time. He made sure our wedding party had full drinks at all times. The venue also did the decor and flowers and oh my it was all gorgeous. Let me just say WOW! Seriously WOW. The venue was gorgeous. The planning was easy, they took care of all the details. They provided everything but the cake and caterer. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, more than I ever could have expected. We rented decor pieces from them and the tables were so elegant. All I had to do the day of the wedding was put my dress on and relax. They did it all. Everyone involved, Blaine, Katie, Tammy and Brandon worked together so smoothly. On 10/07/17, I was married at The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood, IA. Blaine and Bethany did an amazing job from beginning to end. During meetings they always took note and kept my input as a top priority. Playing into my Pinterest board and texted pictures, they made the dream decor. Memrical did AMAZING with the flowers, bouquets, and boutinerres. It was exactly how I pictured it.
We had Brandon as our DJ. He was perfect for our type of style, and was willing to try something very different with us! (Dollar Dash!) Very laid back, very attentive, and kept the floor full of dancers all night! He even brought us drinks, and tended to any needs we had. Beyond what I could have asked for.
Thank you to all involved with our special day. Forever will be remembered as the best day of my life :)

The venue was pretty amazing. It was quiet, peaceful, and secluded. Our wedding was great and a big part of that was the elegant setting that Blaine and Bethany put together. Bethany was rock solid the day of. She took everything in stride and easily dealt with issues as they arose. The bridal and groom suite were also very clutch for being able to get away for minute to chill and watch the game. I loved it. I wouldn't have changed a thing about how it went. It was perfect.

This was the best day of our lives and so much of it was because of the fabulous work of the staff with The Fountains Ballroom. We worked with Blaine for the months leading up to the wedding and she was great answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. Everything was so much easier as things were laid out so simply for us. Blaine helped us to pick the package that would work best for our wedding and made great suggestions! On the day of our wedding, we worked with Bethany who was also amazing in keeping everything going smoothly. We had to move our ceremony inside on the day because of rain and it was very smooth and easy to do with the help of the Fountains Ballroom staff. Our bartenders and security guard were so very helpful, personable, and fun! Bethany was amazing help in all aspects of the day. She helped with decorations, flowers, the ceremony, and dinner. She helped me, as a bride, to stay calm and feel totally cared for. We could not have asked for a more perfect day or a more perfect venue. Everything was fantastic and beautiful!

First and foremost, this wedding day turned out absolutely amazing!! This place did so well with everything that I didn’t have to worry nor did my now wife!! Blaine the wedding coordinator set it all up! Katie was such an awesome host!! The rooms for the bridesmaids and groomsman were so spacious, the set up was phenomenal, and the customer service was great!! The food (from Katy’s catering) was yummy, the photographer (Tammy) was fun and awesome, and the DJ (Brandon) was off the charts!! Man the DJ was one of the best around town! He played great music and interacted with the wedding party and guests! I am so glad we chose this venue because it turned out like a dream!! The money was well worth it!! My husband and I got married at The Fountains Ballroom on October 6th of this year and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We are both active duty military living apart from each other and across the country from the location of our wedding. I was worried this distance was going to make it difficult to plan everything, but I couldn't be more wrong! Blaine did an amazing job answering all of my calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. She also helped keep me on track with planning through the whole process. Brandon was our DJ and I can't even begin to explain how great he was for us! I had so many compliments about how friendly he was to everyone at the wedding and he did an awesome job getting everyone on the dance floor for a great time. Tammy was our photographer and I loved how calm she was throughout the whole process; it was evident that she knew what she was doing and we can't wait to see the pictures! We had originally planned to have an outdoor ceremony, but Midwest weather had other plans in store and it unfortunately rained all day. The week leading up to the wedding I could see this in the forecast and I was really bummed and felt that my wedding wasn't going to be everything I had imagined. Everyone working at The Fountains Ballroom made sure that this wasn't the case though and the wedding was even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I would highly recommend this venue!

