The Bluestone is an extraordinary venue that offers an unparalleled and unique experience that cannot be surpassed.
The Bluestone building opened its doors in late 2006 after a 5 million dollar renovation to the turn of the century Baptist church located at 583 E. Broad St.
No expense was spared in the 2 year transformation. Embodied within the Bluestone walls on three diverse levels there are 5 separate rooms, two dance floors, six bars created by nationally acclaimed artists, soaring stained glass windows and a gracious outdoor patio.
All of the diverse spaces within the facility, the superior catering services and Audio/Visual capabilities afford The Bluestone as a perfect site for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, private parties, corporate events and concerts.

Great fun venue. If you are having a live band at your wedding this is the place to go.
The Bluestone is, without a doubt, one of our favorite wedding venues. In addition to featuring literally thousands of square feet including 3 separate rooms on different levels, 2 dance floors, a large stage, 7 beautiful bars created by nationally acclaimed artists, a multi-million dollar light system and in-house catering, you get the benefit of The Bluestone’s original purpose – cathedral church – complete with a fantastic stone exterior, amazing hardwood surroundings in the main room, cathedral ceilings and stained glass windows. This is a really elegant venue with a staff who seem to understand the level of service you should receive on your big day. Not to mention, we’re one of their preferred wedding photography vendors.
