1. How do I place an order?

All of our rental furniture is posted online, and that is the best way to view our product line. Take a look through our rental collections, and give us a call at 888-245-4044 or send an email to weddings@taylorcreativeinc.com with the items you like, quantities needed, and event dates / venue information. We'll then send you a rental quote with pricing, trucking and availability for your event dates.

2. Can I view your products at a showroom?
We now have a showroom section in our NY offices with a selection of our most popular items. Please contact us at 888-245-4044 to set up an appointment to visit us, and let us know if you need to see a specific item in particular so we can make sure it is in stock at our showroom for your appointment.

3. Do I have to put down a security deposit?

No. We request that you confirm your order 72 hours in advance, and payment is due in full via check or credit card 48 hours prior to delivery. In the event that you pay by check, we may require your credit card information in case of damages during your event rental.

We do offer same-day delivery if you need to receive your items on the day you place your order. However we recommend that clients place items on hold as early as possible to ensure availability. 4. Can I rent from Taylor Creative if my wedding is outside the NYC/Tri-State area? Do you provide delivery and pick up services?

Yes. Taylor Creative offers round trip trucking to the New York / New Jersey / Connecticut tri-state area, as well as Boston, Philadephia, Washington DC and other cities throughout the Northeast.

In addition, we provide furniture rentals and RT Trucking from our Las Vegas location throughout the Las Vegas area, and major West Coast cities including Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Francisco. Our new Palm Beach location services all of Southern Florida in addition to major cities in the Southeast, including Jacksonville and Atlanta. If your event is not in these areas, we can recommend a third-party trucking company to bring our furniture rentals to your events across the country.

Please note: Taylor Creative's RT trucking is an additional cost to any rentals. Round Trip trucking cost is determined based on the delivery and pickup dates, times and venue. A late-night surcharge is applied for pick-ups and deliveries after 1AM.

5. What happens if something is damaged?

If an item is damaged, we will try to clean or repair the item at no charge to the client. Any losses, damages, major cleaning or repair charges beyond that however will be invoiced and charged to the client's credit card.

Style & Comfort
Guests will be at your reception for several hours; select comfortable furniture that will create intimate and inviting seating areas. Chic pieces in soft fabrics work best.

The Bottom Line
Budget-conscious brides should opt for pieces that offer versatility and a larger seating area. Some lounge pieces can hold twice as many people as a standard sofa. Your planner can help design your space for maximum capacity.

The Small Stuff
We know how stressful planning the big day can be - we do it all the time! Make your life easier and work with vendors you trust. Allowing your vendors to do what they do best is guaranteed to give you a stress-free day!

Simple Elegance
Smart, sophisticated furnishings should complement and enhance your wedding venue. Choose pieces that work for your needs and don’t overpower the room décor. The furniture is an accent – the focus should be on you!

The Added Touch
White furniture is a perennial favorite, however consider pieces with an added touch -- a tufting detail or ultra-suede finish -- to give your modern event a warmer, classic feeling.

Measure Measure Measure!
Load-ins can be tricky. Be sure to check the sizes of freight elevators, hallways, stairwells and doorways at your venue. You don't want to deal with any last-minute issues which could have been planned for in advance.

Plan It Out
Have a floor plan handy on your wedding day. A detailed layout will keep everyone moving efficiently and minimize any last-minute questions.

Keep It Covered
If you have tent or lighting crews setting up, you may want to keep furniture covered until everyone is finished. This will reduce any possible spills, nicks and finger prints.