I can't even begin to express how happy I am with The Fountains Ballroom!! It's was the best decision I could've made and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a venue. Magical, romantic and beautiful are just a few words that come to mind when I think of my wedding! I seriously loved everything about my wedding and can't stop smiling when I think of my special day!
Blaine was easy and very pleasant to work with. Whenever I had a question Blaine would respond within hours which makes it great for brides. I also used their floral and design services through Memrical and they both were amazing!! Blaine and Bethany did an amazing job with my flowers!!! I couldn't have been happier with the flowers, they were everything I wanted and more!! Another on of my favorite parts about The Fountains Ballroom was how stress free they made my wedding experience! They put up all the beautiful decorations and put together all the flowers, they told my photo booth, food services, my cake, and the DJ where to set up so that I didn't have to do anything on my wedding day but relax and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience! Our daughter and son in law chose this venue for their March wedding because they originally wanted an outdoor ceremony yet an indoor option if the weather didn't cooperate. After looking at many in the area, they kept coming back to the Fountains. From the first meeting with Blaine to the moment we left the venue that night, everything was wonderful! She was nice to work with, answered the many questions we had in a timely manner and encouraged Julie and Alec as they planned. On the day of, they decorated just as we had discussed, let we moms of the kids relax and enjoy the celebration. Our photographer, Tammy, was incredible for us b/c we had many large family pictures with many children. The bridal party was also large, with young children and she was patient and very accommodating. The DJ Brandon was amazing with the reception afterwards and seemed to work closely with Tammy to help her capture the images we requested. One thing we liked about this venue is that they let us bring in our own caterer for a very low fee. This was important to us plus, they allowed chairs in rows for the ceremony indoors and then efficiently moved them into seating for the meal. We appreciated their adaptability. This venue is also close to the Omaha airport, many options for lodging and sight-seeing for guests while still offering a country like atmosphere. I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking for a touch of elegance and beauty for their special day.

We just had our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom last weekend. I could not speak any more highly of this team because everything was ABSOLUTELY perfect! Throughout the entire planning process, Blaine made everything so easy. There were multiple times I contacted her saying I forgot about this or that, and she got back to me in a very timely manner saying "No worries, it's taken care of." When the big day came, our wedding coordinator was Bethany, and she was AMAZING! Leading up to the day, I had texted her with questions and she got back to me quickly to answer them. She did an amazing job getting things put together and made everything look perfect. Additionally, she kept everything moving smoothly, which was a major stress relief. This venue is absolutely beautiful, and I had dreamed of having this venue for my own wedding since the first time I visited over 7 years ago. Although the price of this venue is a little more than others, my mom and I truly believe it was worth every penny, as we didn't have to find and put together a single thing (other than any extras we wanted -- like our guestbook and memorial table). Our wedding was perfect, and I couldn't have imagined having it anywhere else!

I absolutely love the venue! It is so beautiful and can easily be transformed into the wedding of your dreams. You can easily have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception or both indoor which is nice in case of the weather you have a plan B. From the day that my now husband showed me pictures of Fountains Ballroom and said "How about here?", I've been in awe. The ballroom is absolutely stunning and is surrounded by natures's most beautiful scenes. This place is visually everything I wanted for my wedding! When we contacted them, our messages were almost immediately answered by Katie, our wedding designer. Katie is also absolutely amazing! She took what little ideas we gave her, and ran with them, turning them into everything we wanted. We honestly could NOT have asked for anything more! Katie went above and beyond! She made sure that all of our plans were exactly what we wanted, and assured me that everything would be great when I started to have meltdowns. The day of, she continued to amaze us. She was on top of everything that was going on and made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. She bounced back and fourth between my bridal suite (STUNNING :) ) and the guys' suite making sure everyone was doing well. Katie also made our flower arrangements. I'm not the type to get emotional over flowers, but Katie created something so beautiful for my bridesmaids and me....that I became a blubbering mess! There are no words for it. But I had my bouquet preserved! :) It's still absolutely beautiful! Our photographer, Tammy Muecke, was also through Fountains Ballroom. She did our engagement session as well as our photography for the day of our wedding. We were blown away by our engagement session, so we could only imagine what our wedding pictures would be like. Again, she blew us away! And was super easy to work with when it came to us wanting to take pictures literally almost everyone! Our DJ was Brandon, who is by far the best DJ both of us have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He was super awesome to work with and gave suggestions when we were stumped based on what kind of music we normally listen to. Brandon was so on top of things, and not just the music! AMAZING!

