Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Every image that we provide you is edited in photoshop one-by-one. We do everything from color, contrast and saturation adjustments to advanced editing like removing destracting backgrounds or improving skin imperfections. If there is a particular picture that you are going to have a large print made of you can request additional editing at no cost.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Dim indoor light, candlelight, Flash, Spotlight, Outdoor bright, outdoor sunset, outdoor night time, outdoor flash day and night.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We use Canon Digital SLR cameras. We have thousands of dollars invested in lenses so we will have every situation covered. We also have multiple flashes to help us create various types of lighting.
How many photographers do you work with?
We always provide two professional photographers. This is an extremely beneficial in the ?getting ready? phase to have one photographer with the bride and one with the groom. It is also helpful during the ceremony so we can provide photographs taken from different angles without having to run back and forth and causing a destraction.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We always shoot with two photographers so we are each others back up.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
3-4 camera bodies, 6-8 lenses, 2-3 flashes, and more than enough batteries and memory cards.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Hourly.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes, $200 for each additional hour.
Do you charge for travel?
If the wedding takes place in Denver - no. Otherwise - yes.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We don?t put up proofs but the final images will be available for viewing approximately 3 weeks after the wedding date.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We don?t offer proofs, we give the final edited images on CD and on a website.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
You can keep the final images forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes but we do give you Print rights so you can make prints for yourself and for friends and family.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
If you agree, yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer high quality end Leather bound albums.
When will the client get the final album?
Approximately 6 weeks after you agree to the layout.
