We are a full-service catering department specializing in serving the best memphis-style ribs, pulled pork barbecue and hickory-smoked wings around.  From a small 10 person delivery, to a 5,000 person reception, we can handle it all.  In addition to providing food service, we can also provide your bar service, rentals and coordinate any other need you might have.  Our goal is to make sure your event runs smoothly so you don't have to lift a finger!