We had our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom on September 16th. It was such a beautiful day (that went by way to fast) and we are still so happy about how everything turned out! Our day couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff was so helpful from the very beginning. Blaine helped our families to plan the perfect wedding since we had no clue even where to begin! We asked a TON of questions and the staff was always very responsive and helpful. The day before the wedding Bethany/Blaine allowed us to come in to drop off decorations and Bethany provided her expertise with what else we should pick up last minute for the final touches. We had a bit of a scare when the company we were going through for some rental pieces fell through and the Fountains Team was quick to provide help to ensure we had everything we needed. When we arrived at the fountains on the wedding day they had all the decorations completely set up and everything ran so smoothly throughout the entire day! We had two photographers Tammy and Hector and they captured some amazing moments and we are SOOO very thankful for all the pictures they took! I LOVE photos and I was so excited to see how amazing they turned out (the only thing we didn’t get to capture is the groom with each of his groomsman/ushers which I didn’t know till I got the photos back). Overall we were very impressed!!! Also Our DJ, Brandon, was able to keep the crowd engaged and dancing the entire night and he made sure we always had what we needed (drinks, cake, etc.) I had so many guests come up to me stating how gorgeous the entire wedding was and how our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been too! I would absolutely recommend to the Fountains Ballroom to anyone as they were able to give us the wedding of our dreams!

I had my wedding at The Fountains Ballroom on September 17th and I have to say I am still beaming with happiness about how it all turned out. From the very beginning Blaine and Katie were extremely helpful about helping me figure out the logistics of everything and were very transparent about cost and how the planning would go moving forward. They kept my mind at ease by answering all of my questions in a timely manner, listening to my millions of requests, and offering their expertise throughout the process. The entire staff at The Fountains Ballroom made my wedding day experience wonderful! I really didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day which was such a relief. Everything was decorated even better than I planned and imagined and all of the events throughout the night went off without a hitch. The DJ kept the crowd engaged, the photographer captured some truly amazing moments, and Katie (the wedding day coordinator) was there for me through everything throughout the day. I still can't get over how beautiful everything was, they truly brought my vision to life. The location itself is beautiful, and combined with the talents at Memrical design studio, makes for a truly stunning day. I had so many guests come up to me and say that this was the most gorgeous wedding they had been to. I would absolutely recommend The Fountains Ballroom to anyone getting married and hoping for an outdoor/indoor wedding. My family all lives out of town and they truly made the whole process seamless for me. I can't recommend them enough!

My wedding happened at The Fountains Ballroom location in Iowa on October 8, 2016. From the very beginning, my experience with the facility and staff was amazing. Blaine and Bethany were so accommodating throughout our entire planning process. They got to know me and the style I wanted for my wedding very well and executed my theme well.
The day before my wedding, my rose petals that I ordered from an outside floral shop didn't show up and I was devastated. I contacted Blaine to figure out a solution, and The Fountains Ballroom delivered by having rose petals for the day of my wedding. When my make-up artist spilled make-up all over the train of my dress, Bethany knew exactly how to get the stain out and did in a matter of minutes. I honestly don't know what I would have done if I had my wedding at any other venue.
The venue is beautiful, and the staff exceeded my expectations.

The Fountains Ballroom was nothing short of a dream come true for my husband and I. We did things a little backwards and picked out the venue before we were actually engaged because we were on a crunched timeline (less than 3 months). Blaine was a miracle worker and helped us settle on a date and timeline to make things as smooth as possible as we were simultaneously planning a move to Germany, less than a month after the wedding. We were living in Virginia during the whole planning process and never even saw the venue until 3 days before the wedding. But Blaine and Katie brought my Pinterest vision to life and it was more than we ever could have hoped for!
We did 2 skype dates and Blaine was very responsive to my calls/texts. They were also eager to bring our dream of having our pups in the wedding come to life! The dogs were free to roam between the bridal suite and grooms suite and had a blast. The day of was seamless, with the help of Katie (our day of coordinator), Tammy (our photographer), and Brandon (our DJ). Tammy was a pup lover and captured the most precious moments with our babies and I am beyond excited to see our pictures! She also helped keep on schedule so we could keep with tradition and not do a first reveal. Given that everything else about the wedding/planning process was not traditional, this piece was particularly important to us. Thank you, Tammy!
Brandon was also a pleasure to work with and has a true passion for music and keeping the dance floor hoppin! We were unsure of a lot of songs we wanted for the ceremony, but he provided great suggestions and made it a mix of modern and traditional. He was also much more than a DJ, ensuring the bridal party had full glasses throughout the night and delivering cake to the guests. Thanks Brandon!
As I said before, things could not have gone better. October 23, 2016 is one day we will cherish for forever and a large part is due to the great teamwork and passion of The Fountains Ballroom staff!

