GroovyDoodle was amazing. They offered a range of services, color enhancements, a portrait studio, were friendly and trustworthy.

We loved working with GroovyDoodle! 6 weeks before our wedding we decided that we really needed to put a little more thought into our wedding and book a photographer that would capture our special day for us. We met with Adam and Meloney and booked their services less than a week later. They were quick with responding to questions, flexible on the actual wedding day, stayed longer than the contract stated they would, had our pictures back to us in less than 8 weeks, gave us all of the pictures they took on a CD for us to make as many copies of pictures as we desired, even framed their favorite pic from our wedding and gave it to us, and the prices were affordable! All of our guests enjoyed Meloney and Adam as well! Several guests couldn't wait to book GroovyDoodle for their wedding and one (single) guest from Washington State was ready to book GroovyDoodle for his future wedding :) We would definitely recommend GroovyDoodle to everyone!

We used GroovyDoodle for our engagement session and wedding. Long story, try to make it short. After our engagment session, we were surprised we only got 30 pics total. Which, yes, in our lengthy contract, it says we get 8-10% of what was taken and viable. And that we should be happy with as many as we got because we got more than 8-10%. After looking our pics over we were pleased with most of them. However, the editing process felt like it took forever AND we didnt get to choose which pics got edited...which is the first Ive ever heard of the bride and groom not getting to choose their favorite shots to get edited and keep. They however had never heard of such a thing. Ok fine. But some of them didnt even look like me. Was there a better shot of me/us? We'll never know.

There were specific pictures while we were shooting that I wanted taken. However, when we got our pictures back, they weren't in the bunch. When we confronted them with this, they said that they got deleted automatically in their "pruning process". We eventually did get those shots.

I felt the wedding day was mayhem with them. It was known between all of us that guys pictures would be taken at "such and such time" Well, when the photographers got the church where they guys were I heard later that the guys were told "this should have been done earlier and so they only got to take a few shots" When the girls got to the church she was good about taking shots of me getting in my dress. But we only took maybe 5 shots of the girls outside. All I heard before the wedding was how much time we had...and I felt they made me feel rushed.

Ok, after the wedding...There were specific shots I wanted. Like, of me and my mom, me and the flowergirl, me and the ring bearer..etc..I didnt get ANY! I dont have one of my mom and I in the santuary. I asked the photographer, I want one my the flowergirl and I and her response was "we"ll get one at the reception" ok, fine. Im shy and quiet and I really should have spoken up and told her what I really wanted. We were getting family pics in the santuary and I kept asking if I was to stay up there. She said "yes, your apart of the family now, youll be in every one of these....but no....I wanted Andrew to get one of him and his mom, him and his brother, him and HIS family and there were NO shots of that done.

They pushed everyone out of the santuary so groom and I could have a moment. I thought it was unnecessary and time consuming. My bridesmaids then started packing up and leaving for the reception. But I wasnt ready for them to leave. I still wanted shots with them!!! :(

But the fact that I dont have one of my mom and I REALLY makes me sad.

Reception, We had PLENTY of time to take pics outside! So why did we only stay in the front of the venue? They had gorgeoous fencing, waterfalls, creeks, bridges but none of that was utilized. Oh and at night, that place is so pretty!!! But I was so caught in the moment and forgot. I had props I wanted to use and totally forgot to. I guess I would have liked to depend on them a little more....You have it in your head of everything you want before the wedding but that day/night your mind isnt working.

SO BRIDES, right down EVERY picture you want BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!....and give it to your photographer so they get every shot you want!!!

I'm worried..am I only going to get 8-10% of what was taken because my family and friends keep telling me, that they did not take very many.....

The GroovyBooth was a HUGE success....HOW FUN! And everyone RAVED about it. Definetly worth the little extra money that it is!!!
