Our traditional historic Chapel and 3 outdoor ceremony sites are only steps away from our Oak tree canopied gardens and koi ponds. From our guest house - Agatha's Cottage, the Tavern - our reception hall to our 'Sunshine Express' dining club car - you and your guests will be surrounded by truly one of central Florida's unique and premium event venue.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Our property can be rented entirely - 'Exclusive Use' - which includes an overnight stay in our guest house - 'Agahta's Cottage' or rented 'Ala Carte'. We pride ourselves in customizing our rates to fit your budget and vision.
Do you offer any special services?
We offer a complimentary wedding planning consultation upon booking - our services range from full wedding coordination, rehearsal/ceremony guidance and 'Day of Service'
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Our 'Sunshine Express' has host many rehearsal dinners - with a maximum capacity of 30 we welcome the opportunity to customize a menu for you.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We can assist you with your officiate, ceremony decorations and rehearsal/ceremony guidance.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We do rent your linens, all tables and flatware are included with your reception menu.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
The Tavern provides staff for all events - during your event our staff employee will maintain property in keeping with our premium status.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Our brides may secure all her wedding vendors with the exception of her reception food and bar service. The Tavern in the Garden in accordance with Florida State Law provides all alcohol and food.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No, you may acquire your own entertainment. There is no additional fee - all entertainment must conclude by 10pm to comply with our local noise ordinance statue.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
The Tavern has many options for preparation for the bridal party.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, the Tavern in the Garden is the sole provider for all alcoholic beverages.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
Within our entire estate - @ least 50 - within our reception hall - the Tavern 15. Tavern in the Garden must approve any excessive power use to ensure we have ample power for your event.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
The Tavern provides all rental items requiring ladder use - the client is welcome to decorate with accordance of our contracts rules/regulations.
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
You may secure your own photographer - photographer must remain on Tavern's paths and walkways. No utiliztion of Tavern furniture for height or any other purpose.
What restrictions (if any) on videography?
You may secure your own videographer - videographer must remain on Tavern's path and walkways. No utilization of Tavern furniture for height or any other purpose.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
You may secure your own entertainment - your selected entertainment must comply with Tavern's offered outlets/power. All entertainment in accordance with city noise ordinance must end at 10pm.
What restrictions (if any) on attire?
In accordance with health codes - requirement of shirts and shoes. No nudity is allowed on property.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
Noise levels can not exceed city set levels.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
Client will incur costs of tent permits.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
The Tavern prides itself on quality rather than quantity - it is our principle to never schedule within 4 hours of each other blocked time frame.
Do you offer security, if requested?
If requested, we will hire security at the cost of the client.
What is your dress code?
No nudity.
Can you provide a coat check?
If requested, we will hire coat check at the cost of the client.

Within our 10-acre estate we have 12 restrooms - 4 located in our reception hall - the Tavern, 1 in our Chapel, 1 in our Garden, 2 located in the Sunshine Express, and 4 in our guest house - Agatha's Cottage

We have over 200 parking spaces within our property with ample designated handicapped spaces. Valet service is available at the cost of the client.