My husband and I were married on Aug. 6th 2016. We had our ceremony at a church in Omaha and the reception at The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood. Memrical did all of our floral and design, even the floral for the ceremony at the church! Blaine is so passionate about helping brides figure out exactly what it is they want to see on their special wedding day and I was so thankful I had her to consult with! Brandon was our DJ and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. We had so many compliments on our DJ, I believe he is the very best there is!! Bethany was there on the day of to make sure everything was good to go and also offered to help in anyway she could!! If you are looking for a beautiful venue and a great all around service, I would highly recommend The Fountains in Glenwood!

I had my wedding at the Fountains on June 11. From the beginning everybody was really nice and extremely helpful. About 6 months before my wedding I found out I was pregnant. The morning of my wedding I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones!! I told everyone in the wedding party to go to the Fountains and continue to get ready as planned and I would hopefully be there as soon as I could. I was planning on having my wedding outside but the nurse informed me that this was not a good idea due to the heat on that day. I had my mother-in-law inform the Fountains and they reset the inside to accommodate this with no problem!! I finally arrived at the Fountains at 1:30pm (I was supposed to arrive at 9 for hair and make up). Everything looked perfect!! They made sure the wedding party stayed on time and had already had them rehearsing!! I quickly had my hair and make up done, my wonderful photographer Tammy arrived and we got through all of the pictures I wanted with time to spare!! My day went off without a hitch (minus being in the hospital) and I owe that all to the Fountains and their wonderful staff!! It truly would not have been possible without all of you!! I know this is long but I need to mention DJ Q. He was the best DJ and kept the dance floor full all night long!! The one thing everybody has commented on about my wedding was how awesome the DJ was!! Thank you for making my reception the giant dance party I wanted it to be!!!.

We were married at The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood, Iowa on 4/30/16. We fell absolutely IN LOVE with the Glenwood location as it had breathtaking views and gave us the “middle of nowhere” atmosphere we were looking for. The other deciding factor for us was the customer service we received at our initial meeting. We did not feel pressured to book our date and did not feel that The Fountains was trying to sell anything to us.
I do not believe there was ever a moment of stress when it came to the whole wedding planning process. The Fountains provides a wedding planner as part of their package, and you can choose how involved you want to be in the process. Blaine Muhle was our wedding planner is amazing! We met three times prior to the wedding date to discuss all of the details. My bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and made by Blaine! They were exactly what I imagined from the beginning design meeting where I showed Blaine what I pictures (from Pinterest!).
We met once with our DJ, Brandon, to discuss order of events, our music, and our preferences. He was PHENOMENAL at keeping us on track, and entertaining our family and friends. We received so many compliments regarding the music played and how upbeat the reception remained ALL night. He brought the wedding party beverages during the whole process and really made us feel relaxed. NOT ONCE did we look at a clock/watch or worry about what we were supposed to be doing next.
One thing that we did not plan on was a rainy day. However, the staff at The Fountains was able to turn our reception area into the ceremony area within an hour of the start time! They gave us every last minute for the clouds to clear before deciding it was likely the best decision. Overall, an amazing experience! If we could get married again, we wouldn't change a thing! (except the weather!)

My husband and I were married in October 2015 at a Catholic Church but we had the reception at the Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood. The entire day went perfectly! Our decorations were perfect, the reception was VERY organized (which was one of my top priorities-I HATE chaotic receptions) and the staff was on the ball with everything behind the scenes. We STILL have people tell us it was the most fun reception they've ever been to!! One of our family friends called the Fountains "the Taj Mahal in the middle of a corn field." It is one of the most beautiful venues in this area and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for venues!! Also, Tammy Muecke was our photographer and we absolutely loved her!! She took gorgeous photos of our wedding and reception and handled our drunk wedding party very well, bless her heart!! And Katy's Catering (from Glenwood) served the most phenomenal food!! We still have people tell us how amazing the food was at our wedding. Highly recommend her!! Our DJ was Q and he was seriously one of the best DJs I have seen at a wedding and I'm not just saying that. I told him I did not want any dull moments with people waiting around and trust me, there was never a dull moment. From the time we walked in things we're rolling, dinner was going, music playing, and he released tables for dinner by playing a trivia game...so clever!! Highly recommend Q!! I am so happy with the Fountains and will recommend it to anyone that asks!!

Stacia and Zach were out of state at college until 5 weeks before the wedding. So as the mother-of-the-bride, I ended up coordinating a lot of the details with Blaine, the Fountains event coordinator Every question, concern or “we just need an opinion” comment that we sent Blaine’s way via email, was cheerfully and promptly answered. Stacia showed Blaine and her assistant, Katie, Pinterest pictures of the design look and floral arrangements she wanted at the wedding and they just got it! They had lots of design items for us to choose from and work with from heir Memrical Design Studio. But they were also fine with us supplying some of our own design items. The wedding décor and floral was really personalized and The Fountains venue was transformed into Stacia and Zach’s beautiful June 10, wedding of their dreams.
Brandon Stockton was our DJ and really was much more than a DJ! He was also the MC at the dinner. And because he works so many wedding at the Fountains Ballroom, Brandon just helped with the flow of events all evening. He was really about minimizing the wasted time so he could maximize the party and dance time. Stacia’s older sister said that Brandon was the BEST DJ at any wedding she’s ever attended in her life! He packed the dance floor and made the dance so much fun. Stacia and Zach’s friends and guests gave Brandon rave reviews.
Tammy Muecke was the photographer for both Stacia and Zach’s engagement pictures and for the wedding. The day of the wedding was warmer temperatures than we had hoped for – upper 90s. But Tammy had a game plan for the entire day and kept us all inside for pictures until she could move the wedding party outside when there was more shade and cloud cover. We just saw all the wedding pictures and they’re amazing!
In summary, we love the entire experience with hosting our daughter’s wedding at The Fountains Ballroom!

I absolutely loved having our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom! Our wedding planner was Blaine Muhle and our day-of coordinator was Katie Ristow. The entire planning process was insanely easy! Throughout my engagement, many of my friends were also planning their own weddings. Watching them search for vendors and work with so many different companies made me so thankful to have all my needs met in one place. I often felt like there was something else I should be planning for the wedding, but everything was done already! Our wedding planners looked at my Pinterest boards so they could capture the style of décor and flowers I liked and were easily able to create a look I loved.
Brandon Stockton was our DJ. He was so awesome! He made the night so much fun! I’ve been to seven weddings so far this year (three more to go!) and I have to brag that our dance was the best one I’ve been to! He packed the dance floor and had us out there until 11:30. He also did a great job during the ceremony. The music flowed so smoothly and he helped us time out my processional song perfectly. I was really amazed by how much more Brandon did than just the music. He was there to pour drinks for my wedding party and make sure our plates were in the right spot by the buffet so that there wasn’t a minute of wasted party time.
Tammy Muecke took our engagement and wedding photos and did a wonderful job! We had very hot weather on my wedding day (upper nineties!) but Tammy handled it like a champ. She took many of our photos inside so that we wouldn’t melt. This worried me at first since I really love outdoor pictures, but they turned out great! When the lighting and heat cooperated, Tammy took us outside and snapped some beautiful photos that will definitely be hanging on my wall! I’m so thankful that we had Tammy to capture all the special moments ofour day.
I would definitely recommend the Fountains Ballroom! But book now, because they fill up fast!

Everyone one of their staff was extremely helpful leading up to the event with planning and organization, and they were very flexible that weekend of the ceremony, allowing us to come in early to set up. We've gotten so many compliments from our guests, raving about everything from the venue, to the DJ, to the florist, to the coordinator. It was everything we could have hoped for and more!

I used Fountains West for my ceremony and reception space on 10/03/2015.
Wow. This place is amazing! They do it all! They provide the D.J., photographer, florist, centerpieces, linens, and so much more!
First and foremost, I'd like to mention a woman by the name of Blaine, she is the wedding coordinator and a god send. She took my pins from Pinterest and made them come to life! She always responded to emails within 24 hours and was extremely flexible with my husband’s work schedule when it came to setting up our meetings. You can tell she loves her job and takes a special interest in every wedding she plans.
Our D.J. was Q and he was awesome! I really stressed to him that I wanted people on the dance floor and he made that come to fruition! He also followed our timeline to a tee. He quieted down the room when it was time for toasts and livened it back up when it was time to dance. He also did a perfect job of blending old and new music so everyone had something they could dance to.
Ashley was our photographer. We chose not to see each other before the ceremony. Unlike other photographers, she didn’t push us to see each other before, even though it’s easier for them. She made sure we got all of the shots we wanted, while still keeping us on our strict timeline.
I cannot stress enough how great this place truly is! They made my day so much better than I could ever have imagined! You will not be disappointed if you choose Fountains West!

Writing this review is hard because words can't even describe how amazing The Fountains Ballroom and all of their employees were to work with! I am a picky person and a perfectionist, therefore I am not always the easiest to please... But Blaine blew us away and our DJ Brandon kept the entire day moving smoothly, while always putting us first & ensuring we were happy!
Blaine was able to take my vision and turn it into something better than we could have dreamed! Our photographer, Tammy, went above and beyond taking pictures... SHE HELPED SERVE DINNER TO ENSURE WE STAYED ON TRACK WITH TIME! Lastly our DJ Brandon did pretty much everything from keeping the party going, to serving us drinks & DINNER, to helping clean tables!!!
I have planned events and I have attended big events in our community, NEVER have I received the kind of service that we did from The Fountains! The Fountains Ballroom & Blaine will always be my first (and only) recommendation to any Bride/Groom in the area!!!

Blaine and The Fountains Ballroom helped my dream wedding become a reality. Every single detail exceeded my expectations! Blaine made wedding planning a breeze and was a bride's ideal wedding planner, the best of the best! I often found myself changing my mind, reconsidering if my decoration choices would be ideal, and if I chose flowers that would reflect the rustic feel I was going for. Blaine reassured me that everything would turn out to be amazing...and amazing would have been an understatement! Everything was above and beyond anything I had dreamed. I would definitely recommended this venue and their staff to any couple looking for the perfect place to start their forever!

Adam and I got married at The Fountains West on August 15th, 2015 and our wedding was everything we had pictured and more. Blaine was absolutely phenomenal, we couldn't have done it without her! She had so many creative ideas and visions that made our day perfect. It was great that we could text her with any issue big or small and she would respond quickly and solve our problem. Our photographer Ashley was great. She kept us on schedule so we got all of the shots we wanted. Our DJ Brandon did an awesome job, he played great music and kept the dance floor moving all night. I would absolutely recommend The Fountains West to any couple looking for a venue that does it all, our day wouldn't have been the same without the help of all of their staff. Thank you so much!

My husband and I got married at the Fountains Ballroom and we couldn't have have a better experience! Rena, our wedding planner was AMAZING! Not only did we plan our wedding in three months, Rena was almost ready to give birth to her first baby girl! Rena was the calming voice of reassurance to me that everything would be taken care and it would turn out beautifully! Fountains Ballroom staff did an amazing job, everyone of our 200 guest loved the venue! Brandon was our DJ and he was AWESOME! He got all our songs we asked for and our ceremony ran flawlessly. He was very energetic and kept everything moving! He played a game that got all our guest involved while waiting to go through our dinner line. Tammy was our photographer and we LOVED her! She was very organized and new what she was doing! She helped move our pictures along so we didn't have to stand outside in the heat! When we got to the more romantic pictures with my husband and I, she made us feel very comfortable and directed us in the direction for our amazing pictures! I was so excited to get them printed to show them off to all our friends and family!
The Fountains Ballroom is a gorgeous venue that is not like the traditional venue. The Fountains offers all the assistance to make this an amazing experience. My husband and I are so happy we choose The Fountains Ballroom for our wedding venue, we will continue to recommend this amazing place to anyone looking for a place that has it all!!!

I had my wedding here June 24, 2016. This place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredible. I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Blaine was our wedding coordinator, and she is so good at what she does and goes out of her way to make you're day the absolute best it can be. You won't be disappointed if you get married here. It's well worth the investment!

The Fountains Ballroom was the most amazing choice to have my wedding at. They went above and beyond to make sure the day was relaxing and enjoyable for everyone there. We went with Tammy as our photographer and she was amazing. She let us do all the photos we wanted and we loved her company! Our DJ was Brandon, and he made sure everyone was having a great time the entire time! Blaine, was did very well at setting everything up and helping us when a small issue came our way during the wedding. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the future, thank you for such a beautiful day!

The fountains ballroom made my dreams come alive. I truly don't have words to express my gratitude for them and my joy for this company! My coordinator, Blaine, was the most helpful and amazing woman who quickly became a friend that would text, call and email me whenever need be! She made my flowers, better than I could have imagined. She captured our style and personality with just a few conversations. She's efficient, fun, personal and so creative! My photographer, Tammy Muecke, was assertive and so efficient! She got every picture I asked for and followed my Pinterest page in advance to prepare! She even stayed an extra hour for me. I am more than pleased with our pictures! She captured the joy and love felt the entire day! And our DJ was everything we could've asked for and more! Q brought us food, deinks set up all the music, was so chill and upbeat and really made the party!!! Not only did we love him, but our entire party and guests adored him! Everyone we worked with became family and I'm sad I no longer get to see them. It was the most magical day of my life. From the rooms we got ready in, to the spacious dance floor, my heart is still beaming from the day! I love the fountains ballroom!!!

My wedding was more than I could have imagined at the Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood, IA. Blaine was my coordinator and rock throughout the whole planning process, and would drop everything and anything to answer a call or text from me, and always made sure she had time to meet me and enough time for our appointments. She was always extremely insightful, helpful, and INCREDIBLY talented. This ballroom is very delicately designed, and so beautiful. I am so glad we chose the Fountains as our first day of forever, and that we got everything we wanted and more. Great packages, flexible staff, and endless possibilities! Thank you Fountains and Blaine!!!

I had my wedding at The Fountains in August. I had worked with wedding coordinator, Blaine, for ~1 year prior. She was AMAZING to work with. I felt like my mom and I constantly sent her conflicting wedding ideas for decorations, ceremony, flowers, etc and she never once complained and always followed up on each idea. She was very organized which was much appreciated. The Fountains is perfect for a bride who wants to see her perfect ideas come to life, however does not want to do all the behind the scenes work. When I arrived the day of my wedding it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I was very nervous as no matter how many pictures you send someone, you always are afraid your idea will not match their idea. Blaine exceeded our expectations (my mom is very picky) and made the day perfect!!! I would highly recommend working with Blaine for future brides!!

The Fountains Ballroom was the perfect place to have our wedding. They took care of basically everything for us; the photography, the design, the floral, the ceremony, and the DJ. From the planning to the ceremony to the reception, our overall experience was wonderful. The design team at Memrical did an outstanding job helping us to put all our ideas together. Rena, our wedding coordinator helped us to stay on track with our budget, while staying with our theme. The wedding day went smoothly and was stress free thanks to all the extra help we had from the staff. They went above and beyond to add the extra details we wanted, and made sure to take care of everything for us on the day of. Everything was exactly how we wanted. The decor was stunning, and the floral was beautiful. We are so glad we have the amazing photos to remember how perfect everything was. Thanks to The Fountains Ballroom, my husband and I have many happy memories that we will cherish forever.

Upon walking into the Fountains West venue, my fiance and I loved everything about it. The design team we worked with were so accomadating and professional, the DJ was nothing shy of amazing.. as well as the photographers and everyone they had recommended to us..I can't thank the team at at Fountains West enough for assisting us in creating and executing the wedding of our dreams!!

Kevin and I got married July 11th and our wedding was everything we wanted and more. It truly was a fairytale wedding. We couldn't have asked for any better help planning our day. Blaine, answered all of our questions, listened to our requests, made fantastic suggestions, and had the perfect vision for how we wanted our special day to look. We had the best wedding photographer. Abbie brought her A-game our wedding day. She is very organized and keeps everyone on a timeline! Our photos are AMAZING!! She would get in crazy positions to capture the perfect shot. Brandon, our DJ, met with us at our house, which was so convenient for us. He also listened to all our requests and found all the songs we wanted played at our wedding. He even danced on the dance floor with us and brought his turn tables!! :)
We had the best day of our lives and without our family, friends, and The Fountains workers mentioned above, our day would not have turned out the same. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

The Fountains Ballroom experience was unforgettable. The Memrical staff was exceptional, especially our very own wedding coordinator, Rena Renaldi. We couldn't have asked for better service! From day one they accepted us and embraced our same-sex wedding with a non judgmental attitude, making us feel comfortable and of upmost importance. The venue was immaculate on our big day. Our photographer, Abbie Leigh, and our DJ Brandon (all affiliated with and recommended by Memrical) set the standard high and contributed to an unforgettable day. We've received countless complements on our wedding and have the Fountains Ballroom staff to thank. We highly recommend this venue!

Our daughter was recently married at the Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! It was everything we had hoped for and more.
